반응표면분석법을 이용한 초석잠 분말 첨가 쌀쿠키의 품질특성 및 최적화

This study was conducted to develop an optimal composite recipe of nutritional cookies containing Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) powder. Rice powder was partially substituted with Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) powder to reduce its content. The optimal sensory composite recipe was determined by 3 concentrations of Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) powder, butter, and sugar, using the central composite design. In addition, the mixing condition of Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) powder rice cookies was optimized by subjecting the cookies to a sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis using the response surface methodology (RSM). The effects of the addition of the three variables on the quality of Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) rice powder cookies were assessed in terms of color, hardness, sweetness and sensory evaluation. The results of the sensory evaluation produced values very significant for flavor, texture, sweetness, appearance, and overall quality (p<0.05). The results of instrumental analysis showed significant values in moisture content, spreadability, sweetness (p<0.01), lightness, redness, and hardness (p<0.001). As a results, the optimal sensory ratio of Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) rice cookies was determined to be Chinese artichoke (Stachy sieboldii Miq) powder 4.22 g, butter 120.00 g, and sugar 130.00 g.
제2언어 한국어 학습자의 학습장애에 관한 재외 한글학교 교사들의 인식 탐색 ―미국 캘리포니아주를 대상으로

The goal of this study is to investigate teachers’ perception of teaching experience and education method of Korean language learners with learning disabilities by studying Korean language school teachers in California. The survey results showed, first, that the Korean language school teachers had a relatively high recognition of the necessity of an educational plan for Korean language learners with learning disabilities. Furthermore, most teachers positively recognized the need to conduct courses in integrated classrooms for students with and without learning disabilities. Second, although the Korean language school teachers were interested and proficient in Korean language instructional methods, it was confirmed that their interest and practice with regard to Korean language learners with learning disabilities were still insufficient. Third, the Korean school teachers identified the lack of customized textbooks as the most critical among the six educational issues related to teaching Korean to those with learning disabilities. The in-depth interviews revealed, first, that the Korean language school teachers were cautious in dealing with problems related to Korean language learners with learning disabilities. Second, although the teachers recognized the need for integrated classroom courses. they preferred selective integrated classroom courses as required, due to the practical difficulties encountered while teaching. Third, the necessity of developing customized textbooks for Korean language learners with learning disabilities was recognized. Based on the survey and interview results, this study suggested the necessity and direction of Korean language teacher education in relation to learning disabilities of those who study Korean as their second language.
Web에 서비스하는 3차원 지도의 속도개선을 위한 기술 연구

3차원 지도서비스는 대용량 데이터를 활용하여 Web 상에서 서비스하는 형태이기 때문에 데이터를 처리하는 속도, 데이터 전송량 등의 문제점들이 발생한다. 현재 3차원으로 서비스되는 시스템들도 대부분 서비스데이터를 경량화 하여 속도문제를 해결한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 데이터의 경량화를 위한 지형데이터를 데이터베이스화 하고, 3차원 웹 엔진에서 속도문제를 처리할 수 있는 다양한 기술에 대한 연구를 실시하여 시스템을 속도문제를 해결하고자 한다. 3D map service system is serviced on web site which has problems such as processing speed and transmission rating. Currently, most web 3D systems make lightweight service data to solve the problems of processing speed. Most web 3D systems which are being serviced solve processing speed problem using Lightweight service data. Therefore this research store terrain data on database for making Lightweight data. We’d like to solve the problem of system by storing terrain data on database by making Lightweight data and studying the various technology which can deal with processing speed problem in 3D web engines.
화법 수업의 특성을 반영한 동료 평가 방안 탐색 ― 성찰적 담화 분석 평가를 중심으로

In educational research, “peer feedback” or “peer evaluation” has been reported to be positive for a variety of reasons. In this study, we explored peer evaluation methods that reflect the characteristics of an oral communication class. Considering the principles necessary for the design and execution of the oral communication class, “peer evaluation using reflective discourse analysis” was proposed as a way to supplement procedural inadequacies that appear when applying peer evaluation in an existing classroom. In this study, the concept and procedure of the newly proposed peer evaluation method are explained in detail, and the results of applying it to a class for college freshmen are reported.
고령 환자 대상 의료 커뮤니케이션 교육의 방향 - 간호사와 고령 환자의 소통에 대한 인식을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of difficulties in medical communication through interviews with nurses and elderly patients. The study also aimed to explore the direction of medical communication education for the elderly patients. In-depth interviews on the communication between nurses and elderly patients were conducted between August 4, 2020 and September 23, 2020 with the following participants: Ten nurses and eight patients aged 60 and above. Specifically, semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions were conducted. Through the analysis of the interviews it was confirmed that the nurses were aware of the difficulty in communicating with the elderly patients due to the pathological and dispositional characteristics of the elderly. Additionally it was confirmed that the nurses were using their own medical communication strategies to reduce cognitive differences in the elderly patients. On the other hand, the elderly patients had difficulty in understanding the explanation given by of the nurses and showed a passive reaction, such as silence, to the communication process as they recognized their weakness. It was also confirmed that the elderly patients were expecting sympathy from the medical staff. Based on the above results, the study determined the direction of practical and cooperative medical communication education methods according to two-way demands for effective medical communication with the elderly patients.
내용 조직 과제에 대한 수사구조이론(RST) 기반 채점 결과 분석 ─ 진단 도구 정교화를 위한 시사점을 중심으로

The current study uses a Rhetorical Structure Theory (RST) diagnostic tool on text organizing ability to automatically grade the results of sentence- arranging tasks performed by elementary school students. It further analyzes the results to identify the factors of the diagnostic tool that were affected. Our findings are summarized as follows. First, the scores of the items with nuclei were higher than those with no nuclei. Second, the correlation between content classifying and content sequencing areas was quite high, and students with low scores were found to have relatively more difficulty with content sequencing. Third, the higher the number of relations and relation types, the lower the score, and for items with the most diverse relation types, the scores between the relation types were very large. These analysis results have important implications for improving diagnostic tools on text organizing ability.
수사구조이론(RST)을 활용한 의미 구성 능력 진단 도구의 형식 탐색

Thinking that learner`s text meaning construction ability can be diagnosed by using RST (Rhetorical Structure Theory), this study intended to investigate a form of diagnostic tool for a learner`s meaning construction ability on persuading text with text producer`s strong intention. To this end, this study established the basis for development of diagnostic tools and the 4 tool forms and then, it applied the 4 diagnostic tool forms to learners at primary, middle and high school to verify the validity. As a result, from the aspect of `validity of diagnosis`, it was found that there was no problem for the 4 diagnostic tool forms to diagnose grasping ability of main contents, contents creation and organization ability considering the purpose and situations, and the whole text system and structure grasping ability of all the learners. However, it appeared that the outcome of C and D patterns which could freely transform the given contents did not have a great difference from the reaction of B patterns. Next, from the aspect of `easy execution`, it was found that C and D patterns which included a method to move meaning construction results to manuscript papers had worse adequacy than A and B patterns. In other words, it was confirmed that inclusion of writing process in development of diagnostic tool for meaning construction ability would not have a direct influence on diagnosis. Finally, from the aspect of `adequate data`, it was believed that A, C patterns were relatively easier in data processing than B, D patterns. Taking above results together, it was finally judged that A, B patterns secured a dominant position over C, D patterns as a diagnostic tool.
