We know the several construction methods for underwater tunnel, but properly submerged concrete box type tunnel was mostly good structure stability and mostly shot length of tunnels. Submerged box type tunnel was buildup the unit segments in dry dock or ship yard by 10 to 20meters. The submerged box was composed with segments was join each together. It was installing the gate and waterproofing the coupling the front hull of a box. The complete submerged box rise up to the surface water, tow in the submerged box by tugboat, going to the destination of tunnel construction site. Beforehand dredge up soil at the bottom of a underwater, sinking the submerged box, connection together complete submerged box in underwater. The research and development ILM tunneling method is receiving careful study. Biggest weakness in submerged concrete box type tunnel was pressure waterproofing, box to box connecting, complete submerged boxes navigation and installation, after operation the submerged tunnel and management concrete box structure. It was positive evidence in submerged concrete box type tunnel. We make a practical application of the principle “the ILM tunneling method in underwater construction methods.”

The vertical slope of railway track is the differences of attitude for the horizontal distances between two positions of railway. It is better to be small vertical slope for the comfortable of passengers and the operation of railway system. However, the variable vertical slope is required that the simple vertical slope causes the huge quantities of embankment and cutting, the continuous welded rail tunnels, the continuous welded rail bridges, etc,. This research is for the relation between the vertical slopes and the trainset performances. This research shows that the effective vertical slopes for the operation of railway. The velocity of car and operation time and the consumed energy was considered for each vertical slope and type of car power system. The result of suitable vertical slope from this research is to be used for the design of railway plan.

The Most powerful tools in the snthetic organic chemists arsenal are organometallic compounds and metal mediated transformations. Organometallic reagent has its own characteristic chemo, regio, or strereoselectivity. We reported a general approch for highly reactive meatl powder by reducing metal salt in tetrahydrofuran solvents using lithium as reducing agents. The metal salt to reduced must be partially soluble in the solvent and reductions are carried out under an argon atomosphrer. The reductions are exothermic and generally are complete within a few hours. The reductions generated a Finely divided black powder. particle size analyses indicate a range og sizes from one to two microns to submicron range depending on the metal and, more importantly, on the method of preparation. It should be pointed out that particle size analyses as wellas surface area stuies have been done the metals that been collected, dried, and analysis. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) photographs reveal a range frommaterial to polycrysalline metals.

시대적 요구에 따라 인천공항철도가 1단계(인천국제공항~김포공항 40.3km 07년 3월 개통)와 2단계 (김포공항~서울역 20.7km 10년 10월 개통)가 단계별로 개통되었으나 표정속도의 저하로 도로교통 과 경쟁력을 확보하지 못하고 수송수요의 저조 등으로 이어져 민간협약에 의한 정부 재정지원은 날로 늘어나 결국 2009년11월 국가에서는 한국철도공사로 하여금 민간지분을 매입하여 정부보조금 지출 축 소를 모색하였으나 정부보조금 지출 비중만 축소되었을 뿐 공항철도를 운행함에 따른 정부보조금은 상 당분 지출되고 있는 상황이다. 더우기 2004년 4월 경부고속철도 개통에 따라 고객들도 시간가치의 소 중함을 인식하고 대기시간이 길어지거나 운행시간이 길어지는 경우엔 더 빠른 교통수단으로 전환하는 것을 당연시 하고 있으며 교통정보 전달의 가속화로 출발부터 목적지 도착까지 최적의 교통수단이 무 엇인지 파악 후 출발하므로서 여행에 따른 시간손실을 최소화 하려한다. 따라서 공항철도의 고속화는 이 시대의 요구사항으로 당연시 되어 있고 공항철도의 고속화야 말로 타교통수단과의 경쟁에서 우위를 차 지할 수 있으며 인천공항철도 활성화가 가능하고 소외된 경기서북부 및 인천지역의 고속철도 수혜를 확 대하는 방안일 것이다. 공항철도 고속화방안은 앞선 검토 자료를 기초로 실제 적용하는데 있어 좀더 구체적이고 현실적인 방안 을 모색하고자 본 고에서는 공항철도구간의 고속화 가능구간과 노반 궤도 시스템개량에 따른 열차속도향 상 효과를 분석하고 각 차량별 즉 기존 AREX(120km/h) KTX(230km/h) 180km/h급 고속EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) 등의 차량투입에 따른 열차운행 대안을 분석하고 가장 효율적인 열차운전시격 및 열차운행패턴 등을 제시하여 인천공항철도를 이용하는 고객들에게 좀 더 신속하고 쾌적한 운송수단이 되어 새로운 수송수요 창출은 물론이고 타교통과의 경쟁우위를 확보하여 공항철도가 활성화되기를 기대해 본다. According to the demands of the times Inchon international airport railroad opened up step by step but It is situation that much government subsidies are paid because It does not competitive power with road traffic by decline of schedule speed. Inchon international airport railroad users will convert by other transportation and minimize damage their time as travel time is prolonged. Therefore need high speedization of airport railroad this may act big role competitive power security as well as airport railroad activation with another public transportation. Thus this paper suggests that a high speedization possibility section in the sections of airport railroad and train speed elevation effect analysis by roadbed railroad system improvement and the most efficient operation intervals analyzing each vehicles (AREX (120km/h) KTX (230km/h) EMU(Electric Multiple Unit 180km/h) train running pattern.
