Recently Korean artists and literary men have been concerned about Han which is one of the Korean people's native emotions. Han has seriously influenced the social, cultural, artistical, and religious aspects of Korea, as well as our christian faith and christian unity and even our daily life for a long time. Because Han involves many wrongful emotions, for example, Korean racial sentimentalism, nihilism, defeatism, and so forth, it is difficult for Christians to mature in their faith if they are bound by this emotion. Han has a long history, but it is not easy to explain its meaning. Many people who have studied it try to understand it by means of art rather than philosophy. And the Korean church has not paid attention to Han, but some theologians have started to pay attention to it. Those who have been interested in Han recently are called "Minjung Theologians". They define Han as something regrettable due to unfortunate circumstances in that the poor and the uneducated, the Minjung, were persecuted by the ruling class. Therefore they did not seek a solution for Han on a biblical basis, but tried to solve it through eliminating many sociopolitical problems. Their point of view is not Christian but one of social revolutions. How can we think of this Han? From the standpoint of biblical counseling, how does Christianity analyze and interpret it? Here I try to answer these questions. In addition to criticizing the Minjung Theologian's Han-Thought, I state the biblical approach of pastoral counseling along with understanding Hawpyung (psychological melancholia) and the physical symptoms caused by Han. In order to grasp the spiritual situation of Christians about Han, I researched their attitude concerning it with help of four churches. In biblical counseling, one of the most important points is to establish the human theory to which the Bible refers. Those who bear a grudge (Han) have a conception that they are sufferers themselves. The Bible does not deny that human beings are sufferers and victims,; therefore, Jesus came to us in order to console those who suffer from evil social institutions, evil environments, the stresses of life, unfair relationships, etc. Nevertheless, the important point that we have to remember in biblical counseling is that the human beings must hold himself or herself responsible for sin. Biblical counseling have to deal with these two facts at the same time. But most humanistic counselors (Freudianism, Behaviorism, Rogerianism) as well as Minjung theologians do not admit that human beings should accept responsibility for sin, but they have emphasized that human beings are victims. So Minjung theologians assert that those who bear grudges suffer without acknowledging their own sins. Therefore, in biblical counseling, acknowledgement of sin is the starting point. Pastoral counselors must call to mind that counseling is a fight against sin when they counsel persons who bear grudges. Also in biblical counseling, another point is to deal with the problems of Han by means of religious cures. The methods of religious cures consist of worship, praise, and prayer. Nowadays church worship is so formal that many Christians tend to be come tired of it. We must remember that worship functions as a celebration. So I suggest that many pastors should seek to renew worship, utilize the counseling preaching (Life-Situation Preaching) and perfect the biblical self, the creative self. Finally I want to emphasize that the counselee who bears a grudge will continue to be related to God as counseling for Han. The solution for the Christian's Han must begin by recovering in sin through a relationship between God and human beings. Only this way is a fundamental and essential cure. In approaching Han, we should have a critical, analytical attitude, but we must try to understand it first. And we must regard those who bear grudges as people who need God's cure. We should let them know not only that they are victims but they are also responsible for their sins. And we must emphasize that it is impossible to solve Han without solving people's sins through a relationship between God and humans and forgiveness being freely given. I hope this study will be a stepping stone of pastoral counseling for Han.

조직 공학을 이용한 인공혈관 지지체 제조와 혈액 적합성 평가

본 연구의 목적은 인공혈관의 혈액 적합성을 테스트하는데 있다. 본 연구에 사용된 인공혈관은 4가지 형태가 있다. 첫째, 미국 FDA로부터 사용 승인을 받은 생분해성 폴리락타이드로 만든 인공혈관. 둘째, 이미 임상에 적응되고 있는 ePTFE 인공혈관(unmodified ePTFE). 셋째, unmodified ePTFE 인공혈관을 개질한 modified ePTFE. 마지막으로 unmodified ePTFE와 PLA와의 혼합형인 PLA hybrid graft 이다. 인공 혈관은 혈소판 부착 실험에 사용하였다. 혈소판 부착 실험 방법은 시린지 펌프를 이용하여 개의 혈액을 앞에서 열거한 인공혈관에 통과시켰다. 이 실험은 다음과 같은 과정을 따랐다. 먼저 인공혈관에 혈소판을 흡착 시키는 실험은 혈소판 응고에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있는 fibrinogen과 혈장 단백질 중에 가장 많이 함유되어 있다고 알려진 albumin을 흡착시킨 후 혈액을 통과시키는 경우와 아무런 흡착 없이 혈액을 바로 통과시키는 실험으로 진행하였다. 혈소판 부착율은 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)으로 촬영한 후 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용하였다. albumin과 fibrinogen의 영향에 의한 혈소판 부착율을 조사하기 위하여 인공 혈관을 적당한 크기로 잘라내어 [^(125)I]fibrinogen과 [^(14)C]albumin을 흡착시켰다. 그리고 이에 대한 분석은 beta counter와 gamma counter로 하였다. 실험 결과 혈장 단백질 흡착양은 unmodified ePTFE가 가장 많이 흡착되었고 PLA hybrid graft가 가장 조금 흡착되었다. 혈소판 부착율은 PLA hybrid graft가 전처리 조건과 상관없이 가장 높은 흡착양을 나타내었으며 unmodified ePTFE가 가장 낮은 흡착양을 나타내었다. This research was to test haemocompatibility of four types of vascular grafts such as a biodegradable polylactide graft, the unmodified ePTFE, the surface-modified ePTFE and a polylactide coated hybrid ePTFE, The amount of adsorption of proteins such as fibrinogen and albumin, and the extent of platelet adhesion were measured on the graft surfaces by counting the amount of both ^(C-14)albumin and ^(I-125)fibrinogen adsorbed and by measuring the surface area of the adhered platelets via scanning electron spectroscopy and an image processor, respectively. The results demonstrated that while the most amount of proteins adsorption was measured on the unmodified ePTFE surface among the grafts employed, the highest surface area of the platelets adhered was measured on the polylactide-coated hybrid ePTFE surface with no effects of pre-conditionings such as protein adsorption or its relation treatments in buffer.

포스트모던 시대의 기독교적 양육에 관한 연구

지금 현대 사회는 심각한 위기 사회라고 할 수 있다. 그 대표적인 위기가 가정의 위기이다. 이로인해 가정의 순기능이 많이 상실되었다. 이를 부추기는 여러가지 요인 중에 오늘의 시대주의를 빼놓을수 없다. 오늘의 시대주의인 포스트모더니즘은 가정과 사회 전반에 걸쳐 강력한 영향을 미쳤는데 그 영향이 결코 좋은 영향만은 아니었다. 교회 안은 어떤가! 포스트모더님즘은 교회안에서도 많은 부정적 영향을 끼쳐서 교회 교육의 현장이 혼란과 위기를 겪고 있는것이다. 이때일수록 포스트모더니즘에 대한 바른 이해가 더욱 요구된 않을 수 없다. 특히 자녀들의 신앙교육에 있어서 포스트모더니즘에 대한 바른 이해가 없이는 결코 온전한 양육이 힘들어지게 되었다. 포스트모더니즘이 자녀의 신앙양육에 가장 부정적인 영향을 미친 것이라면 가르치는 자의 권위의 약화를 가져왔고, 절대 진리에 대한 부정과 다원주의를 조장 하는 것이다. 개개인의 특성을 강조함으로 가정에서의 부모의 권위가 약화되는가하면 교회에서는 기독교진리를 거부하게 되고 지금까지 이루어져왔던 형식적 교육의 형태들이 많은 도전을 받게 되었다. 하지만 포스트모더니즘이 결코 부정적 영향만 있는것은 아니다. 오히려 건설적이고 창조적 관점에서 포스트모더니즘을 바라본다면 자녀의 신앙교육에 긍정적 효과를 기대할 수 있다는 점이다. 그것은 곳 모든 권위를 약화시키면서도 변방, 주변의 것들에 대한 관심의 복귀로 인하여 여성, 그리고 어머니의 역할과 중요성이 강조된다는 점이다. 그리고 이성과 과학이 무너지고 개개인의 감성이 더욱 부각되면서 이제는 성령의 사역들이 관심을 끌수 있게 되었다는 점이다. 이런 것 등의 특징들을 통하여 포스트모던 시대를 살고 있는 오늘날의 자녀의 기독교적 양육을 위하여 제안하는 것은 개별화나 분리가 아닌 함께 하는 교육, 즉 통전적 교육이 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 이를 위하여 가정과 교회는 간세대적인 만남의 교육이 필수적이라고 본다. 그런 면에서 교회학교의 분리 교육이 자꾸만 개별화교육을 통하여 통전적교육의 지양한다는 점에서는 부정적이라고 본다. 또한 '교회학교'라고 하는 이 용어에서 '학교'라는 어감이 형식적 교육을 뜻하기에 오히려 공동체성을 나타내는 다른 용어로 바뀌어야 한다고 본다. 또한 포스트모던시대의 기독교적 양육을 위하여 이제는 성령의 사역들을 강조하여야 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 양육을 위하여 교육의 장이 되는 가정과 교회는 늘 연결이 되어 서로의 필요에 민감히 반응하되 적절한 도움을 줄수 있는 상호협력관계를 유지 해야 할 것이다. 결국 이 모든 일들을 가능하게 하기 위하여 우리는 철저히 성령의 도우심을 간구해야 할 것이다.

우주 지상국 성능검증 시험의 자동화 시스템 개발

According to Korea's mid-and long-term plan, launch vehicle technology is rapidly developing for the launch space powers starting with NARO in 2009 through Nuri in 2020. and LEO satellite technology is rapidly developing for the space powers starting with KITSAT-1 in 1992 and starting with Arirang 1 through Arirang 3 A.   As Korea's science and technology develops, it has been utilized in various fields, such as satellite launches and payloads for performing imaging missions. Telemetry Ground station performance verification is very important. To this end, it is necessary to automate equipment for monitoring, control, and performance verification tests.   Therefore, in this study, remote data receiving equipment is monitored and controlled in real time, and information on the ground station is managed. It analyzes the equipment status and outputs it to the screen when a problem occurs, and implements the performance verification test function for measuring the bit error rate, link budget, servo test, and antenna gain. Using satellite orbit information, a low-orbit satellite tracking function and an automated function for performing projectile missions were implemented, and a system was constructed to enable comparative analysis by recording surveillance control information.   In this study, a system was constructed to manage a total of five ground stations, the Goheung Naro Space Center, two Jeju tracking stations and two Palau Republics. At this time, remote monitoring and control functions, authority functions, and key parameter functions were implemented to enable operators to use multiple ground stations.   In this study, the implementation items and equipment communication interfaces were analyzed to develop an automated system for the performance verification test of the space station, and based on this, the system was designed with design modeling definition, use case modeling, and component modeling. After the implementation of the function with the design details, the development was completed by performing equipment monitoring control test, performance verification test, remote authority setting and monitoring control test, and ground station interlocking test for each local ground station.   The system of this study will be used to carry out the mission of the Korean projectile and the projectile project of the National Space Research Center in France. When evaluating performance verification for communication between a space-ground station system and a projectile or low-orbit satellite, it can be applied in consideration of the operating concept and is expected to be applicable to various fields. 우리나라는 “국가우주개발 중장기 계획”에 따라 발사체 부분에서 2009년 나로호 발사를 시작으로 누리호 시험 발사와 2022년 본 발사를 준비하며 위성 영상 부분에서 우리별 1호를 시작으로 아리랑 3A호까지 우주 강국을 위해 우주기술이 급속도로 발전하는 추세이다. 우리나라의 과학 기술이 발전해 갈수록 인공위성 발사, 영상 촬영 임무 수행을 위한 탑재체 등은 다양한 분야에서 활용되어오고 있다. 원격자료수신(telemetry) 지상국 성능검증이 매우 중요한데 이를 위하여 장비를 감시제어 및 성능검증 시험을 자동화 하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원격자료 수신 장비를 실시간 감시제어 하며 지상국 정보를 관리해야 한다. 이를 위해 장비 상태를 분석하여 문제 발생 시 화면에 출력하며 비트 오류 율, 링크 버짓, 서보 테스트, 안테나 이득 측정의 성능검증 시험 기능을 구현해야 한다. 위성 궤도 정보를 사용하여 저궤도 위성 추적 기능과 발사체 임무 수행을 위한 자동화 기능을 구현 하고 감시제어 정보를 기록하여 비교 분석 가능하도록 시스템을 구성한다. 본 연구에서는 고흥 나로 우주센터, 제주 추적소 2기, 팔라우 공화국 2기의 총 5개의 지상국을 관리하도록 시스템을 구성하였다. 이때 원격지 감시제어 기능, 권한 기능, 주요 파라미터 기능을 구현 하여 운용자가 여러 개의 지상국을 사용 가능 하도록 구현 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 우주 지상국 성능검증 시험의 자동화 시스템 개발을 위해 구현 항목과 장비 통신 인터페이스를 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 설계 모델링 정의, 유스케이스 모델링, 컴포넌트 모델링으로 시스템을 설계 하였다. 설계 내용으로 기능 구현 후 로컬 지상국 단위 장비 감시제어 시험, 성능검증 시험, 원격지 권한 설정 및 감시제어 시험, 지상국 연동 시험을 수행 하여 개발을 완료 했다. 본 연구 시스템은 한국형발사체와 프랑스 국립우주연구센터 발사체 임무 수행 성공을 기대한다. 또한, 우주 지상국 시스템과 발사체 또는 저궤도 위성간의 통신을 위한 성능검증 평가 시 운영개념을 고려하여 응용 할 수 있으며 다양한 분야에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

관계혜택이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자혁신성과 합리성의 조절효과를 중심을

관계혜택이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향; 소비자혁신성과 합리성의 조절효과를 중심으로 A Study on Relationship among Relational Benefits, Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty; Focused on the Moderating Effects of Consumer's Innovativeness & Rationality 경영학과 정 성 광 지도교수 설 상 철 본 연구는 소비자와 재화/용역의 공급자간 관계혜택과 재화/용역에 대한 만족이 충성도에 미치는 기존 연구에 기초하여 자동발매기‘Kiosk'서비스에 대해 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 서비스 만족이 고객 충성도와의 관계에서 소비자 혁신성, 합리적 성향의 조절적 역할을 탐색적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 이상과 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 주제와 관련된 문헌연구를 통해 연구모형을 설계하고 가설을 설정하였다. 가설검정은 설문지를 이용한 실증조사방법을 이용하였으며, 자동발매기 ‘Kiosk’의 이용경험이 있는 부산 소재의 부산역 자동발매기 이용자를 대상으로 하였다. 설문조사는 200부 회수되었으나 무성의한 설문지를 제외한 195부가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료에 대한 경로분석, 조절 회귀분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘자동발매기’에서 고객만족을 유발하는 사회적 혜택, 확신적 혜택, 고객화 혜택의 영향 효과를 확인하였다. 하지만 경제적 혜택은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기업들의 미비한 경제적 혜택은 소비자들이 지각을 하지 않는 것으로본 연구는 나타내고 있다. 기업의 미비한 경제적 혜택은 오히려 불필요한 시간과 비용을 허비하는 것으로 본 연구는 시사하고 있다. 둘째, ‘자동발매기’에 대한 만족은 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘서비스에 대한 만족’과 ‘고객 충성도’간 관계에 있어 ‘소비자 혁신성’과 ‘합리성’은 조절역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. ‘소비자 혁신성’이 높은 소비자는 만족이 높을수록 충성도는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 ‘합리성’이 높은 소비자는 만족이 높을수록 충성도 또한 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 소비자들이 서비스 만족 수준에 따라 고객 충성도에 미치는 경로에는 ‘소비자의 혁신성’과 ‘합리성’에 따라 다르게 행동한다는 것이다. 이상의 연구에서 국내 기업들은 마케팅 전략과 고객만족 경영의 수립과 추진에 있어 고객에 대한 지속적이며 관계적인 노력과 함께 ‘소비자 혁신성’, ‘합리성’을 고려할 필요가 있다고 본다. 주요어 : 관계혜택, 서비스 만족, 고객충성도, 소비자 혁신성, 합리성, 자동발매기, Kiosk, 사회적 혜택, 확신적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 고객화 혜택

소셜 네트워크 서비스 속성과 태도 및 포워딩 의도의 관계 : 서비스 유형과 자기 과시 성향의 조절효과

오늘날 우리가 살고 있는 시대는 활발한 기술의 발전과 더불어 인터넷의 발달로 새로운 변화의 모습을 가져왔다. 이러한 변화는 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통하여 더욱 더 활발해졌으며 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 다양하게 활용함으로서 우리의 삶에 대한 효율성을 꾀하고 있다. 특히 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 발달은 오늘날 마케팅에도 큰 영향을 미치는데 각 기업은 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 활용을 통하여 소비자들과의 커뮤니케이션 도구로 활용하며 제품이나 서비스에 대한 소개와 홍보를 시도하고 있다. 또한 일반 점포매장의 경우에도 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 호의적인 반응을 얻을 경우 직접적으로 매출에 긍정적인 영향을 받기 때문에 마케팅에서 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 활용은 불가피한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수용모형(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 활용하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대해 보다 심층적으로 연구하여 보고자한다. 기술수용모형이란 혁신적인 기술에 대한 한 개인이 수용하고자 하는 의도를 분석하고자 하는 모델로서 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 이용자 태도, 행동의도를 주요 개념으로 제시하였다. 한편 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 중요성에 따라 몇몇 학자들에 의해 기술수용모형을 활용함으로서 연구가 시도되었지만 연구자들마다 이용자 태도의 중요성이 상이하게 주장되어지고 있다. 또한 기존의 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 이용자 태도, 행동의도의 제한된 개념을 사용함에 따라 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상황과는 차이가 있다는 점과 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 유형, 이용자들의 성향에는 초점이 맞추어지지 않았다는 한계점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대한 구체적인 마케팅 시사점의 제공을 위해 지각된 격려성을 새롭게 추가하고자 하며 행동의도를 대신하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상황에 적합하게 포워딩 의도를 제시하고자 한다. 결국 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 적용하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 지각속성인 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 격려성이 이용자 태도와 포워딩 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고자 한다. 또한 이러한 각 개념간의 영향은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 유형과 자기 과시 성향에 따라서 어떻게 조절되는지 알아 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 지각 속성 중에서 지각된 용이성, 지각된 격려성은 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 이용자 태도에 영향을 미치는 소셜 네트워크 지각 속성은 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 격려성임이 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대한 이용자 태도는 포워딩 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 격려성, 이용자 태도, 포워딩 의도간 관계에서 나타나는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 유형의 차이는 전반적으로 폐쇄적 서비스가 개방적 서비스보다 더 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 격려성, 이용자 태도, 포워딩 의도간 전반적인 관계에서 나타나는 자기 과시 성향에 따른 차이는 자기 과시 성향이 높은 이용자가 자기 과시 성향이 낮은 이용자보다 더 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 시사점을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 지각된 격려성의 중요성을 확인하였다. 즉 많은 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 대한 선행연구의 한계점인 이용자 태도의 상이한 결과에 대해 지각된 격려성을 제시함으로서 이용자 태도의 역할을 밝혔다는 점에서 본 연구는 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 더불어 기술수용모형의 행동의도를 대신하여 적용한 포워딩 의도에 대한 역할도 확인함에 따라 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상황에서 포워딩 의도의 중요성에 대해 제시하였다. 또한 이러한 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 격려성과 이용자 태도, 포워딩 의도간의 관계는 개방적 서비스보다 폐쇄적 서비스가 더 높게 나타난다는 결과에 따라 마케터들은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 유형을 보다 면밀히 확인하여 전략적으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스 활용을 시도하여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 격려성과 이용자 태도, 포워딩 의도간의 관계는 자기 과시 성향이 낮은 사람보다 자기 과시성향이 높은 사람에게서 더 높게 나타난다는 결과를 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용자들의 자기 과시 성향에 따라 각 기업의 시도하는 마케팅 효과는 다르다는 것을 유념하여 보다 선별적인 마케팅 전략이 필요할 것으로 본 연구의 결과는 제시하고 있다.

軍組織의 리더쉽 類型別 運用成果에관한 硏究

The main army groups's leadership styles have been ones for the results in strong control system nowadays. But the level of army personnels is changing highly in scholarship and growth environment. Therefore, the leadership style needs to be developed. The direction of the army leadership type should br found in the democratic leadership type. And then we could conclude the solutions by comparing with two leadership types authoritarian and democratic and analizing them. The purpose of this study is to present the developing directions of the army commanders' leadership through analizing leadership to lead servicemen under regiment and battalion level. The application method of this study may be summarized as follows; 1. Gathering the sources of the application uses the method of guestionaire. 2. For the collection of general situations, the application objects are selected in officers who work at the two regiments of the forward area. The basic analysis parts are main viewpoints for good leadership and understanding of situation. 3. For the identification of charactoristic situations, the application objects are chosen in soldiers who work under battalion level.(officer, NCO, private) The result of the study shows that the successful leadership is given by how to apply proper leadership as situations. It is not important which is better authoritarian or democratic. The important things for successful commanding are flexibility, persuasion, concern for surbordinates and followers, mutual understanding and communication between members of the unit, conciliation, affection and etc. Above all, affection for men could be emphasized to be the special keypoint for successful commander in the Korean unit.
