자연순환저장시스템 설계 방안에 대한 기초 연구

농업생산물의 품질관리 및 안전성확보는 국민의 삶의 질과 건강을 영위하게 하는 핵심요소이다. 농산물은 수확 후에 생물학적, 화학전 반응을 거듭함으로 수확할 당시의 신선도를 유지하는 방법과 유통과정이 중요하다. 정부에서는 안전농산물 인증과 품질검사 등을 실시하여 농산물의 안전성을 확보하고 있으며 국민에게 보급하고 있다. 그러나 최근 농업용 전기료가 가파르게 올라가면서 저온저장고를 이용하는 농가는 에너지 위기에 쳐해 있다. 농산물을 수확하고 유통ㆍ판매하는 단계에서 통용되는 저장고는 공조시스템을 이용한 저온저장고로 에너지를 과도하게 소모한다. 또한 친환경인증제로 인해 농약을 사용하지 않거나 저농약을 권장하여 농산물의 질을 높이고 있는 시점에서 보관하는 창고와 저장고의 재료는 시멘트소재, 고분자소재, 철 소재 등을 이용하여 시공되고 있다. 특히, 저장고 내의 온습도 불균형, 가스의 조성변화를 비롯한 저장고내의 기상환경은 작물의 저장성에 큰 영향을 미침에도 불구하고 적절한 조절을 위한 저장고 개발이 더딘 실정이다. 이러한 저장시설은 농가에 전면적인 보급보다는 친환경농산물인증을 받은 농가를 위주로 지원하고 있는 실정이며 저장고 운영기술의 부족과 미숙으로 인하여 경제적 손실이 초래되고 있다. 따라서 농민의 소득 보장을 위한 효율적인 저장공간의 마련은 물론 농촌 어메니티 가치를 극대화할 수 있는 친환경소재의 적용이 필요하며, 저장에 따른 공학적인 구조 해결법과 설계의 표준화가 요구된다. 기존 저장고는 저온저장고로서 상온 저장고로 활용하기 어려우므로, 상온저장 농산물일 경우는 상온 저장고로 활용할 수 있고, 저온 저장이 적합할 경우는 환경제어에 의해 저온 저장고로 활용할 수 있는 저장고의 개발이 필요하다. 농산물을 담는 그릇인 저장고를 자연적인 재료로 건축하고, 에너지 효율을 높이며, 저장에 따른 공학적인 구조 해결법과 설계의 표준화가 요구된다. 농산물 저장고 실태 조사의 정성적, 정량적 분석 및 발전방향을 수립하기 위해 기존 저온 저장고의 설치 및 운영 현황을 면밀히 분석하고 현재까지 이용 중인 저온 저장고의 농산물 관리 기술의 현황을 파악하였다. 또한 전통 농산물저장 기술과 저장고를 조사 분석하고, 농산물 저장고의 활용성 및 발전방향을 제시하였다.

초현실주의적 표현특성을 적용한 식음 공간

본 연구는 식음공간에서 나타나는 초현실주의 표현특성을 조사하였다. 현대사회는 다원화와 세분화를 통해 복합적인 경향을 띄게 되었다. 따라서 소비형태 욕구 역시 감성을 자극하는 소비로 변화되었으며 이는 실내공간들을 개성화하고 차별화시켰다. 특히 시대의 흐름을 반영하며 변화에 민감하고 문화와 휴식을 동시에 다룰 수 있는 다목적 공간으로 변화된 식음 공간에서 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 마케팅이 시도되고 있다. 이 에 본 연구에서는 이론 고찰을 통해 초현실주의에 대해 살펴보고 식음공간에서 표현된 초현실주의적 표현특성을 조사하였다. 결과, 선행연구를 통해 실내공간에서 나타날 수 있는 초현실주의적 표현특성은 비정형성, 시각적 유희, 무의식적 욕망으로 표현되는 추상적 표현특성, 형태적 왜곡과 낯선 병치로 표현되는 형상적 표현특성, 탈 스케일과 비일상적 오브제로 표현되는 상징적 표현특성으로 나눌 수 있음이 확인되었다. This study is a case study of food and beverage space using surrealistic expressive features. Modern society has developed a complex trend through diversification and segmentation. Thus, the need for consumption patterns has also changed to emotional consumption, which has made interior spaces individualized and differentiated. In particular, marketing is being attempted to enhance competitiveness in the food and beverage space, which is changed to a multi-purpose space that is sensitive to change and can handle culture and relaxation at the same time reflecting the trend of the times. In this study, we looked at surrealism through the examination of the theory and examined the characteristics of surrealistic expressions expressed in the eating and drinking spaces. As a result, the surrealistic expressive characteristics that can appear in the interior space through prior research have been identified as unstructured, visual entertainment, abstract expression characteristics expressed by unconscious desire, geometric representation expressed by form distortion and strange illness, and symbolic representation characteristics expressed as departure scales and non- routine objects.

농촌체험관광마을의 협력관광 모델 개발 - 충북 청원군을 대상으로 -

To increase the synergies of rural experience tourism and overcome the limitations rural tourism are study. A basic cooperative model and theme model have been set up and comprehensive cooperative tourism model has been offered. In order to the development of model example, experience resources has been investigated and problems and features for 7 rural experience tourism villages of Cheongwon have been identified. The basic cooperative model has been selected main line and part hub type. The theme model has been separated nature experience, history and character experience, traditional culture and theme experience, agriculture and rural area experience. Based on this, The thematic cooperative tourism model and the comprehensive cooperative tourism model, its a schedule have been exemplified.

마르코프 분석(Markov Analysis)을 이용한 충북지역축제의 유형변화 동향

The objective of regional festivals, one of the strategies of regional development is to enhance its local image and also vitalize regional tourism. Though lots of local governments are competitively carrying out numerous regional festivals, such generalized festivals are not good enough to show their essence. In order to promote regional development, it is necessary to have not only succession/advancement of regional tradition and culture, but also development of creative regional culture festivals. When establishing such strategies, regional culture festivals are succeeded/advanced, which can become win-win regional culture festivals that achieve local development. First, it is essential to understand festivals in other regions to have strategies differentiated from them. By understanding what types of festival they are now, and what types of festival they are changing into, we can establish new directions and differentiated strategies. The Markov Analysis is used to analyze the changes in types of regional festivals and predict the future types. The Markov Analysis is used for analysis of the system to understand the process/results of stochastic changes in condition as time passes. The future is only decided by the present condition. Therefore this study examines the changes in types of festivals from 2006 to 2013 and also predicts the future types of regional festivals in Chungbuk region, by analyzing them through Markov Analysis.

농촌마을종합개발사업을 통한 생산활동적·성공적 노화의 영향 평가

In this study, the items of measuring aging of production activity and success are extracted and the aging is measured quantitatively. Based on the measurement items, the purpose of this study was to grasp what influence the Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project has on the aging of production action and success of people of rural villages. Targeting residents of rural villages, to apprehend the aging level of production action and success, extraction of measuring items was implemented. Through the consideration of relevant advanced researches, the measuring items were synthesized. Aiming at the first extract draft, passing through verification stages such as an expert survey, reliability analysis, and so on, finally, 22 items measuring the aging of production activity and 47 items measuring the aging of success were extracted. If seeing the influence that the aging of production activity has on the aging of success(the whole) in the villages where the Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project was conducted, it was represented that it had positive effect on the successful aging in order of health and safety. That is, it could be known that the higher were health and safety, the higher were the successful aging. If seen in general villages, it was presented that the aging of production activity affected the aging of success positively (+) in order of health, participation, and safety. In other words, it can be known that the higher were health, participation, and safety, the higher were the aging of success. A part that residents accept the most importantly in the successful aging is health. It can be regarded as a result that most residents in farm villages are aged people. In the villages where the Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project was conducted, health and safety influence the aging of success positively. In general villages, the order was health, participation, and safety. The villages that the business was implemented were higher in the participation degree (included in production activity) than general villages. When seeing with the influence of an individual on the successful aging, it could be known that there was positive influence on the participation of residents of general villages. It shows that people of general villages are factors that the level of successful aging can be heightened.

녹색ㆍ농촌ㆍ생태관광 연구 경향 분석 -국회전자도서관을 중심으로-

관광활동의 대중화와 세계화로 관광산업은 크게 변화되었고, 1980년대 후반부터 매스투어리즘을 대체하는 대안관광(alternative tourism)에 대한 논의가 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 대안관광에는 여러 가지 유형이 있지만, 대안관광의 주요한 논의는 지역과 주민의 입장에서 관광개발을 추진하는 것이다. 최근에 등장하고 있는 대안관광에는 문화관광, 유산관광(heritage tourism), 모험관광, 생태관광(eco-tourism), 녹색관광(green tourism) 등 다양한 유형이 있다. 이들 대안적인 관광활동 중에서 관광개발에 따른 환경적·경제적·사회적·문화적 영향을 최소화하면서 지역민의 개인적인 삶에 파고들면서 지역민과 일체성을 강조하는 친환경적 관광활동이 바로 생태관광과 녹색관광이다. 특히, 녹색관광과 농촌관광, 생태관광에 대한 연구는 다양한 농어촌지역개발사업으로 인해 농어촌지역에 체험시설, 숙박시설, 관광농장 등의 도농교류 시설 및 공간이 조성되고 도시민 유치를 위한 프로그램이 개발되면서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 녹색ㆍ농촌관광에 대한 개념은 학자들 간에 완전하게 정착되어지고 공유되어질 수 있는 개념이 없으며, 생태관광과도 개념 규정을 달리하는 경우도 있고 또 이를 혼동하여 사용하기도 한다. 농촌지역에서도 생태관광과 관련된 여러 활동들이 가능하기 때문이다. 하나의 개념이 정립되고 인정받기 위해서는 그 영역이 명확하게 정리되고 그것에 따른 고유한 방법론이 체계적인 구축과 함께 확립되어야 한다. 하나의 개념이 정립되고 인정받기 위해서는 그 영역이 명확하게 정리되고 그것에 따른 고유한 방법론이 체계적인 구축과 함께 확립되어야 한다. 이에 명확하고 적절한 자료에 대한 수집은 연구활동에 있어 우선시 되어져야 할 기초정보가 된다. 어떤 연구 영역에 대한 성장과 발전을 정립하기 위한 접근방법 중 하나는 그 분야에서 발표된 연구물을 분석하는 것인데, 이는 연구물에 대한 분석이 해당 분야의 학문적 동향을 파악하는데 기본적인 정보를 제공해 주기 때문이다. 다시 말하자면 해당 분야의 연구물 분석을 통해 연구 분야의 주제, 연구방법, 분석결과 등에 대한 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 녹색·농촌·생태관광 개념 정립의 기본 자료로 활용하기 위해 국회전자도서관 내 ‘녹색관광(Green tourism)’, ‘농촌관광(Rural tourism)’, ‘생태관광(Eco tourism)’의 자료를 검색하여 결과를 분석하였다.

단일 생체 세포의 열전도도 측정

This paper presents the thermal conductivity measurement of single biological cells. The 3ω method with a nanoscale thermal sensor is used to measure the thermal conductivities. The MCF 10A and MCF7 cells are commonly used in breast cancer studies. The results show different thermal conductivities between MCF 10A cell and MCF7 cell. The measured thermal conductivity data can be used to analyze thermodynamics of biological cells as well as in breast cancer studies.

농촌마을에서의 지역공동체 활성화를 위한 공간구성

본 연구에서는 농촌마을의 지역성과 역사성을 기초하여 마을의 형태 및 공간구조, 공간요소 등을 파악하고, 공동공간을 분석 및 재구성하여 공동체의 결속력을 높일 수 있는 농촌마을의 공간구성을 제시하고자 하였다. 농촌마을의 개념 및 공간구조와 농촌마을의 공동공간의 개념 및 변화를 알아보고 실제 공동공간에 대한 사례를 조사하였다. 충북권내 농촌마을종합개발 사업을 하는 체험마을 중 3개 마을에 대해 1950년 이후 현재까지 그 마을을 대표할 수 있는 완결된 공간에 대해 회고적으로 접근하여 고찰해보고 대상지에 대한 공간구조를 분석하였다. 대상지에 대한 공간구조를 분석한 결과 대상지의 공간구조와 공동공간의 변화요인은 생활양식, 농촌정책, 사회·정치적 제도 및 경제적 원리의 변화로 볼 수 있다. 공간구조와 공동공간은 시대에 따라 변화하므로 공간구조의 원리를 파악하여 계승하며 마을의 공동공간으로 개선시켜야 한다. 공간구조의 원리는 입구성과 중심성이 공동체의 결속력을 높일 수 있는 공동공간으로 조사되었으며, 소실되거나 과거에 비해 약화된 중심성의 대안을 마련하였다. 대안은 마을회관이 중심성을 잃지 않도록 마을별 개선점을 도출하였고 운영관리 효율성 제고를 위해 기능의 복합화를 제안하였으며, 마을 중심 마당의 역할과 기능을 확충시키고 재구성할 것을 제안하였다. 대상지별 공간구조 및 특징에 따른 계획특성과 방향을 설정하고, 그에 따른 부분별 공간계획 안을 제시하였다.

제약기업의 해외진출 전략과 성공요인: 대웅제약의 사례를 중심으로

전 세계적으로 지속되고 있는 제약시장의 성장과 거대한 파머징 시장(pharmerging market)의 등장으로 국내 중심 경영을 하던 국내 제약 업계에도 해외 진출이 최근 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. ‘대웅제약’은 국내 제약 기업들 중에서도 특히 적극적인 해외 진출을 시도하고 있는 기업으로, 최근 가장 주력하고 있는 보톡스 제품 ‘나보타’는 국내 최초로 美FDA(Food and Drug Administration)에 임상 3상을 통과하여 최종 승인을 앞두고 있다. 대웅제약이 해외진출에 적용한 경영전략을 분석한 결과 전략적 제휴, 제품 경쟁력 그리고 지속적 R&D 투자의 총 세 가지의 성공 요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 대웅제약의 사례가 주는 시사점을 정리하고 이를 통해 국내 제약 회사의 해외 진출 방안을 제안하고자 한다. Recently, due to continuous growth of the pharmaceutical market in the world and apprearance of pharmerging market which is emerging as a huge pharmaceutical market, overseas expansion strategies are rising as a big issue in the domestic pharmaceutical industry. Especially, 'Daewoong' is the most active company trying to prepare overseas expansion among the domestic pharmaceutical companies. After 'NAVOTA' that is a product of botulinum toxin was passed clinical demonstration by FDA, daewoong is waiting for final approval. In consequence of business strategies analysis, we drew three factors with a strategic alliance, product competitiveness, and continuous investment of R&D. Through this research, we will organize implications given by 'Daewoong' case and suggest ways to plan overseas expansion for the domestic pharmaceutical companies.
