        3차원 시뮬레이션을 활용한 가로수종별 이미지 및 선호도 분석 - 대구광역시 동대구로를 대상으로 -

        본 연구에서는 도로경관에서 중요한 요소인 가로수에 대한 감성적 이미지를 평가해보기 위하여 3차원 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 수종 계절별 경관이미지를 제작하였다. 대상지는 대구광역시 수성구에 위치한 동대구로로 설정하였으며, 평가 수종은 개잎갈나무, 메타세콰이어, 튜울립나무, 느티나무로 선정하였다. 제작된 이미지를 바탕으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 여름경관에서는 느티나무의 선호도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가을 및 겨울경관에서는 메타세콰이어의 선호도가 높게 분석되었다. 감성적 평가요인을 도출하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 심미적 요인, 인지적 요인, 개성적 요인, 자연적 요인, 공간적 요인이 도출되었으며, 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 모든 계절에서 공통적으로 심미적 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 메타세콰이어의 경우 겨울경관에서 다른 수종에 비해 선호도 및 긍정적 의미의 감성이미지가 높게 평가되었으며, 심미적 요인의 감소가 다른 수종에 비해 적은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 수종의 종류 및 계절변화에 따른 감성이미지의 정량적 평가를 통해 쾌적한 도로경관 조성을 위한 객관적 자료 제시 및 경관계획에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, species and seasonal scenery image were made using 3D simulation modeling to evaluate emotional image of street trees in the roads cape. Study site are set in Tongdaeguro, located in Daegu Metropolitan City and Cedrus deodara, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Liriodendron tulipifera L., and Zelkova serrata were selected to evaluate the species. In the survey result, it appears that Zelkova serrata is the highest preference for summer landscape and Metasequoia glyptostroboides is the highest preference for fall and winter landscape. With regard to the factor analysis, in order to derive emotional evaluation factor, aesthetic factor, perception factor, individuality factor, natural factor, and spatial factor were derived and aesthetic factor is the greatest impact for preference common in all seasons. Preference and positive emotional image of Metasequoia glyptostroboides is evaluated as the highest in the winter and the aesthetic factor score reduction is less than the other species. This study will be used in offering objective data and landscape planning for making comfortable roads cape through the quantitative evaluation as each species and seasonal changes.

        환경도시 건설을 위한 도시녹지의 관리권역 설정 - 창원시를 대상으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to classify urban green space, to assess an imbalance by an administrative district (Dong), and to establish the management zone of urban green spaces for the construction of an environmental city in Changwon. The spatial data of 1:5,000 digital maps, park data in Changwon, land cover by the Ministry of Environment, and IKONOS satellite images from 2003 were used for this analysis. The assessment of the imbalance of urban green spaces was analyzed with the Lorenz curve and Gini's coefficient. The establishment of the management zone was performed by network analysis of GIS. The results of this study are as follows: the urban green spaces were classified as a park green space, a natural green space, and a riparian green space. According to the results of assessment of the imbalance of green spaces, Gini's coefficient was analyzed at higher than 0.4. Thus, the spatial imbalance of urban green spaces in Changwon was evident. The management zones to solve the imbalance were established: "rich zone", "fair zone", "poor zone" and "broken zone". Therefore, the rich and fair zones which have rich green spaces must maintain the good conditions through analysis of the green network and a survey of civic attitudes. The poor and broken zones which have poor green spaces must improve quality and quantity through creation of additional green spaces, construction of an eco-industrial park, and utilization of children's parks and pocket parks.

        도보권 근린공원의 내·외부 환경을 고려한 이용행태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 화랑공원과 관음공원을 대상으로 -

        최근 지역주민들의 일상생활 속에서 편리하게 이용 가능한 도보권 근린공원의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 공원 내부 및 접근환경이 공원이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 현장조사와 GIS를 활용하여 공원 내 외부 환경을 자료를 구축하였고, 설문조사를 통해 분석된 환경들과 비교를 통해 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 최종적으로 요인분석을 통해 도출된 환경들이 공원이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석을 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 화랑공원 이용자들은 공원시설과 안전성에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 관음공원은 녹지 공간과 그늘 양 등 자연적인 요소에 대해 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 관음공원은 시설의 노후화로 시설적인 측면의 만족도가 낮았고, 두 공원 모두 어린이들을 위한 시설과 볼거리 측면의 개선이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 공원까지의 접근 환경을 평가한 결과, 보행과 관련된 쾌적성 및 접근성과 관련된 환경은 화랑공원이 관음공원에 비해 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 이용자들이 만족도 또한 전반적으로 화랑공원이 높게 평가되었다. 공원까지의 접근에 있어 두 공원 이용자 모두 볼거리 측면의 만족도가 낮아 개선이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 다중회귀분석을 통해 이용만족도 영향 요인을 분석한 결과, '접근로의 환경', '공원시설', '산책공간'이 도보권 근린공원 이용만족도에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 화랑공원의 경우 내부적 환경보다 접근로의 환경개선이 이용만족도를 높이는데 더 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 도보권 근린공원의 개선에 있어 내부환경뿐만 아니라, 접근환경 측면을 고려함으로써 이용만족도를 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다. Recently, having neighborhood parks within walking distance has grown in importance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of user satisfaction with neighborhood parks within walking distance considering interior and exterior environments. To do so, a field survey and GIS were conducted to construct data which were then compared with result of the analysed environment. Finally, amultiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm impact on user satisfaction of environment. By summarizing the study results, it was found that users of Hwarang Park exhibited a high level of satisfaction with 'park facilities' and 'safety of park use'. In the case of Gwanum Park, users exhibited a high level of satisfaction with 'green space' and 'amount of shade'. On the contrary, two park users exhibited low levels of satisfaction with 'facilities for children' and 'various attractions' within the parks. The pedestrian environment of Hwarang Park was rated higher than Gwanum Park within the park service area. User satisfaction was also rated higher than for Gwanum Park. However, two park users exhibited low levels of satisfaction with 'various attractions' within the pedestrian environment. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction factors, 'environment of access route', 'park facilities' and 'space for walking' positively influenced park use satisfaction. It was found that improvement of the pedestrian environment would be more effective than the improvement of the internal environment on Hwarang Park. This study investigated correlation with the access road environment as well as the interior environment of the parks. The results of this research will be used to improve accessibility and availability for neighborhood parks within walking distance.

      • 심리적 인지특성을 고려한 교량하부 녹화유형별 선호요인 분석

        본 논문은 경전철 건설로 인한 도심의 경관훼손 저감 및 쾌적한 가로경관을 위한 교량하부녹화방안을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 대상지는 대구광역시 도시철도 3호선이 건설되는 구간이며, 고층아파트 및 상업시설이 밀집된 지역을 사례지로선정하였다. 교량하부 녹화방식을 유형화한 뒤, 유형별 선호도의 차이와 시각적 이미지를 평가하고자 3차원 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 각 장면을 제작하였으며, 경관형용사를 이용하여 설문평가를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 화목열식유형의 선호도가 가장 높게 평가되었으며, 교량경관에 대한 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 조화성인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교량하부의 효율적인 녹화계획을 위한 기반을 마련하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다. This study presents a greening plan for the under space of elevated rail tracks to reducing landscape impairment and improve the streetscape. This study focuses on a section of the Daegu Metro line number 3 that includes a concentration of high-rise apartments and commercial areas. First, different types of planting were categorized for the under space of the elevated rail track, and then images of each planting type were created using a 3D simulation tool to evaluate the visual characteristics. The landscape images and related adjectives were assessed using a survey. As a result, rows of flower trees received the highest evaluation, and 'harmony' was identified as the most important factor affecting the railscape preference. These results can be important data for establishing an efficient greening plan for the under space of elevated rail tracks.

        담장의 시각적 선호성 및 이미지 분석

        This study deals with the consciousness and visual preference and image about the fence that is an important factor and a vertical element in the streetscape. The analysis was performed by the data obtained from the questionnaires and the photos for the fence scene. 1. The answerers considering the fence had great influence on the beauty of a city were over 80%, also the fence influence good effect on a city was higher than 63%. 2. The answerers prefering the fence materials mixed with inanimate materials and plants was higher than 50%. Also the design offence was regarded to be the most important element when established. 3. While the satisfying factors for the visual preference were peculiarity, abundance and harmony, the dissatisfying factors were commonplaceness, disharmony and isolation(closing). Also the preference factors were the design and material in several elements of the fence. 4. At the part of function, the preferable places were estimated highly as boundary mark, eye interception but in the visual effect were so low. 5. Psychological factor, related to the satisfaction of the fence, had a grip of three factors, evaluation, formation, potentiality, and the presumption formula was: Satisfaction=1.61(Evaluation)+0.30(Formation)+0.55(Potentiality)+6.23(R2=0. 63)

        교량경관의 이미지 및 시각적 선호도 분석 - 배경경관 및 교량형태를 중심으로 -

        Currently, bridges are regarding as the structure with formative, scenic and environmental values more than their function as simple passageways. Because an attempt to work on the diversity of the bridge types and installation of the large structures on bridge are part of the project of the regional amenity enterprises, a study that harmonizes bridges with landscape is needed at this point in time. This background can influence the direction of bridge landscapes that considers local features by analysis of visual preferences on a bridge simulated scene. The results were as follows: analyzing the change of the simulated landscape image, forest landscape are damaged by the input of a bridge which was natural, harmonic and intimate. On the other hand, when a bridge was inserted into the ocean landscape, it was thought to improve the ocean landscape, especially, upper part form of arch bridge various or suspension bridge were improved in polished and various image. The insertion of a bridge into an urban landscape change from a negative image to a beautiful, harmonic and attractive image. The intimate, harmonic and natural image of a rural landscape was damaged by inserting a bridge. As analysis result about change of landscape preference by input of bridge, there is difference between before and after as input the bridge, and bridge influences as main object in the simulated scene. Visual preference was the highest in the ocean landscape, and the lowest in the suspension bridge in the rural landscape. The complicated shape of bridge follows on the background type difference certainly appear. Thee simulated scene preference except the urban landscape of the simulated scene fell generally Especially, fall of preference of girder bridge in the forest and ocean landscape, suspension bridge in the rural landscape appeared notedly.

        경전철 교각의 미관개선유형별 이미지 및 시각적 선호도 분석

        본 연구는 대구도시철도 3호선의 교각미관개선 시험구간을 대상으로 경관 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 교각에 대한 인식과 디자인 시 중요요소를 조사하고, 코팅, 그래픽, 피복식물, 광고판 등의 선호도 및 감성평가를 실시하였다. 경전철의 교각은 평가자들의 60.4%가 부정적으로 인식하고 있으며, 미관개선이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 교각디자인 시 고려해야할 시각적 요소는 색채 5.81, 형태 5.57, 미적구성 요소에는 조화 6.07, 쾌적성 6.00 등의 순서로 높게 나타났다. 미관개선별 선호도는 그래픽 4.14, 피복식물 3.57, 코팅 3.23, 광고판 2.82 등의 순서로 분석되었으나, 연구대상지 피복식물은 생육이 나빠 피복율이 낮은 상태에서 이루어진 점을 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 감성평가에서 코팅, 안전시설, 무처리는 '인공적인', '생기없는', '삭막한'이 대표적인 경향으로 나타났고, 자연재료를 사용한 피복식물은 타 유형에 비해 '자연적인', '생기있는'이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 그래픽과 광고판은 대표적인 감성 요소 없이 디자인에 따라 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 교각 미관개선을 위해서는 우선적으로 주변 환경과 조화로움, 이용자의 정감성을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 본 연구의 결과는 경전철 교각의 경관문제 개선에 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation Advisory Committee has chosen 5 styles of bridge-pier designs, including coating, graphic, planting, billboard and safety-facility style, based on the results of landscape simulations from a previous study. This study was conducted to investigate citizen's preferences and emotional images for each style of bridge-pier design, by aiming at the pilot urban landscape improvement section from Daebong Bridge in Suseong Gu to the crossroads near Dongseong Elementary School in Daegu Metropolitan City. The questionnaire was drawn up regarding the urban landscape improvement plans applied to the research area, and the questions were about citizens' perception of bridge-pier structures generated by constructing a light rail transit, important factors to consider when designing bridge piers, preferences for each style of bridge-pier design and emotional impact. 60.4% of the survey participants were found to perceive bridge-pier structures as unattractive, so it was necessary to improve them aesthetically. Regarding visual factors of bridge-pier designs, color was most important at 5.81, followed by form at 5.57. Regarding aesthetic component factors, harmony was most important at 6.07, followed by amenity at 6.00. In the survey participants' preference for each bridge-pier design, the graphic style was preferred most at 4.14, followed by the planting style. In emotional adjectives used for each bridge-pier design, the coating style, the safety-facility style and the non-treatment style showed similar results, and all of these styles were evaluated as artificial, lifeless and desolate. The graphic style and the billboard style showed different tendencies, depending on visual factors and aesthetic component factors applied to the graphic design used for these two bridge-pier styles. Since natural materials were used for the planting style, however, it showed high preference for such emotional images as natural and lively. The emotional adjective 'amiable' was found to affect citizens' preferences for each bridge-pier aesthetic improvement plan most, and it was also analyzed to have an effect on all the styles of bridge-pier designs. To improve the landscape of a light rail transit being constructed inside the urban area, this study quantitatively extracted citizens' preferences and emotional adjective for every style of bridge-pier design applied to the pilot urban landscape improvement section, and it is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data to improve the landscape of bridge piers.

        경관시뮬레이션을 이용한 아치교량의 시각적 특성평가

        This study was to understand the component that affects the formative beauty and to present the direction of bridge design for improving the image of urban landscape to survey the visual effect and landscape Preference by the change of bridge type. The results of this study are as follows. In the results of image analysis by bridge types, the images of one-arch bridges are unique and interesting, whereas more than two successive arched bridge were harmonize, stable, consecutive and regular. In the case of the arch rib, braced-rib arch bridge was assessed that complicated, diverse and interesting more than solid-rib arch bridge. The results of factor analysis on the psychological factor were classified into three categories: orderliness, aesthetic and symbolism. In the results of analysis on psychological factors by bridge types, the orderliness and symbolism were different in the position of path, and the number of arches, too. In case of arch rib, symbolism was different. In the preference analysis, they showed a sensitive reaction in the background of building. In the results of the relativity preference and psychological factor, according to aesthetic, symbolism and orderliness, there was an effect on the background of building. And, there showed the high effect in order of aesthetic, orderliness and symbolism in the background of mountain and building. This study should be objective raw data of the arch bridge design for improving the urban landscape. In the future, aesthetic variables like colors or textures should be considered for more exact evaluation.

        물리적 환경인자를 활용한 도시의 쾌적성 평가

        본 연구는 도시의 물리적 환경인자를 이용하여 쾌적성을 평가하고, 이를 토대로 대기, 수질 등 환경질과의 상관성을 파악하여 쾌적성 평가결과의 실효성을 검증하고자 한다. 물리적 환경인자는 공원·녹지, 경관, 수환경, 토지이용의 항목으로 분류하고, 11개의 세부인자를 설정하였다. 설정된 인자를 토대로 GIS 도면을 작성한 후, 중첩분석을 이용하여 최종적인 쾌적성 평가도면을 작성하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 1, 2등급은 전체면적의 40.8%로 행정구역상 달성군, 동구, 수성구를 중심으로 나타났으며, 쾌적성이 낮은 6~7등급은 중구, 서구, 달서구 등을 중심으로 전체의 5.7%를 점하고 있었다. 다음으로 실효성 검증을 위해 실시한 쾌적성과 환경오염의 상관분석 결과, 대기의 경우 SO2와 r=-0.649의 상관성을 가졌으며, 수질의 경우 TN, TP와 r=-0.643, -0.642의 높은 음(-)의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to assess the urban amenity on physical environmental factors, and to verify the effectiveness of the amenity map using correlation analysis of the environmental quality. The physical environmental factors were set to 4 items of green space, landscape, water environment and land use, and the items were composed of 11 detail factors. Based on the factors, GIS maps were constructed and the amenity map was produced using overlay analysis. The results of this study are as follow; the proportion of 1~2 ranks was 40.8% of total area around Dalseong-gun, Dong-gu, Suseong-gu. The lower 6~7 ranks in the amenity assessment was 5.7% of total area around Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Dalseo-gu. According to the results of correlation analysis between the amenity and environmental observed data, SO2 among the air pollution material had a negative correlation with amenity(r=-0.649, p<0.05). In case of water pollution, TN and TP had the negative correlations with amenity (r=-0.643, P<0.01; r=0.642, p<0.01).

        토지이용변화에 따른 경산시의 경관구조 분석

        Landscape, the land mosaics, is combined with human and natural environment. Landuse and landcover changes are an important factor that changes structure and function of regional landscape. In this study, the changes of landcover and landscape structures are examined in Kyongsan between 1985 and 1997, using Landsat TM images and landscape indices. The results of this study are as follows; First, according to the classification of landcover, forest and agriculture areas have decreased as a result of urban expansion. Second, forest fragmentation has been brought by development; So forest healthiness has weakened. It is proved that urban expansion has happened in agriculture land. Third, a variety of landuse types around forest have changed from agriculture-oriented types to the ones mixed with urban and agriculture areas between 1985 and 1997.
