본 연구는 장애인이 재활보조공학시스템을 이용하여 취업한 기업의 직종 및 직업분야에 적응 만족을 갖게 하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 재활보조공학지원(재활보조공학의 H/W와 S/W)과 서비스품질의 질을 기반으로 취업생이 직장생활에 편리하게 활동할 수 있게 하는 요인들을 분석하여 취업생 적응에 대한 행동의도에 미치는 전반적 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 서울, 경기도, 인천 지역에 소재한 기업체에서 직업교육훈련을 받고 취업한 장애인 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였고, 최종적으로 유효한 설문지 594부였다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 SEM(structural equation model)을 이용하였는데, 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재활보조공학H/W(하드웨어)의 질은 재활보조공학S/W(소프트웨어)의 질에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 재활보조공학S/W의 질은 서비스품질의 질에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 재활보조공학H/W의 질은 서비스품질의 질에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 서비스품질의 질은 취업생 적응에 대한 행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 재활보조공학S/W의 질은 취업생 적응에 대한 행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 재활보조공학H/W의 질은 취업생 적응에 대한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 매개변수(서비스품질의 질)로도 간접효과 영향을 주었다. 본 연구의 결과로는 재활보조공학지원(재활보조공학 H/W와 S/W) 기반으로 한, 서비스품질의 질과 융합적인 형태로 수용할 경우, 취업생 적응에 대한 행동의도에 더 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있는 시사점을 제공하였다. This study rehabilitation assistive technology system for people with disabilities employed by a company in the field of occupations and job satisfaction have adapted to, and for the rehabilitation assistive technology support(rehabilitation assistive technology hardware and the software) and service quality based on the quality of convenient for employees to work life by analyzing the factors that can act on adaptation employees on behavioral intentions was to determine the overall impact. Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon companies based in vocational education and training received in the employment of the disabled subject questionnaires were distributed, and finally 594 valid questionnaires were minor. In order to test the hypothesis SEM(structural equation model) were used, the results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, rehabilitation assistive technology hardware quality of the quality of rehabilitation assistive technology software affected. Second, rehabilitation assistive technology software quality on the quality of the service quality affected. Third, rehabilitation assistive technology hardware quality on the quality of the service quality affected. Fourth, quality of service, the quality of the adaptation of action for employees affected also. Fifth, rehabilitation assistive technology software for adaptive quality of the employees also had an impact on behavior. Sixth, rehabilitation assistive technology hardware to adapt the quality of the employees affected. And parameters (quality of service quality) influenced to as indirect effects. The results of this study support the rehabilitation assistive technology and rehabilitation assistive technology hardware and software) based, quality of service and quality of fused form acceptable to, the degree of action for employees to adapt more implications that may affect have provided.

Rehabilitation assistive technology industry, which faces slowing growth, jump back away from research and development base in order to secure the welfare of the rehabilitation industry for its own technical capabilities and consumer needs of the market and the strong linkage research is needed to respond sikyeoseo. With the development of service platforms coming in the future due to be released in various fields of services, barriers can be used in any other field must. The new generation of technology needed to build a service infrastructure and its technology-based rehabilitation assistive technology equipment and IT convergence between industries rehabilitation assistive technology service platform required for fusion technology to the task at hand to ensure that like to take, the disabled and the elderly marginalized layer in order to pursue the happiness of the life of rehabilitation assistive technology service infrastructure convergence technologies inevitably will do.
