해양수산분야의 국제산업연관표 구축 방법론

1990년대 이후 세계화가 이루어지면서 국제 분업화가 활발해짐에 때라 2010년 이후 글로벌 가치사슬 분석의 중요성이 대두되었고 이를 분석하는 방법론이 개발되었다. 최근 미중무역 갈등에 따른 보호무역주의의 확산, 코로나19로 인한 팬데믹 현상으로 인한 글로벌 공급망 붕괴현상이 발생함에 따라 글로벌 가치사슬에서 취약한 산업에 대한 대응이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 해양수산분야의 글로벌 가치사슬 분석의 기초 데이터인 해양수산업 중심의 국제산업연관표를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 22개 국가(권역)와 4개의 해양수산업을 포함한 12개의 산업을 대상으로 우리나라의 해양수산업을 중심으로 한 국제산업연관표를 구축했다. 대상표 선정과, 해양수산분야의 식별, 분류체계 연계, 비중산출 및 집계를 통해 해양수산업 중심의 국제산업연관표를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 해양수산업 분야의 글로벌 가치사슬 분석 체계의 기반을 마련하는데 기여하며, 해양수산업 통상정책 방향 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용가능하다. With globalization since the 1990s, industries have become more fragmented. Accordingly, the importance of analyzing the global value chin has emerged since 2010, and the methodology for analyzing it has been developed. The recent spread of protectionism due to the trade conflict between the US and China and the collapse of the global supply chain due to the pandemic cause by COVID-19, and it is necessary to respond to vulnerable industries in the global value chain. Therefore, this study constructs an World Input Output table focused on the marine and fishery industry, which is the basic data for global value chain analysis in the marine and fishery sector. The world input output table was reconstructed for 22 countries(regions) and 12 industries including 4 marine and fisheries industries. Through the selection of the target table, identification of marine and fisheries sector, linking the classification system, calculation the coefficients and aggregation, a tale of world input output table focused on Korea’s maritime and fishery industry was derived. The results of this study contribute to laying the foundation for a global value chain analysis system in the marine and fishery sector and can be used as basic data for the marine and fishery industry and trade policy.

가상 실재감 향상을 위한 시뮬레이터 제어 방안 연구

4차 산업혁명에 힘입어 가상현실에 대한 관심이 높아지고 VR기기들의 많은 발전이 이루어졌다. 이러한 기기들 중 모션 시뮬레이터는 가상현실의 실재감 향상에 많은 기여를 한다. 본 논문에서는 모션 시뮬레이터와 VR콘텐츠의 효율적인 연동을 위해 기존 시뮬레이터와 제어 방식의 사례에 대해 분석하고, VR콘텐츠 내의 모션 제어 요소를 추출하여 크게 4가지로 분류하였다. 이러한 사전 연구를 바탕으로 본 논문은 VR콘텐츠 제작 시 보다 효율적으로 콘텐츠와 시뮬레이터를 연동할 수 있도록 돕는 모듈형 모션 제어 방식을 제안한다. Thanks to the 4th Industrial Revolution, interest in virtual reality increased and many improvements of VR devices were made. Among the VR devices, the simulator plays an important role in improving the real feeling of virtual presence. In this paper, we analyze the case of existing simulator and control method for efficient interlocking of motion simulator and VR contents, and classify motion control elements in VR contents into four types. Based on this preliminary study, this paper proposes a modular motion control method to help the contents and simulator work more effectively in the production of VR contents.

강도다리(Platichthys stellatus) Nuclear factor interleukin 3 regulated protein (NFIL3) 유전자의 분자생물학적 특성 및 발현분석

Given the increasing importance of Platichthys stellatus in the aquaculture industry, basic research on the immune response is needed. Therefore, we analyzed the molecular biology and expression of the Nuclear factor interleukin 3 regulated protein (NFIL3) gene, which plays an important role in innate immunity. Tissue-specific expression analysis of healthy P. stellatus showed that NFIL3 mRNA had the highest expression in gill, followed by skin and trunk kidney. In the Viral Hemorrhagic Septicemia Virus (VHSV) infection group, the tissues that were significantly expressed after infection were the trunk kidney, spleen, gills, and heart, and the strongest expression was observed in the trunk kidney. In the Streptococcus parauberis PH0710 infection group, high expression was observed in the liver on day 1, and in the intestine and brain on day 7.

다도(茶道)가 중년기 여성의 자기분화 및 부부건강성에 미치는 효과

This study examined the effect of the Dado Dado is a traditional Korean tea ceremony(culture). on the differentiation of self and the marital quality among the middle aged women. For this research purpose, this study took pretest-posttest control group design, and administered 12 sessions of structured Dado program with 9 women in experimental group, Meanwhile, no treatment was given to the 9 women of control group. The 18 participants were aged between 40 to 46 and reside at KyungSangNam-do region. Measurements were conducted four times -before, during, after, and follow-up- using the questionnaires of differentiation of self and marital quality. The analysis of the data was done using the SPSS Win 17.0 program. Also, the participants` satisfaction of Dado and its effect to their emotion and behavior were qualitatively analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, Dado program was effective in improving the differentiation of self, and such effect remained even after the termination of the program. Second, Dado program was effective in improving the marital quality, and the effect remained even after the termination of the program. These results showed that Dado is effective for increasing the adjustment of individual and couple. It is required to foster Dado institutes and Dado professionals which can systematically support the program.

인구의 서울 쏠림과 지방 쇠퇴의 원인 및 해결방안 : 감성분석을 중심으로

서울을 중심으로 발전한 대한민국은 점진적으로 서울과 지방 간의 격차가 벌어져왔다. 이는 서울의 과밀현상과 지방의 쇠퇴를 일으켰으며, 인구 감소와 더불어 국가적 문제로 부상하였다. 본 연구는 “인구의 서울쏠림과 지방 쇠퇴의 원인 및 해결방안: 빅데이터와 감성 분석을 중심으로” 을 연구한다. 선행 연구들은 통계기반 수치 조사로 해결 방안을 도출한다. 하지만 통계 기반 조사는 이미 발생한 일을 기반으로 조사하여 결과를 추정한다. 통계적 사실에 기반하여 결과를 추론하는 귀납법은 정확성은 높지만 통계적 기법만으로 조사할 수 없는 감성적 영역이 존재한다. 특히 사회문제에 관한 사람들의 인식, 개별 요인 대한 심리적 요소 등이 감성적 영역이라고 볼 수 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구에서 잘 사용하지 않았던 감성분석과 빅데이터 분석을 이용하였다. 감성 분석을 통해 사람들의 관심도와 여론을 분석하여 문제의 원인을 추론하며 빅데이터를 활용하여 추론 결과에 근거를 부여한다. 본 연구 주제의 경우 의료, 교통, 문화 등의 상위 요인과 다양한 하위 요인들이 얽혀 있다. 이러한 요인들의 배경에는 긍정과 부정의 심리적 요소가 숨어있다. 감성분석을 통해 이러한 키워드 간의 연관성을 분석하고, 그에 숨겨진 대중들의 심리를 파악한다. 특히 심리는 주관적 성향이 강하므로 통계적 기법만으로 이를 조사하여 결과 추론에 쓰일 만한 유의미한 값으로 정제하기에 한계가 있다. 그렇기에 감성분석 기법을 활용한 문제 분석이 필요하다. 감성 분석 기술은 텍스트나 문장 등의 자연어 데이터에서 긍정, 부정, 중립적인 감성을 추출하는 기술로, 이를 위해 텍스트 데이터가 사용된다. 본 연구는 이러한 감성분석 기술을 활용하여 주요원인으로 꼽히는 서울의 인구 증가와 지방의 인구 감소에 대한 긍정적인 요소와 부정적인 요소를 분석하고, 각 지역의 특성과 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 서울 쏠림과 지방 쇠퇴 문제를 해결하기 위한 정책적 대안에 도움을 주는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. South Korea, which has developed around Seoul, has gradually widened the gap between Seoul and the provinces. This caused overcrowding in Seoul and the decline of the provinces, and emerged as a national problem along with a decrease in population. This study studies the causes and solutions of the population's concentration in Seoul and local decline: focusing on big data and emotional analysis. Previous studies derive solutions through statistical-based numerical surveys. However, statistical-based surveys estimate the results by investigating based on what has already happened. Induction methods that infer results based on statistical facts have high accuracy, but there are emotional areas that cannot be investigated only by statistical techniques. In particular, people's perceptions of social problems and psychological factors for individual factors can be seen as emotional areas. To this end, emotional analysis and big data analysis, which were not well used in previous studies, were used. Through emotional analysis, people's interest and public opinion are analyzed to infer the cause of the problem, and big data is used to provide a basis for the inference results. In the case of the subject of this study, upper factors such as medical care, transportation, and culture and various lower factors are intertwined. Behind these factors lies the psychological elements of positivity and denial. Through emotional analysis, the relationship between these keywords is analyzed and the psychology of the public hidden therein is grasped. In particular, since psychology has a strong subjective tendency, there is a limit to investigating it only with statistical techniques and refining it to meaningful values that can be used for reasoning results. Therefore, problem analysis using emotional analysis techniques is necessary. Emotional analysis technology is a technology that extracts positive, negative, and neutral emotions from natural language data such as text and sentences, and text data is used for this. This study used these emotional analysis technologies to analyze positive and negative factors about Seoul's population growth and local population decline, which are considered the main causes, and to identify the characteristics and problems of each region.Through this, we would like to suggest ways to help policy alternatives to solve the problem of leaning toward Seoul and local decline.
