보건의료전공 대학생들의 진로선택과 전공적응간의 관계분석

이 연구는 보건의료전공 대학생들이 진로를 선택한 것이 진로 만족(전공만족, 학과만족)에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 아울러 전공적응(전공수행, 전공집중)에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 결과적으로, 충청지역 보건의료전공 대학생들의 경우, 우선 진로선택 세부요인 즉, 진로인식과 학습선호는 전공만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있었고, 특히 학습선호가 전공만족에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 다음, 진로선택 중 진로인식, 학습선호, 활동참여는 학과만족에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 특히 활동참여가 학과 만족에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 마지막으로 진로만족의 세부요인 즉, 전공만족과 학과만족은 전공적응에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 이를 통해 볼 때, 보건의료전공 대학생들의 경우에도 선행연구 결과처럼, 다른 분야 전공 대학생들과 같이 진로선택과 진로에 만족하는 대학생들이 전공에 더욱 잘 적응한다는 것을 알 수 있다. This study tried to empirically analyze the effects of career selection of university students majoring in health and medical science on career satisfaction (satisfaction for major and satisfaction for department) and on adaptation to major (performance and concentration in major). According to results, in university students majoring in health and medical science in Chungcheong area, detailed factors of career selection, so to speak career perception and learning preference made significant and positive (+) effects on satisfaction for the major. In particular, learning preference had the biggest effects on satisfaction for major. Next, career perception, learning preference and activity participation out of career selection made positive (+) effects on satisfaction for department. Especially, activity participation had the biggest effects on satisfaction for department. Finally, out of detailed factors of career satisfaction, satisfaction for major and satisfaction for department had positive (+) effects on adaptation to major. Through this, it was found that university students majoring in health and medical science can be better adapted to their major when they are satisfied with the career selection and career itself just like those majoring in other disciplines.

간호사의 감정노동, 직무만족, 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호사의 감정노동, 직무만족, 직무몰입 및 이직의도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 국내 5개 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 320명을 대상으로 2013년 8월 1일부터 8월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구대상의 일반적 특징, t-test, ANOVA 분석, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석(Hierarchial multiple linear regression)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 감정노동 정도는 평균 2.79±0.66점, 직무만족 평균 3.05±0.48점, 조 직몰입 평균 3.00±0.53점, 이직의도 평균 3.13±0.66점으로 나타났다. 감정노동, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도의 정도 모두 보 통 이상으로 나타났다. 이직의도에 감정노동은 유의한 양(+)의 영향력을, 월급여, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 유의한 음(-)의 영향 력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 병원들은 간호사의 감정노동을 줄이고, 이를 통하여 직무만족, 조직몰입도를 높여 간호사 의 이직의도를 줄이는 것이 필요하다. This study examined relations of emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in nurses. The subjects were 320 nurses in 5 general hospitals. The data was collected using a structured questionnaire from August 1 to 20, 2013 and analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis. The mean scores of the emotional labor level, job satisfaction level, organizational commitment, and turnover intention was 2.79±.66, 3.05±.48, 3.00±.53, and 3.13±.66, respectively. Positive correlations of the turnover intention with emotional labor were found. Negative correlations were observed among salary, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. These results showed that nurses working at five general hospitals needed to minimize emotional labor to maintain a comparatively high level of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and decrease the turnover intention.

The aging phenomenon of South Korea's population is continuing to be on the rise, and is progressing the fastest among OECD countries. Furthermore, income levels and medical developments are continuing to extend life expectancy, thus it is now imperative to prepare policies related to the use and reduction of medical expenses for the elderly. This study aims to propose a solution for managing and preventing illnesses of the elderly in rural areas who have more difficulty accessing medical care, and reducing medical expenses of the elderly, by researching the use of medical care by the elderly by different regions, and proposing governance—style management and outpatient fee system reform, as well as improving accessibility in rural areas in order to establish a more elderly—friendly medical system.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the necessity of stabilization of operation through finding out new revenue sources that can improve the management performance of the medical center as a way to harmonize the public interest and the organization. The research method is literature review. In Conclusion it is necessary to formulate and organically link the roles that the local government, which is the management, and supervision, should take priority in the viewpoint of the local health care system, and plan to achieve the policy efficiency goal of minimum financial independence. It is necessary to develop and develop a profitable business that can be implemented within the scope of not compromising the public purpose. In particular, the functioning of funeral parlors in the small and medium sized cities and rural areas can be a basis for financial independence to secure stable profits.
