프로모션 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인: 프랜차이즈 외식 산업의 SNS 버즈 분석을 중심으로

프랜차이즈 경쟁의 심화에 따라 기업은 프로모션에 상당한 재원을 투자하고 있으며, 이에 프로모션의 효과 측정의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 외식 산업에서 이러한 프로모션의 효과를 조사하기 위해 대표적 소셜 네트워크 서비스인 트위터 데이터를 경험적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 프로모션의 간격과 기간, 그리고 계절이 프로모션의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 통계적으로 입증했고, 나아가 각 요인별로 프로모션의 효과에 영향을 미치는 배경을 파악하여 외식 산업 내 기업의 업종에 따른 프로모션 전략을 제안하였다. Companies has been investing enormous resources in promotion as the market keeps changing rapidly. Therefore, there are growing needs to measure the impact of a promotion on revenue growth. To investigate the effect of promotion in franchise food service industry, this study empirically analyzed text data from Twitter, one of the dominant social network services. Our findings show that a gap between promotions, promotion duration, and season have a significant influence on a volume of twitter buzz, which represents a promotion effect in our study. Next, we tried to analyze the reason why those factors were related to the promotion effect. Finally, we suggested promotion strategies related to each influential factor depending on types of business in food service industry.

For zinc-air batteries, there are several limitations associated with zinc anodes. The self-discharge behavior of zinc-air batteries is a critical issue that is induced by corrosion reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) of zinc anodes. Aluminum and indium are effective additives for controlling the hydrogen evolution reaction as well as the corrosion reaction. To enhance the electrochemical performances of zinc-air batteries, mechanically alloyed Zn-Al and Zn-In materials with different compositions are successfully fabricated at 500rpm and 5h milling time. Investigated materials are characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Alloys are investigated for the application as novel anodes in zinc-air batteries. Especially, the material with 3 wt% of indium (ZI3) delivers 445.37 mAh/g and 408.52 mAh/g of specific discharge capacity with 1 h and 6 h storage, respectively. Also, it shows 91.72 % capacity retention and has the lowest value of corrosion current density among attempted materials.

For the final purpose of accelerating the restoration of defected bone tissue, researches for developing invitro three dimensional (3D) mineralized tissue using various stem cells, scaffolds and culture systems have beenextensively done. In this research, an integrated bioprocess to generate stem cell-based 3D mineralized construct wasdeveloped using adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC), highly porous biodegradable poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) microspheres and a high-aspect ratio vessel (HARV) bioreactor system. First, ADSCs adhered uniformly onpoly-L-ornithine-coated macroporous PLGA microspheres, and the ADSC/microsphere composites were culturedin the presence of osteogenic supplements in a HARV bioreactor. Alkaline phosphatase (ALPase) activity assay,immunocytochemical staining and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis showed temporalincrease of ALPase activity, molecular expressions of type I collagen, osteocalcin and runx2 and upregulationof runx2, Sp7, type I collagen and bone sialoprotein mRNA during 3D osteogenic culture of ADSC/microspherecomposites. Finally, 3D dynamic osteogenic culture generated highly mineralized micro tissues as validated byalizarin red-S staining and SEM-EDS. The results demonstrated that cell-based 3D micro-mineralized tissue couldbe generated by integrated bioprocess, and potentially utilized for bone tissue regeneration. The integrated bioprocessin this study may provide an efficient and scalable culture system for application in bone tissue engineering.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the Visual-Perceptual approach of the Historic Building in downtown. For this purpose, Mang-Mi-Ru in Busan-city was surveyed and analyzed. In details, Mang-Mi-Ru was analyzed Visible distance and D/H ratio of roadside building. The result of the study, Visual-Perceptual approach of the Mang-Mi-Hu was fine from Mang-Mi-Ru 12.02~13.0m, but the remainder section had the Visual-Perceptual approach on a low level.
국제해사기구 선박 훈증소독 기준의 국내법 도입에 관한 연구

이 연구의 목적은 국제해사기구(International Maritime Organization, IMO)의 선 박 훈증소독에 대한 기준을 국내법에 도입하는 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 선박에서 훈증소독에 사용되는 살충제를 부주의하게 취급하는 경우, 선원의 건강과 생명에 위 험이 있을 수 있다. 훈증소독은 주로 우리나라 항만과 바다에서 국민의 안전을 위하 여 시행되므로, 이 연구에서는 훈증소독의 법제현황을 파악하여 국내법의 개선방안 을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 선박 훈증 소독시행 관련 국내법 현황을 조사하였으 며, IMO 국제협약 규정과 국제지침 및 해외국가 법률들도 함께 검토하였다. 그 결 과, 국내법 상에는 훈증소독에 대한 선원의 관점에서 훈증소독의 관리 요령이 부재 함을 파악할 수 있었다. 국내법으로 IMO 훈증소독에 관한 기준 도입을 위해, 선내 훈증소독 관련 국내 법규들과 IMO 관련 지침의 내용을 비교 분석하여 국내법에 수 용하여야 할 세부 기준들을 도출하였다. 선박 훈증소독 시 사용되는 살충제 중에서 도 위험성이 큰 메틸브로마이드와 인화수소에 대한 정보와 함께 선박 화물창의 적재 상태에 따라 사용가능한 살충제 정보, 선장과 방제업자 간에 함께 확인하고 점검해 야할 점검표 등의 주요 요건들을 확인하였으며, 선박에서 살충제의 안전한 사용을 위해 선박안전법의 하위 고시에 반영되어야 할 필수적인 기준들을 제안하였다. 이 연구를 통해 선상 훈증소독제의 안전한 사용과 해양경찰을 포함한 정부당국의 선박안전관리 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study aimed to introduce International Maritime Organization (IMO)’s standards on the ship’s fumigation for national legislation. Careless use of pesticides on ships can threaten the health and life of employees. Since ship fumigation is mainly conducted in ports in our nation, the study intends to explore the legal status of ship fumigation and to prepare measures by improving domestic laws. To this end, the current domestic laws related to the implementation of ship fumigation and disinfection were investigated, and the regulations of the IMO international convention, guidelines, and laws of foreign countries were also reviewed. As a result, it was possible to identify the standards to be accepted in domestic law. Moreover, the relevant regulations needed to include management methods from the perspective of seafarers. To introduce the IMO guidelines related to fumigation, specific standards to be accepted in the domestic laws were derived by comparing and analyzing the contents of domestic laws and the relevant IMO regulations about ships’ fumigation. Among the pesticides used during fumigation of ships, information on dangerous methyl bromide and phosphine, information on several pesticides available according to the loading condition of the ship's cargo hold, and checklists to be used by the master and fumigator-in-charge should be provided. Finally, for the safe use of pesticides in ships, essential contents to be reflected in the minister’s notice of ship’s fumigation under the Ship Safety Act were proposed. This study can contribute to the safe use of pesticides during onboard fumigation and to strengthening the safety management of ships by government authorities including the Korean coast guard.
