Facial contour consists of facial bony frame, skin and soft tissues overlying facial bone. Facial contouring surgery is a surgery that is perfomed on the face(bone and/or soft tissues) in order to achieve better facial proportion by balancing overall facial lines. During the last 15-years period, we perfomed many facial contouring surgeries. The main surgery perfomed in our clinics were mandible angle resection, zygoma reduction, chin augmentation or reduction, forehead augmentation or reduction. The subsidiary surgery for the purpose of better improving facial balance with main sugery were augmentation or reduction rhinoplasty, double fold formation, epicanthoplasty, augmentation mammoplasty, hair transplantation or removal, facial fat injection or liposuction. It was rare to perfome just one kind of facial contouring surgery. Rather, we perfomed two or more than kinds of facial contouring surgery on different facial parts at the same time together. The reason was that it was convenient to coordinate total balanced facial beauty and achieve a better result. So, we summarized factors to be considered in planning the facial contouring surgery. First, in zygoma reduction, we must do not make a cheek droop. If there was a cheek droop, we must lift the cheek to the line which connecting both tragi. Second, in mandible angle resection, facial contouring line should maintain oval shape without straight line and there should be no remaining angle in the front of mandible. Third, we must consider relationship between face and body (especially breast). Fourth, as much as possible, it is more advisable to perform necessary operations all at the same time.
불효녀 설화에 나타난 가산(家産)의 의미와 가족윤리 연구

구전설화에서 가장 가치 있는 이야기로 인식되는 동시에 가장 다양한 유형의 이야기로 전승되는 설화는 ‘효’와 관련된 설화이다. 그런데 효행의 주체가 미혼 아들, 기혼 아들, 며느리의 경우에는 효/불효 설화가 다양하 게 전승되는 반면 미혼의 딸의 경우에는 효녀 설화로, 기혼의 딸의 경우 에는 불효녀 설화로 전승되는 특징을 보인다. 본고는 친정부모-기혼의 딸 관계에 있어 딸의 ‘효’ 관련 행위 방식이 ‘불효’라는 공통된 양상을 보인다 는 점에 주목하는 데서 출발하였다. 먼저 딸이 친정부모에 대해 불효 행위를 하는 설화들을 불효녀 설화라고 명명하고, 그 유형을 네 가지로 나누어 한국구비문학대계 에서 추출 하였다. 네 가지 유형을 분석한 결과 불효 행위는 대체로 친정 가산의 분 배 문제와 밀접한 관련을 보였다. 이는 여성이 가산의 분배에서 완전히 제외되고, 출가외인 담론으로 인해 친정에서 배제되었던 가족질서의 변화 에 따른 것이라 할 수 있다. 불효녀 설화에서 출가한 딸의 불효 행위는 노골적인 외부인 취급, 즉 ‘배제’에 대한 감정적 소외, 불만에 기초하고 있으며, 시집의 열악한 경제 사정으로 인한 현실적 필요에 의해 추동되었다. 그런데 설화에서는 딸 개 인의 탐욕으로 서사화되어 윤리적 비난의 대상이 되고, 이는 다시 딸의 무용론으로 이어지는 순환구조를 보인다. 그런데 딸을 출가외인이라고 배 제하면서도 부모로서의 권위는 인정받으려는 친정 부모의 이중적인 태도 는 결국 딸과의 불화로 귀결된다. 친정 가산에 대해 어느 정도 권리가 있 다고 생각하는 딸들의 모습과 기혼 딸의 존재를 완전히 배제하는 친정 식구들, 또 딸은 소용없다면서도 실제적인 봉양을 기대하는 부모의 이중적 인 태도 등은 결국 부자연스러운 가부장제 가족질서의 모순을 드러낸다 고 하겠다. The stories, recognized as the most valuable of oral tales and handed down to the most diverse types of reproductions are those related to -'filial behavior'-. In the case of unmarried sons, married sons, and daughters-in-law, the subject of the act is reinterpreted in various ways, while in the case of married daughters, it tends to remain the story of an unfilial woman. In this study, stories of unfilial daughters are extracted from the Korean Gubi Literature Grand Prix and divided into four types. Analysis of these four types show that unfilial behavior was largely related to the distribution of family property. This can be attributed to the change in the family order, where women are completely excluded from the distribution of family property and from their families due to “chul-ga-oe-in” discourse. The daughter's unfilial behavior is based on the emotional alienation and dissatisfaction of the explicit outsider, and driven by the realistic needs of a poor economic situation in her marital home. However, in the story, it is described as the greed of the daughter and becomes subject to ethical criticism which shows a circular structure, leading again to the theory of the useless daughter. The dual attitude of parents who want to be recognized as such while excluding their daughter as an outsider eventually leads to disagreement with their daughter. Daughters thinking they have some right to their family property and parents’ dual attitudes are ultimately contradictory to the unnatural patriarchal family order.

Elemental sulfur has been introduced to the suspensions of polycarbonate (PC), poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile) (SAN) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). A particular interest was focused on the effect of sulfur diradicals on the rheological properties and phase structure of the sonicated composites. The melt viscosities, elasticities, and relaxation moduli of the PC/SAN/MWCNT composites were significantly increased by sulfur during the sonication of less than 10 min. In the morphological analysis, the MWCNTs were found to be located at the interface of PC/SAN and inside of SAN domains as well, which is contrary to the prediction of wetting coefficient criteria. Interestingly, the volume resistivity of the composites was improved by the addition of sulfur. The unique features found in the sulfur added composites of PC/SAN/ MWCNT are explained by the state of MWCNT dispersion and interfacial effects.

Roxithromycin (RXT), which is an antibiotic used to treat respiratory tract and urinary infections, is official in Korean Pharmacopoeia (KP) and is marketed in various dosage forms including tablet, granule, suspension, and tablet for suspension in Korea. This study presents how a universal and reliable method to quantify RXT in bulk drug and formulations was developed. Effects of factors including column type, buffer concentration, type and concentration of organic solvent, buffer pH, and type and concentration of mobile phase additive, were examined, and some categorical or crucial factors including the types of column, organic solvent, mobile phase additive and the buffer pH were optimized by one-factor-at-a-time approach. Subsequently, concentrations of the buffer and additive and column temperature were optimized by response surface methodology using Box-Behnken design aiming to acquire the RXT peak of good shape. The optimized method employed a Phenomenex Gemini 5μ C18 110A (150 × 4.60 mm, 5 μm) maintained at 30 °C with the mobile phase consisting of 25 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) with 0.3 % tetrabutylammonium hydroxide and methanol at a ratio of 37:63 (v/v). Method validation results showed that the developed method was linear, precise, and accurate. Compared to the compendial methods in KP 10 that exhibited a significant tailing of the RXT peak despite using unfavorably high buffer concentrations and were not harmonized among bulk drug and formulations, this method could be universally applied to RXT bulk drug and marketed products in various dosage forms and thus was adopted in KP 11.
