우리나라 중소기업법인의 업종별 지역별 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 주된 목적은 우리나라 중소기업의 지역별, 업종별 특성을 분석하고, 특성화된 중소기업 발전 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 최근의 중소기업 실태, 산업별 중소기업 실태 자료 등을 기초로 업종, 규모 등 다양하게 분포된 중소기업을 업종, 규모, 지역 등을 감안하여 기업특성을 분석하고, 중소기업 존립기반을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 규모별 분석 결과에 따르면, 우리나라 중소기업과 대기업 사이의 경쟁력 격차가 점점 커질 수밖에 없는 상황이 지속되고 있다. 음식숙박업에 종사하는 중소기업의 고용창출 효과가 가장 높게 나타나고 있다. 이에 비해, 대기업의 경우에는 제조업과 기타서비스업, 광업 및 숙박음식업 등에서 고용창출 효과가 높게 나타나고 있다. 지역별로 살펴본 분석 결과에 따르면, 서울지역에는 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 많은 대기업체가 존재하기 때문에 서울지역에의 노동력 편중현상을 시사하는 부분이다. 서울 지역 이외의 다른 지역에서는 대기업 종사자보다는 중소기업 종사자들이 많은 비중을 차지하는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 중소기업 내에서 지역별 종사자 구성을 살펴보면, 전국 중소기업 종사자의 50% 이상이 서울?경기지역에서 근무하고 있는 것으로 제시되고 있다. 이와 같은 집중 현상은 지방경제발전을 통한 우리나라 전국균형발전을 도모하기 위해서는 서울?경기지역에 집중되어 있는 기업체의 지방 분산이 가능할 수 있는 실천적인 활동 수행이 지속적으로 요구된다.

External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present South Korea. Therefore we would like to bring out its sphere of application and detailed method in the oriental medicine classics. Especially, we would like to bring out external use of medecal herbs at base of External treatments. And then we have arrived at following conclusions. 238 species herbs have been used externalpreparation. comparatively often used a herbal medicines are Argyi Wormwood Leaf(艾), Realgar(雄黃), Croton Seed(巴豆), Musk(麝香), Cochinchina Momordica Seed(木鱉仁), Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草) and Chuanxiong Rhizome(川芎).

Most prior studies are in analyzing the effects of characteristics of management policies about specific industries, regions, and corporate governance, and suggesting ways to improve the issues about the management activities of female managers among Korean companies. It is difficult to understand comprehensively the critical characteristics of women's management companies and present their future directions. This study identifies Korea women have some difficulties to operate start-up business because of national consciousness to sexual aspects of labor, fund raising, start-up item and business location In order to manifest the difficult conditions of women entrepreneurs and to promote their businesses, And this study suggests four governmental and political tactical approaches to enhance sustainability of women-owned company. 선행연구들은 특정 산업이나 지역, 경영 참여 수준 등과 같은 특정한 경영정책의 효과를 분석하고 당해 사항에 대해서 개선방안을 제시하는 형태로 이루어져 있기 때문에 그 연구 결과가 우리나라 전체 기업 가운데 여성 경영인의 경영활동에 내재되어 있는 기본적 특성을 종합적으로 이해하고, 여성 경영 기업만의 특성 또는 특화 분야를 파악하여 그 미래 방향성을 제시하는데 어려움이 있다고 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 우리나라 창업경영 연구에서 공통적으로 제시된 창업경영의 핵심 요소(창업기업의 법적 형태와 업종별 특성, 창업자금, 창업아이디어와 창업아이템, 입지 특성)를 중심으로 여성 경영자가 경영하는 기업과 남성 경영자가 경영하는 기업의 특성별 차이점을 파악하고 이를 기초로 여성창업자 기업의 지속가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 정책을 제안하고 있다.

우리나라 뷰티산업 기업의 사회적 책임경영 개선 방안에 관한 연구

Environmental, social health and safety concerns have been increasing in the beauty industry all around the world. Therefore sustainable management in the beauty industry is emerging and gathering importance, as the public becomes more aware of the health and environmental dangers associated with the cosmetic industry and it dates back to the wave of environmental concern. In order to encourage more organizations to take part in the sustainable management, this study compares corporate social responsibility report in beauty industry through a content analysis of 6 annual reports prepared by LG HOUSEHOLD & HEALTH CARE, AMORE PACIFIC, YUHAN-KIMBERLY, UNIVERA, FSKOREA, ENVECOPHAM. This study finds that beauty companies in Korea need to encourage for sustainable management. Firstly, this study suggests to independent professional assurance service on corporate sustainability reports with the goal of improving information or the context of information so that decision makers can make more informed decisions. Secondly, this study suggests that develop the sustainability performance indicators to improve the quality fo CSR reports, to analyze and compare performance between periods and other companies. Through these assessments, companies will be found a tool for competitiveness, organizational alignment, sustainable leadership, growth and stability from the value of actions. They are vitally important in planning, acting, and defining fields of action in corporate responsibility. Third, this study suggests to apply the environmental management accounting to monitor energy costs (ex. costs of all energy sources used within the respective quantity center). Environmental management accounting represents a combined approach that provides for the transition of data from financial accounting, cost accounting and mass balances to increase material efficiency, reduce environmental impacts and risks and reduce costs of environmental protection.

한국 중소기업 CSR 경영 실태 분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 지속가능성 정책 제안에 관련된 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 사회적 책임경 영 확대방안에 영향을 미칠 주제를 도출하는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 중소기업실태조사결과 내용 중 사회적 책임경영 조사자료를 기초로 우리나라 중소기업 CSR 경영 실태 분석과 사례 분석을 시도하였고, CSR 경영 확산 을 위해 다음과 같은 세 가지 개선 사항을 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업의 CSR 경영 도입을 유인할 수 있도록 일정 규모 이상 법인사업자의 국가종합전자조달시스템 입찰 자격등록 규정을 개정하여 독립적인 제3자 전문가가 검증한 지속가능성보고서 제출이나 환경관리나 지속가능경영 관련 인증서(예: ISO 14001, ISO 26000) 제출을 의무화하는 것을 제안하였다. 둘째, 중소기업 경영진을 대상으로 한 실질적인 교육과 참여 연계가 이루어 질 수 있는 환경 마련과 제도 도입이다. 이를 위해 CSR 경영을 주제로 한 지역 기업 경영자 사이의 정기적인 제휴 활동을 제안하였다. 셋째, 중소기업 경영진의 CSR 경영 활동에 대한 관심과 인지도를 제고하기 위해서 지방자치단체 및 지역 내 대기업과의 연계성 추진을 제안하였다. This paper belongs in a literature of sustainablity policy determination. This paper offers an actual status and explanation to corporate social responsibility of SMEs in Korea. This study examines CSR situation focused on developing mechanisms to enable the SMEs sector. Firstly, this study suggests introducing the third-party professional assurance service on sustainablity reports and/or asking global accreditation such as ISO14001 and ISO26000 when entry as a provider in government e-procurement system. Secondly, this study introduce the CSR Committee headed by the CEO and coordinates group-wide committees to discuss the CSR Guidelines. Third, because CSR does not only have to do with the SMEs, but pertains to the local community and business partner, this study offered the opportunity to work with large companies in aspects of CSR.
