The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between early childhood teachers' perception of child abuse, play beliefs, and practice of respect for early childhood rights, and to investigate the effect of early childhood teachers' perception of child abuse and play beliefs on the practice of respect for early childhood rights. The subjects of the study were 309 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in G and S cities, and a survey was conducted among them. The collected data were used using the SPSS 24.0 program, and correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a correlation between early childhood teachers' perception of child abuse, play beliefs, and practice of respect for early childhood rights. Second, as a result of examining the effect of early childhood teachers' perception of child abuse and play beliefs on the practice of respect for infant rights, it was found that the early childhood teachers' perception of child abuse and play beliefs were variables that predicted the practice of respect for infant rights. This study is expected to be used as basic data to find ways to promote early childhood teachers' awareness of child abuse and belief in play, which are important variables in the practice of respecting the rights of infants.
메타분석을 통한 창의력 교육프로그램의 효과분석- 자기효능감을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of creative education programs in developing self-efficacy through a meta-analysis and understand if school level, studying time, teaching method and self-efficacy level work as controlling variables. Theses published between February 2012 and February 2021 in Korea were collected for this purpose. There were a total of 20 theses included in this study. The results show that a variety of creative education programs had high effectiveness (g=1.01) in self-efficacy development of learners. The effectiveness depending on school level was not meaningful statistically. The creative education program was the most effective for kids. The difference in the effectiveness depending on learning hours was not statistically meaningful. The most effective education time was more than 10 hours and less than 20 hours. The difference in effectiveness in across teaching methods was statistically meaningful. The most effective teaching method was the method that used motivation and creative skills. The difference in effectiveness depending on self-efficacy level was not statistically meaningful. However, the creative education program for the development of self-efficacy for specific projects was found to be the most effective. The results of this study are significant in that they can be used as basic data for the development and practice of creative education programs.

This essay is the result of examining the context and narrative network of the maternal aunt that appeared newly in contemporary Korean novels. Maternal aunt is new representation of the female subject after a feminism reboot. This essay noted that this representation was found in reshaping the paternally centered blood/legal kin narrative into the female family-history narrative. This begins with a narrative exploration of normativity that intervenes and naturalizes in the composition of the blood/legal kin, and occurs by being called out of the construct during the process of tracking the gendered transgenerational trauma caused by inherited affective inequality. Furthermore, this representation is differentiated by recontextualizing the relationship between women as a transgenerational process that goes to the relationship ethics of gift and affective equality in the narrative exploring the possibility of fictive kinship. In conclusion, the maternal aunt representation in contemporary Korean novels symptomaticly expresses the female public's mind on reflection on kinship and the search for alternative kinship.

본 연구는 영유아교사의 인권과 관련된 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 영유아교사의 인권 연구의 과제와 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2007년부터 2024년까지 석·박사 학위논문 70편, 학술지 76편 총 146편을 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 2007년 1편의 논문을 시작으로 2014년 7편, 2017년에는 14편, 2019년에는 가장 많은 26편의 연구가 게재되어 인권 연구에 대한 관심이 지속 되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 연구 방법별 동향은 양적연구가 121편으로 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 문헌연구 15편, 질적연구 10편 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상별 분석으로는 어린이집 교사 54편, 영유아교사(유치원,어린이집) 47편, 유치원 교사 25편, 예비교사 20편 순으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 통해 영유아교사 인권 관련 연구의 의미를 재발견하고, 교사의 인권과 영유아의 인권 모두 높일 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends related to the human rights of early childhood teachers and to suggest the challenges and directions of the human rights of early childhood teachers in the future. To this end, a total of 146 papers from 2007 to November 2024, 70 master's and doctoral dissertations, and 76 journals, were analyzed by research timing, research method, and research object. As a result of the analysis, first, starting with one paper in 2007, seven papers were published in 2014, 14 papers were published in 2017, and the largest number of 26 studies were published in 2019, indicating that interest in human rights is steadily increasing. Second, the trend by research method showed that the largest number of quantitative studies were conducted with 121 papers, followed by literature studies with 15 papers and qualitative studies with 10 papers. Third, in the analysis by study subjects, 54 cases were reported by nursery school teachers, 47 papers by early childhood teachers (kindergartens and daycare centers), 25 papers by kindergarten teachers, and finally 20 papers by preparatory teachers. Through this study, it is expected that it can be used as basic data to rediscover the meaning of research related to human rights of early childhood teachers and to prepare ways to increase interest in and practice of human rights.
학부모가 인식하는 학생생활규정에 관한 연구: 학생생활평점제 적용을 중심으로

본 연구는 학생생활규정 및 학생생활평점제에 대해 살펴보고, 학부모가 인식하는 학생생활규정의 적용 차이에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 영남지역을 중심으로 학생청소년 자녀를 둔 학부모를 대상으로 하였다. 표본추출은 비확률표집에 의한 우발적 표집으로서 194부를 분석하였다. 설문문항은 학생생활규정종합 29문항의 6영역으로 교사지시불응, 용의복장, 수업출결, 안전생활, 정보통신, 기본품행으로 구성하였다. 학부모들의 학생생활규정에 대한 인식을 심층적으로 알아보기 위여 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 주요 질문의 내용은 학생생활평제도의 이해정도, 학생생활평제도에 대한 평가, 학생생활규정 중 수업출결 영역에 대한 평가, 자녀들의 학생생활평제도에 대한 평가와 이해정도 등이다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램에 의해 분석하였으며 일반현황은 빈도분석, 주요 학생생활규정 적용정도는 기술통계와 인구학적 변인에 따른 학생생활규정 주요 영역별 분석은 t분석, 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 대한 해석에 심층적으로 알아보기 위하여 학부모와 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 연구결과를 보면 학생생활규정 영역별을 보면 수업․출결, 기본품행, 교사지시불응 순으로 적용 정도가 높았다. 이는 아직도 학부모의 입장에서는 학업성취와 기본 품행에 관해서는 학생으로서의 권리를 보장하기보다 학생의 의무를 강조한다고 볼 수 있겠다. 학생들은 대체로 체벌은 어느정도 필요하면서도 효과는 별로 없다고 생각하고 있으나 학부모나 다수의 교사는 교육의 목적을 달성하기 위한 효과적인 방법으로 그 필요성을 인정(김선영, 2006)하려고 한다. 학부모는 학생들에게 권리보다 의무를 기대하거나 요구하면서 학생의 인권에 대해서는 낮은 인식을 가지고 있다.
10학년 과학 생명 단원 실험 수업에서 자기 조절 학습 전략이 과학적 태도 및 탐구 동기에 미치는 영향

This research was conducted with the intention to improve students' scientific attitudes and inquiry motivation in laboratory activities in the 10th grade life unit by using self-regulated learning strategies. The five self-regulated learning strategies were selected through the simple correlation analysis between self-regulated learning and scientific attitudes on 415 10th-grade students. And then 135 among them were chosen and divided into two groups. The control group was applied to traditional teaching method and the experimental group was applied to the selected self-regulated learning strategies in laboratory activities in the 10th grade life unit. To analyze the effectiveness of using the self-regulated learning strategies, the pre- and post-tests for the students' scientific attitudes and the interview for inquiry motivation were applied to both groups. As a result, scientific attitudes were not significantly different(p>.05) between the control and the experimental group in terms of the pre-test scores but the post-test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(p<.05). Inquiry motivation of the experimental group was more positive than that of control group. Therefore, using the self-regulated learning strategies could enhance students' scientific attitudes and inquiry motivation effectively.

The purposes of this study were to investigate risk factors of low back pain in civil airmen and to use this information as basis far the back rehabilitation. Subjects of this study were randomly selected 276 civil airmen who had been employed at four airports in Seoul. These data were analyzed by χ2 test, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple logistic regression using SAS. The results were as follows: 1) The prevalence of low back pain among 276 civil airmen was 64.9%. 2) The most common cause of low back pain was load lifting (stewardess), long sitting (aircrew A), and long sitting plus training (aircrew B), 3) There were no statistically significant associations among age, height, body weight, and low back pain, 4) No statistically significant relationships were found among the average monthly working time, total working time, average monthly rest time, working year and low back pain. 5) There was statistically significant relationship between abnormal posture and low back pain (p〈.01). 6) There was statistically significant relationship between fatigue and low back pain among stewardess and aircrew B. 7) There was a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and job-related stress (p〈.05). 8) In stewardess, higher satisfaction score was associated with less likelihood of low back pain (odds ratio = .80). The results of this study indicate that civil airmen developed chronicity of low back pain due to unfit seat, poor habitual posture, fatigue symptom, and stress or other risk factors. Therefore, there is a need to improve the working environment for the prevention of posture-related low back pain.

In recent years, Korean books have gained increasing popularity in China, largely due to the Korean Wave. This trend has led to a significant rise in the export of Korean literature to China. Despite this momentum, however, Korean literature remains relatively obscure and occupies a peripheral position in the Chinese literary polysystem. While there has been progress in publishing Chinese translations, thanks in part to the Literature Translation Institute of Korea, a major challenge persists: the shortage of competent translators with a deep understanding of Korean culture and language. To address this issue, it is crucial to establish a well-structured system for literary translation education, one that focuses on identifying and nurturing talented literary translators and designing a systematic curriculum that equips students to produce high-quality translations. In this context, the present study addresses various issues concerning Chinese translation education for Korean literature. It investigates the publication and reception of Korean literature in China, reviews educational programs available in South Korea, and proposes a detailed set of recommendations for improving translator training in this field.
