In general, the Carbon Firber Sheet is used to strengthen of Reinforced Core Beams. But the flexural strength of Reinforced Concrete Beams wig Carbon Firber Sheets is not clearly defined. Therefore, the pose of this pate is to investigate the flexural strength effect of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Carbon Firber sheets. The experiment parameters of in this study are the amount of sheets, the shape, the U type anchorage, and the Pre-loading. The result shows that ire flexural strength, the shape of failure, the failure loads, and the ductility of Reinforced Concrete beams with Carbon Firber Sheets.

본 연구에서는 하지 골절 후 회복기 환자에게 러시안전류 자극이 넙다리네갈래근의 근수행력과 활성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 본 연구는 2013년 1월 9일에서 2013년 3월 16일까지 실시하였으며, 하지 골절 후 회복기에 있는 환자 20명을 대상으로 실험을 실시하였다. 러시아 전류자극기의 큰 도자를 넙다리네갈래근의 근위부에 위치하고, 작은 도자는 원위부에 부착시키고 한 주에 세 번, 6주 동안 적용하였다. 대상자의 넙다리네갈래근의 근활성도를 측정하기 위해 근전도가 이용되었고, 근수행력을 측정하기 위해 등속성기기가 이용되었다. 연구결과 기간별 넙다리네갈래근의 근수행력 차이는 러시안전류 치료 전과 비교하여 4주 후와 6주 후에서 유의한 근수행력의 증가를 나타내었다. 또한 넙다리곧은근, 안쪽넓은근, 가쪽넓은근의 근활성도는 치료 전과 비교하여 4주 후와 6주에서 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과는 러시안 전류가 하지 골절 등과 같은 문제로 인해 약화된 하지 근육의 근력 강화를 위해 선택될 수 있는 효과적 치료 방법이라 할 수 있다. The present study was aimed to comprehend the effect of the Russian current stimulation on the muscular performance and activity of quadriceps femoris muscle of the convalescent patient after the leg fracture.This study conducted test based on 20 patients after leg fracture. Russian current was applied for six weeks as three times in a week, between January 9, 2013 and 15 March 16, 2013. The electromyogram was used to measure the muscle activity of the quadriceps femoris, and the isokinetic equipment was used to measure the muscular performance. The muscular performance difference by duration depending on the application of the Russian current showed the significant increase in all muscular performances. The activity of all muscles of the quadriceps femoris muscle by duration showed significant increase. These results showed that the Russian current can be the effective treatment method for enhancing the muscular strength of the weakened lower limbs muscle due to the problem such as the leg fracture.

Natural and absorbable polymers have been used for many pharmaceutical and biomedical applications for several decades. Of these polymers, the application of chitosan and hyaluronic acid based polymers has received a great deal of attention in the past 15 years for use in controlled drug delivery systems, tissue repair, tissue engineering, and controlling certain biological events. Interest in synthetic absorbable polymers has grown considerably over the last three decades, principally because of their transient nature when used as biochemical implants or drug carriers. Recently, however, investigators have revived interest in naturally derived polymers. The genesis of absorbable polymers was driven by the need to replace the highly tissue-reactive, absorbable, collagen-based sutures with synthetic polymers, which elicit milder tissue response. Technology of absorbable/biodegradable polymers has evolved in two independent areas. The evolution of natural polymers took place through chain modification of existing materials using chemical means or modulating the biosynthetic functional properties. On the other hand, the evolution of synthetic polymers has been achieved through modulating their chemical composition using several polymerisation techniques and, to a lesser extent, chemical modification of presynthesized polymers.

The survey was conducted with participation of the 289 handicapped persons residing at the rural area OOeup-gun in Kyungbook for the period of March 2 - May 31, 2006, to study the nature in general of the handicapped and the boundaries of their need. For the nature in general of the handicapped, the study was done by gender iscrimination, age, marital status, religion, educational level, occupation, monthly income, disability cause, disabled duration, disability type, disability level. For the boundaries of their need, the study was done by demand of financial support, educational demand, demand of voluntary workers, need of rehabilitation and medical treatment, job training, improvement of living conditions, or so. Using the Win.SPSS program, we made a frequency analysis and conclusions on the nature in general of the handicapped and the boundaries of their need on a 2-test. Conclusions are : 1. Nature in general of the handicapped The existence of the handicapped shows high at the age over 51 (71.6%), male-handicapped (65.1%), primary school graduates (62.9%), farming engaging (65.2%), monthly income less than one million Won (80.5%), cause by disease (53.8%), duration more than 10 years (61.6%), disability at level 3 (39.8%), extremity disability (66.4%). 2. Correlation of nature in general with demand of the handicapped a. In demanding the financial support, support for helper’s compensation shows high (p<0.05). In demanding the necessity of voluntary workers, the male-handicapped appears high during the absence of family assistance and the female-handicapped appears differently per week and also appears high during the absence of family assistance (p<0.05). b. In educational demand of the handicapped by their age, the age below 30 demands technical-job training and the age over 31 demands medical education for health care (p<0.01). c. In demanding the financial support by educational level, support for living cost shows high (p<0.05). d. In demanding improvement of living conditions by postnatal cause of disability, improvement of house structure shows high (p<0.05). e. In demanding assistance of voluntary workers by disabled duration, "No Need" shows high in the disabled duration more than 4 years (p<0.05). f. In demanding rehabilitation and medical treatment by disability type, home-visiting treatment, oriental medical treatment and physical therapy show high (p<0.001). g. In educational demand by disability level, medical education for health care shows high (p<0.01).
키토산이 제빵 특성 및 shelf life 에 미치는 영향

To evaluate the effect of water-soluble chitosan, on bread-making characteristics, baking properties and shelf life were investigated. The water-soluble chitosan increased the specific volume of bread loaf and decreased the hardness of bread during storage, showing its anti-staling effects. The maximum anti-staling effect of water-soluble chitosan was observed at 1.0 % level. The addition of water-soluble chitosan (1.0 %) showed the maximum specific loaf volume. From the sensory test, the effect of water-soluble chitosan at 15% level was predominant and showed high scores in the color. In addition, the effect of water-soluble chitosan until 5.0% level was higher but 10.0% showed all breads were made almost the same size in water soluble chitosan at 15% level. A little smaller and harder side of the surface on the bread was made at 20% level.
