        GAN기반의 Semi Supervised Learning을 활용한 이미지 생성 및 분류

        This study deals with a method of combining image generation using Semi Supervised Learning based on GAN (Generative Adversarial Network) and image classification using ResNet50. Through this, a new approach was proposed to obtain more accurate and diverse results by integrating image generation and classification. The generator and discriminator are trained to distinguish generated images from actual images, and image classification is performed using ResNet50. In the experimental results, it was confirmed that the quality of the generated images changes depending on the epoch, and through this, we aim to improve the accuracy of industrial accident prediction. In addition, we would like to present an efficient method to improve the quality of image generation and increase the accuracy of image classification through the combination of GAN and ResNet50.

        화장품산업 초기 기술창업기업의 성장요인에 관한 사례연구: 충북창조경제혁신센터 6개월챌린지플랫폼사업의 지원기업 중심으로

        The Korean government has been focusing on supporting technology startups to solve social and economic problems such as low growth, declining economic growth rate, rising youth unemployment rate and lack of new growth engine. Although the failure rate of young technology startups is very high, relevant researches are still scant. On the basis of previous researches, this study has identified four growth factors of technology startups: characteristics of entrepreneurs, technical superiority and originality of business items, focused marketing strategy, and follow-up government support projects. Five young technology startup cases were selected and analyzed in the cosmetics industry which were supported by the Six-month Challenge Platform project of Chungbuk Creation Economic Innovation Center. The main findings of the case study were as follows: First, product development through inhouse R&D rather than external contracted R&D was beneficial to acquiring follow-up government support projects and external investment. Second, choosing a small niche market and concentrating marketing efforts on the target market had a positive effect on firm performance. And, third, relevance of entrepreneurs' college major and technological originality of business items were confirmed to influence firm performance positively in the early stage. The results are expected to help young technology startups survive successfully and establish a foothold for growth in their early stage.

        정상 한국인에서 억제 비디오두부충동검사 결과의 연령별 분석

        Objectives: Suppression head impulse paradigm (SHIMP) in video head impulse test is now newly used to test vestibular function. The aim of this study was to analyze normative values of SHIMP for healthy Korean subjects in each decade of life.Methods: SHIMP and HIMP responses were measured with the video head impulse test in 70 healthy subjects. Vestibulo-ocular reflex gain and anticom-pensatory saccade were analyzed and compared at each decade of life. Results: All subjects produced anticompensatory saccades in SHIMP. Gain values did not vary significantly with age. Gain values in SHIMP were lower than gain values in HIMP. The gain values of rightward impulse were higher than the gain values of leftward impulse.Conclusions: Gain values and anticompensatory saccades in SHIMP were con-sistently equal in each decade of life. Normative values of SHIMP seems largely unaffected by aging.

        AIoT 기반의 영상처리를 통한 근로자 스마트 안전관리 플랫폼

        본 연구는 인공지능과 사물인터넷 기술을 결합한 AIoT 기반의 영상처리 기술을 활용하여, 제조 현장에서 근로자의 안전을 위한 스마트 안전관리 플랫폼을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이 플랫폼은 산업 현장의 다양한 안전사고를 예방하는 데 목적이 있으며, 근로자의 안전 및 생산성 향상에 도움이 될 수 있도록 설계한다. 플랫폼 개발을 위해 영상처리 기술로부터 얻은 정보를 인공지능(AI) 알 고리즘에 적용하고, 이를 기반으로 산업 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 위험 요소를 실시간으로 감지한다. 또한, 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술을 활용하여, 안전 장비 및 기기들과의 연동을 통하여 산업 현장에서 보다 효과적인 안전관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 화재와 연기 감지를 중점으로 한 연구에서는 Yolo v5 알고리즘을 활용하였다. 학습 결과로서 'all' 클래스의 mAP50 값은 0.96으로, 'fire' 클래스의 mAP 값은 0.97로, 그리고 'smoke' 클래스의 mAP 값은 0.95로 측정되었다. 이러한 스마트 안전관리 플랫폼의 구현은 근로자들이 산업 현장에서 위험을 회피하고 안전사고 발생 가능성을 줄이는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대되며, 이를 통해 기업뿐만 아니라 사회 전반의 안전 문화 확산에 기여할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제안하였다. This research aims to utilize AIoT-based video processing technology that combines artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology to develop a smart safety management platform for worker safety at manufacturing sites. The platform aims to prevent various safety incidents on manufacturing sites and is designed to help improve worker safety and productivity. To develop the platform, information obtained from image processing technology is applied to artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, and based on this, risk factors that may occur at industrial sites are detected in real-time. Additionally, by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology, more effective safety management will be possible at manufacturing sites by linking safety devices and devices. In a study emphasizing fire and smoke detection, the Yolo v5 algorithm was used. As a result of the training, the mAP50 value for the 'all' class was measured at 0.96, the mAP value for the 'fire' class was 0.97, and for the 'smoke' class, it was 0.95. The implementation of such an intelligent safety management platform is expected to be of great help to workers in avoiding hazards at industrial sites and reducing the possibility of safety accidents, which will benefit not only companies but also society as a whole. A platform was proposed to contribute to the spread of safety culture.

        덱사메타손에 의한 근위축 유도 쥐 모델에서 Akkermansia muciniphila HB05P의 근력 및 근육량 개선 효과

        In this study, the muscle strength-related functionality of A. muciniphila HB05P was confirmed through in vitro and in vivo tests. C2C12 cells were simultaneously treated with dexamethasone (250 μM) and HB05P (0, 1.0104, 1.0105, 1.0106 cells/well) to evaluate effects on suppressing muscle cell death. HB05P treatment significantly increased the expression of Follistatin and decreased the expression of Atrogin-1. Moreover, 1 mL of each HB05P treatment at low (3.0107 cells/mL PBS), medium (3.0108 cells/mL PBS), and high (3.0109 cells/mL PBS) concentrations was orally administered once per day to model rats with muscle atrophy (9-weeks-old, male, n=8 per group). In the HB05P-treated group, significant improvements in muscle strength, lean mass, muscle mass, and muscle fiber size were observed compared to those in the sarcopenic control group. The results of this study suggest the possibility of developing A. muciniphila HB05P as a functional material that is useful for improving muscle strength and mass.

        개방성 접근법에 의한 비중격 교정술의 임상 양상에 관한 연구

        Background and Objectives This study aims to investigate the indications of external approachseptoplasty and improvement in subjective symptoms and objective parameters in patientswho underwent external approach septoplasty to correct septal deviation with varioustypes of deformities. Subjects and Method Thirty-one patients who underwent external approach septoplastyfrom October 2014 to January 2019 were classified by direction, location, and degree of nasalseptal deviation, septal shape and surgical techniques. Through acoustic rhinometry, the minimumcross-sectional area and nasal volume were measured before and after surgery. To evaluatethe improvement in symptoms, the Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) surveyand nasal congestion visual analogue scale (VAS) were also measured. Results We found significant correlations between: the direction and degree of nasal septaldeviation; the location and degree of nasal septal deviation; septal shape and location of the nasalseptal deviation; septal shape and surgical techniques; and the degree of nasal septal deviationand presence of spreader grafts. The NOSE scale following external approach septoplastyimproved from 14.7±4.4 to 3.1±3.2 (p<0.001), while the VAS score improved from 7.2±2.3to 1.2±1.4 (p<0.001). Also, acoustic rhinometry showed that the minimum cross-sectionalarea and nasal volume at the convex side of nasal cavity significantly increased after surgery. Conclusion The external approach septoplasty is a surgical technique that is effective notonly in improving subjective symptoms, but also in improving objective parameters. Externalapproach septoplasty could be used in case of caudal and/or dorsal nasal septal deviation.

        Effect of Ultraviolet Irradiation on the Material Properties and Acoustic Emission of a Fiber-reinforced Composite

        We report the effect of exposure to up to 300 h of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation on the material properties andacoustic emission (AE) of glass fiber-reinforced composite specimens. The tensile strength decreased by up to 30 % due tophotodegradation, which caused extensive matrix cracking and interfacial debonding. Although a global parameter ofstructural health (the b-value) tended to increase with increasing exposure to UV light, it decreased after 300 h of exposure. The AE signals were more highly attenuated in the irradiated specimens, and the contribution of low-amplitude AE signals toattenuation was greater. To demonstrate the effect of attenuation, a numerical study was carried out based on frequencydependentattenuation rates calculated from the experimental results. Simulations clarified the influence of attenuation rate onthe b-value of the degraded composite.

        요추전산모델의 해부학적 형상에 대한 통계학적 분석

        본 논문에서는 52명 피험자의 컴퓨터 단층촬영 데이터를 이용하여 요추전산모델을 구축하고 형태계측학적 연구를 진행하였다. 한국인 52명의 요추모델을 이용하여 제 1요추에서 제 5요추까지 각각의 요추 종판(lumbar end-plate) 위, 아래 가로 직경(EPWu, EPWl) 및 전후 직경(EPDu, EPDl), 전후 높이(VBHa, VBHp)를 측정하였다. 한국인 남녀의 인체계측학적 분석 결과, 종판의 위, 아래 가로 직경, 전후 직경은 남자가 여자보다 크게 나타났으나 전후 높이는 비슷한 크기를 보였다. 또한 한국인에 비해 미국인(Caucasian)이 대체적으로 큰 종판 직경 및 높이를 나타냈다. 같은 동양인이라도 한국인보다 중국계 싱가폴인(Chinese Singaporeans)이 더 작은 종판의 형태를 가지고 있었다. 이상의 요추 계측 결과를 통해 한국인의 체형에 맞춰진 의료기기 개발 및 적절한 수술 기법을 고안해 낼 수 있을 것이다. This work presents a morphological analysis of the first to fifth lumbar vertebrae seen in 52 Koreans using computer tomography data. In this study, the upper/lower end-plate width (EPWu/EPWl), upper/lower end-plate depth (WPDu/EPDl) and anterior/posterior height (VBHa/VBHp) of the lumbar vertebrae dimensions were calculated using a computational approach. Comparing the results of these dimensions in Korean males with females, the EPWu, EPWl, EPDu and EPDl of males were larger than in females; however, the VBHa and VBHp of males were similarly sized to those of females. Furthermore, standard vertebrae seen in Caucasians have larger diameters and heights than those seen in Koreans. Even among Asians, Chinese Singaporean forms had smaller end-plate lumbar vertebrae than Koreans. The results of this lumbar spinal morphology analysis can be used to develop improved medical devices and appropriate surgical techniques for Koreans.
