성숙산업의 벤처창업 결정요인 : 산업의 기술발전과 경쟁강도, 자원조달과 벤처 정당성의 복합적 영향

산업의 성장과 발전은 새로운 기업들의 지속적인 출현을 통해서 이뤄지며, 새로운 기업들은 새로운 기회를 발견 하고 활용하려는 기업가적 행위에 의해 만들어진다. 선행연구들은 기업가적 행위를 일으키는 여러 요인들을 제시 해왔지만, 대부분이 기업가들의 경제적 동기에 주목하였을 뿐만 아니라 주로 신생산업의 맥락에서 이해를 제공해 왔다는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 기업가적 행위가 일어나는 조건을 이해하기 위하여 경제적 요인과 사회적 요인을 통합한 연구모형을 제시한다. 특히 신생산업이 아닌 성숙산업의 맥락에서, 산업의 기술발전 둔화와 경쟁강도 심화, 그리고 자원조달 악화가 기업가적 행위에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 논의한 다음, 각 요인의 영향이 산업의 벤처 정 당성에 의해 어떻게 달라지는지를 논의한다. 본 연구는 국내 4개 주요 산업들에서의 벤처창업에 대한 2006-2016년 의 패널자료를 대상으로 포아송 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 산업의 기술발전이 둔화되고 경쟁강도가 증가할 때 벤처창업은 증가하는 반면, 산업의 자원조달이 악화될 때 벤처창업은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 산업의 벤처 정당성이 강화될수록 벤처창업에 대해 기술발전 둔화가 미치는 영향은 감소하였지만, 경쟁강도 증가와 자원조달 악화가 미치는 영향은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성숙산업에서의 기업가적 행위를 설명하는 통합적 연 구모형을 제시함으로써 기업가정신 연구에 이론적으로 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 벤처창업과 벤처 정당성의 관계를 면 밀히 분석함으로써 벤처창업 활성화를 위한 실용적 함의를 갖는다.

표상에서 개념으로, 개념에서 표상으로: 헤겔의 학문 체계의 형성에서 표상의 위상과 기능에 대하여

This study deals with the function and status of representation in relation to concepts, paying attention to the aspect of the formation process of Hegel’s system. It can be widely agreed that the process until the formation of the Science of Logic, the basis of the system, is a process of sublating from representation to concept. In addition to this, this study notes that the formation of the other half of Hegel’s system owes to a process that can be named as the ‘movement from concept to representation’ in various fields of ‘real philosophy’ after the Science of Logic. First, in this paper, ‘movement from representation to concept’ is analyzed from two aspects. First, in Hegel’s system of thought, representation has the dual aspect of being irreplaceable and inappropriate in the process of forming a universal knowledge of the Sache, which leads to a concept (Chapter 2). Second, the inappropriateness of a representation lies in the nature of its synthesis. Because of the flaws of synthesis, the representation has no choice but to proceed to the concept. In this article, I exemplify the synthetic nature of representation in the areas of Phenomenology of Spirit, philosophy of the subjective mind, and aesthetics, respectively(Chapter 3). Next, this paper analyses on the process of forming “philosophical sciences” in each field after Science of Logic, naming it the ‘movement from concept to representation’ process. This analysis has three steps. First, it was through his lectures that Hegel formed a system in each field after Science of Logic. The representation used in the lecture had a systemic aspect in addition to its pedagogical function (Chapter 4). I then argue that the ‘movement from conception to representation’ is important in the formation of the ‘real philosophy’(Chapter 5). Furthermore, in the last chapter of this paper, it is argued that the ‘movement from conception to representation’, which forms the ‘real philosophy’, is once again achieved through a continuous reciprocation between representation and concept, and I illustrate this reciprocating motion through the analysis on the ‘sacrifice’ and ‘Cunning of Reason’ in Hegel’s philosophical consideration of world history(Chapter 6). 본 연구는 헤겔 체계의 형성 과정이라는 측면에 주목하여 개념과의 관계에서 표상이 차지하는 기능과 위상을 다룬다. 체계의 토대인 논리의 학문이 형성될 때까지의 과정은 표상으로부터 개념으로의 지양 과정이라는 점에 대해서는 널리 합의될 수 있다. 본 연구는 여기에 더하여 헤겔의 체계의 나머지 절반의 형성은 논리의 학문 이후 실재철학적 여러 학문 분야에서 ‘개념으로부터 표상으로의 운동’으로 명명될 수 있는 과정에 빚지고 있음에 주목한다. 본고에서는 우선 ‘표상으로부터 개념으로의 운동’을 두 측면에서 분석한다. 첫째, 헤겔의 사상 체계에서 표상은 개념으로 나아가는, 사태에 대한 보편적 인식의 형성 과정에서 부적합하면서도 대체불가능하다는 이중적 측면을 가지고 있다(2장). 둘째, 표상이 갖는부적합성은 그것이 갖는 종합의 성격에 있다. 종합이 갖는 결함 때문에 표상은개념으로 나아갈 수 밖에 없다. 필자는 표상의 종합적 성격을 정신현상학, 주관정신의 철학, 미학의 영역에서 각각 예시한다(3장). 다음으로 본고는 <논리의 학문> 이후 헤겔이 각 분야의 “철학적 학문들”을 형성해 나가는 과정에 주목하여이를 ‘개념으로부터 표상으로의 운동’ 과정으로 명명하고 이를 분석한다. 이 분석은 세 단계를 거친다. 첫째, 헤겔이 논리학 이후 각 분야의 체계를 형성해 간것은 강의를 통해서였다. 강의에서 사용된 표상은 교육학적 기능 이외에도 체계형성적 측면도 가지고 있었다(4장). 그다음 필자는 ‘개념으로부터 표상으로의 운동’이 실재철학의 형성에 중요하다는 것을 본격적으로 논증한다(5장). 나아가, 본고의 마지막 장에서 필자는 실재철학을 형성하는 ‘개념으로부터 표상으로의 운동’이 다시금 표상과 개념 간의 지속적인 왕복운동을 통해 이루어진다는 점과, 그 실례로서 세계사의 철학 영역에서 ‘이성의 책략’이라는 표상이 어떠한 역동적인자로서 기능하는지를 논증한다(6장).

The basic idea of diversity techniques is to transmit/receive multiple replica of the information through independent channels. In this paper, the time-space diversity is studied and simulated. Also character of SISO, MISO, SIMO, MIMO is studied and simulated.

Attributing Performance Failures with Two Aspiration Levels: R&D Investment in the Korean Shipbuilding Industry, 2000-2014

Organization tries to adapt to its environment by learning from its performance feedback generated from the comparison between performance and the aspiration level, which leads the organization to make adaptive decisions accordingly. Even though the sources of aspiration level are theoretically different, the line of empirical research has treated as if organization processes the performance feedbacks from historical and social aspirations as identical, assuming that the organization tries to explore to solve the negative performance feedback. However, this paper argues that this approach misleads the organizational decision making processes in two ways: neither it explains the decision makers’ different psychological dynamics of organizational decision making processes, nor it addresses the organization’s rigidity when it perceives the poor performance as external threat. Therefore, this paper focuses on the distinguished features of each historical and social aspiration, and tries to understand the different mechanisms when the organization attributes its failure to each aspiration. We also show how organization explores when the feedbacks from the two aspirations correspond and when does not correspond, since organization considers both social and historical performance feedback simultaneously. To empirically test our hypotheses, we analyzed 2,432 firm-year data of 323 South Korean Shipbuilding firms from 2000 to 2014 and provide evidence to support our hypotheses.

In Mobile communication systems, it require a high speed transmission. But the performance of systems is bad according to a selective fading channel. Therefore we must estimate a channel environment. In this paper, we esimated a direction of arrival of the coming wave. Currently there is MUSIC algorithm in DOA estimation. But this technique is difficult to estimate DOA in real time because of time. This paper proposed a new method called Blind adaptive array Antenna. As a result, we verified the performance of system is superior in various channel condition using simulation.

저농도 점탄성유체의 유변학적 특성연구

Both two laser beams and a digital timer system were used to accurately measure the terminal velocity of a falling ball in the viscometer. In this study, the apparent viscosity and the characteristic relaxation time of the aqueous polyacrylamide Seperan AP-273 solution using the falling ball viscometer were determined. The characteristic relaxation time increased as the polyacrylamide concentration increased. In the Powell-Eyring model, the largest characteristic time was predicted among the tested rheological models. The PIV system was employed to visualize the flow phoenmena around balls.
