This paper provides the dynamics of Chua's circuit with respect to both the frequency and the amplitude of an additional weak signal in a cubic Chua's resistor. It exhibits suppression of chaos by specific conditions in nonlinear autonomous circuits. The results show that permanent chaos can be quenched by stabilizing one of many periodic orbits embedded within the chaotic attractor, and nonfeedback method of controlling chaos is simpler to implement effectively in the field of chaotic circuits.

We study the Matlab's Simulink simulation of an autonomous chaotic oscillator and the Chua oscillator circuit by considering a negative resistor as a characteristic parameter which controlled by the CdS(Cadmium Sulphide) cell.This is a new way to observe several chartic phenomena with the same initial condition.Since we can control of the internal resistance of the CdS cell by an additional circuit, our autonomous chaotic oscillator circuit makes it possible to measure the voltage value continuously and automatically.

소형주택 임대 사업자에 대한 세액감면이 형평성에 미치는 영향

This study analyzes the equity of tax reduction for small-sized rental operators as one of the government’s policies related to the rental housing market. The effects of equity on income level and regional classification are based on the number of newly registered rental houses, the Gini coefficient and effective tax rate. First, the Gini coefficient of taxpayers with housing rental income is unchanged the small amount of tax expenditure. However this policy seems to have deepened the imbalance because the effective tax rate of taxpayers benefiting from this tax reduction lower than th of other taxpayers. Next, the number of new rental housing registrations in the Seoul metropolitan area(SMA) increased due to this system. Also, the change in the effective tax rate as high in the SMA. This means that the benefits of this policy are concentrated in the SMA. Therefore, to improve equity, it is necessary to consider gradually reducing this policy or adjust the reduction rate according to income levels and regions. 본 연구는 정부의 임대 주택 관련 정책 중 하나인 소형주택 임대사업자에 대한 세액감면의 형평성을 분석했다. 소득수준, 지역구분에 따라 본 제도가 형평성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 임대주택 신규 등록 건수, 지니계수, 실효세율을 사용하였다. 먼저 본 제도가 주택 임대 소득자 간 형평성에 미친 영향을 지니계수로 추정한 결과, 감면 규모가 크지 않기 때문에 형평성에 미친 영향은 작은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 본 제도의 감면 혜택을 받는 납세자의 실효세율은 다른 납세자보다 낮은 것으로 나타나 실효세율이 역전되었다는 점에서 본 제도는 수평적 불균형을 심화시킨 것으로 보인다. 다음으로 본 제도 도입으로 인해 수도권 임대 주택에 대한 등록 건수가 더 많이 증가했다. 또한 수도권과 비수도권의 지니계수 차이는 감면 후 확대되었으며 감면 전ㆍ후 실효세율의 변화도 수도권 임대소득자에서 높게 나타나 본 제도의 혜택이 수도권에 집중되는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 형평성 개선을 위해 점진적으로 제도를 축소하거나 소득수준 및 지역에 따라 감면율을 조정하는 방안을 고려할 필요가 있다.

해저배관은 지반쇄굴로 인하여 일부분이 노출되어 자유경간이 형성될 수 있다. 자유경간이 형성되면 환경하중 및 와동유기진동에 의해서 안정성을 잃을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해저배관의 안정성을 위협하는 중요 요소인 자유경간의 정적 및 동적 경간을 결정하는 방법을 제시한다. 자유경간 해석에서는 해저배관에 작용하는 압축력 효과를 고려하였으며 토양의 종류에 따라 경계조건을 일반화시켰다. 자유경간 양단의 해저지반은 탄성기초로 간주하였으며, 이들 선형 및 회전 스프링으로 치환하여 경계조건을 일반화시켰다. 정적 및 동적 자유경간의 길이를 산정 할 수 있는 무차원화 된 곡선을 구하였다. 예제해석을 수행하여 그 적용방법을 소개하였다. 본 연구결과는 자유경간을 갖는 해저배관의 설계에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다. The free span of a subsea pipeline due to seabed scouring can result in structural failure by severe ocean environmental loads and vortex induced vibrations. This Paper examines the safety of subsea pipelines with free spans under axial compressive load. The variation of allowable lengths of static and dynamic free spans is examined for generalized boundary conditions. The free span is modelled as a beam with an elastic foundations and the boundary condition is replaced by linear and rotational springs at each end. The static and dynamic free span curves are obtained with a function of non-dimensional parameters. A case study is carried out to introduce the application method of the curve. The results of this study can be usefully applied for the design of subsea pipelines with a free span.

We study the optocoupler oscillator that shows a periode-doubling and a chaos dynamics under any conditions of input circuit in simulations by ORCAD PSpice. Its characteristics was found to coincide input frequency components with output's. But the relationship between input signals and output signals is different according to the amplitude of driving input voltage. Thus, this result can be applied to the technology of optical communications in the future.
