平澤黑鉛鑛山 産의 鱗狀黑鉛의 適合한 浮選劑와 條件을 알기 위하여 捕收劑로서 kerosene, Diesel oil 起泡劑로서 M.I.B.C., pine oil, 條件劑로서 Na_2SiO_3, NaOH, HCI 등을 使用하여 水素 이온 濃度의 영향, 磨鑛時間의 영향, 捕收劑의 效果 등에 關하여 硏究 檢討하였든바 鑛液은 中性이 좋고 磨鑛時間은 3分으로 充分하며 捕收劑로서 Diesel oil이 kerosene 보다 捕收力은 若干 强하나 選擇性은 多少 낮다는 것을 알았다. In this study the influences of pH, grinding time of ore and collection ability of collectors on flotation of graphite was examined, using kerosene and Diesel oil as collector, M.I.B.C. and pine oil as frother, sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as modifier. We find out the netural flotation media is best and 3 min. of grinding is enough, and Collecting ability of Diesel oil is a little better than kerosene but selectivity is a little bit less.

R-type fine wire thermocouple of dia. 25 and 50㎛ has been applied to a transiently propagating propane-air premixed flame temperature measurement. Time constant, which is a function of ambient temperature and flow velocity, has been measured by the direct current heating method in a small scale wind tunnel. Dynamic compensation for the delayed signal of the thermocouple with the measured time constant has been made by acquiring an analog compensating circuit or by digital computation. Rather thick wire of 50㎛, which can withstand the hazardous combustion environment, proved practically useful for the measurement of propagating flame temperature. And promising result by digital compensation method is expected with the use of faster A/D converter which will reduce the error caused by the differential term of energy equation.

This is a study on the Korean traditional buildings and visual composition. In the creation of art and culture, the west and the east is different. In the west, the concept of the creation is based on the Pluralism and in the east, on the Monism. In this aspect, the creation of traditional buildings must be interpreted by the visual space. The variation of traditional building form is influenced mainly by the visual deployment based on Inyan-ohaeng than the variation of measurement of length. That is the quality of space. Then the quality of space is determined by the sequence of visual point.

The poly(vinylimidazole-co-trifluoroethylmethacrylate-co-divinylbenzene)( QPVTD) copolymers were synthesized by solution polymerization. The quaternization of PVTD copolymers were carried with functionalizing reagents such as 1-bromo-2-methylpropane, 1-bromobutane, 1-bromo-3-methylbutane, 1-bromopentane. The QPVTD anion exchange membranes were prepared by the casting method. The chemical structure of the membranes were confirmed by FT-IR, <sup>1</sup>H-NMR spectrometer. The membrane properties such as water content, ion exchange capacity, electrical resistance and ion permselectivity for nitrate were measured. The maximum water uptake, electrical resistance and ion exchange capacity were 60.85%, 8.0 Ω/cm<sup>2</sup> and 1.25 meq/g, respectively.
레이저 유도형광을 이용한 희박연소방식 엔진 내 혼합기 형성에 관한 연구

ABSTRACT Mixture formation in the cylinder of a lean burn engine has been observed by Laser Induced Fluorescence technique. XeCl laser (308nm) was used to produce a laser sheet. 3-pentanone was added to iso-octane fuel to produce fluorescence, the intensity of which is proportional to the concentration of the fuel. The laser sheet was introduced through the piston window and the fuel distribution in the vertical plane was observed through a side window. Comparison has been made for the cases of selected fuel injection timing as 0, 360, 405 CA. For the cases of 0 and 360 CA injection, uniform fuel distribution in the combustion chamber has been obtained at the ignition time, which is favorable for the high load mode. And the late injection cases, 405 and 450 CA, revealed the stratified formation of rich mixture around the spark plug. That extends the lean misfire limit and reduces cyclic variation in the low load mode.
