수문에 대하여 안전진단 기준은 적립되어 있으나, 도장의 보수 및 재도장에 대한 적절한 시기를 판단하는 기준은 제시되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 공용 환경에서 자연적으로 열화된 배수문 도막의 외관조사와 도막 두께 측정 결과를 바탕으로 도막의 열화도를 정량적으로 평가하였다. 또한 교량에 적용되는 보수도장 판정 기준을 이용하여 분석하였다. 수문 도막의 열화도 곡선은 강교량의 열화도 곡선과 유사하게 나타났다. 또한 재도장을 포함하는 공용년수 10년 이상의 수문의 경우 도막두께가 확보되지 않으며 보수 계획이 필요한 영역과 도장의 방식기능이 없는 영역에 분포하였다. To propose the structural safety audit of drainage gate on specification, a suitable time for repair of coating system and re-coating was unclear and ambiguous. In this study, the deterioration degree of coating was quantitatively evaluated base on visual inspection of coating system and measurement of thickness of coating layer under real corrosion environment. In addition, the coating life of drainage gate was estimated to use the criteria of coating management according to guideline of maintenance coating for steel bridge. From the investigation and evaluation, the deterioration degree curve of drainage gate was shown to be similar to those of steel bridge. The deterioration degree score of drainage gate under service life over 10 years including re-coating can be evaluated on required repair plan and non-anitcorrosion performance of coating.

전기적 위험요소인 아크고장, 과전류, 누설전류, 온도 등을 마이크로콘트롤러를 이용하여 실시간 감시하고, 검출된 위험요소들의 상호 연계성을 추정하였다. UL1699의 AFCI(Arc Fault Circuits Interrupter) 인증시험 조건과 KSC규격에서 요구하는 배선용차단기와 누전차단기의 규격을 만족시켜, 전기적 사고와 화재에 대처할 수 있는 새로운 복합형 AFCI의 개발에 관한 연구이다.
Pseubomonas aeruginosa의 Temperature Sensitive 突然變異體의 유도와 분리

Sixty-one temperature-sensitive mutants of Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been isolated from the mutagenized culture with N-methyl-N'-nitro-Nitrosoguanidine. The mutagen was treated at 36℃ and the ts-mutants were isolated at the non-permissive temperature of 42℃ by size of colony and growth. Twenty-five mutants were smaller in the size of colonies at 42℃ than those of 36℃, and thirty-sin mutants were not growed at 42℃.
Polyaspartamide morphogens for regulating platinum nanoclusters

Metallic nanoparticles are widely used in various applications, and their successful uses depend on the size and stability. In this study, we present a method to synthesize platinum nanoparticle clusters with tunable size and spatial organization. These nanoparticle clusters were synthesized by conducting sol-gel polymerization of platinum precursors in aqueous solution of poly(amino acid)s` derivative substituted with both particle precursor-binding amine groups and particle-binding thiol groups. Control experiments displayed that poly(amino acid)s` derivative tuned the morphology of nanoparticles and also induced organized association between the particles.
A Cell-Based Bio-Hybrid Actuator for Bio-MEMS Application

In this study, the integrated cell-based bio-actuator was fabricated by DLP 3D printer and subsequently filling the cell-matrix composed of Collagen, Matrigel and Myoblasts. Also, geometric design was optimized for stress-induced 3D alignment of differentiated myotubes. Next, electrical stimulation triggered contraction of engineered myotubes and movement of the integrated cell-based actuator. This cell-based bio-actuator system could be further developed as an integrated cellular machine, specifically, for a broad array of Bio-Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems

Significant progress in developing cell-based biohybrid actuators has increasingly been studied. In this study, the integrated myotube-based bio-actuator was fabricated by DLP 3D printer and subsequently filling the cell-matrix composed of Collagen, Matrigel and Myoblasts. In parallel, we prepared a hydrogel actuator consisting of two different layers with significantly different stiffness and capacities to uptake water in response of the environments. Next, electrical stimulation triggered contraction of cells in the muscle band and movement of the integrated cell-based actuator. This cell-based bioactuator system could be further developed as a integrated cellular machines and systems to provide drug screening, programmable tissue engineering, biomimetic machine design and micro-scale actuators and microfluidic flow control. We believe that the integrated bioactive system developed in this study will be highly useful for a broad array of Organ-on-a-chip such as valves.
