웰니스 기반 공간디자인 가이드라인 연구 - 농촌지역 경관을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 농촌지역을 대상으로 경관개선 및 관리에 대한 기준을 규정함으로써 장기적인 관점에서 일관된 공간디자인 가이드라인을 마련하고, 해당 지역의 브랜드 형성을 위한 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 농촌지역 경관은 매우 다양한 요소들로 이루어지며 지역마다의 주변 환경여건 및 주민들의 의식에 차이가 크게 나타난다. 이에 획일화된 디자인가이드라인을 제시하기엔 연구의 한계점이 존재하며, 도시지역 공간과 비교해 볼 때 상대적으로 긴 세월에 걸쳐 형성된다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 농촌지역 6개 경관유형 즉, 농업경관, 자연경관, 건축경관(공공건축물, 주거건축물, 상업건축물), 역사문화경관, 색채경관, 외부공간 및 기타시설물 등은 지역민 삶의 질 개선과 지역 경쟁력을 높일 수 있도록 웰니스 관점에서 장기적으로 계획을 수립해야 할 것이다. 특히, 웰니스를 기반으로 지역의 정체성을 강화하고 독창적인 지역브랜드 형성을 위해서는 지역민들 스스로 공간디자인에 영향을 미치는 모든 행위에 대해 참여하고, 노력해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 6개 경관유형의 제안은 추후 공간디자인 가이드라인 개발에 있어 형식적이며 관료적 시행에 그치지 않고, 보다 실질적이며 합리적인 디자인가이드라인이 수립될 수 있는 방향을 제시할 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 공간별 디자인가이드라인은 여러 지역에서 선행된 연구결과를 기반으로 하되 연구자의 창의력을 더해 실행력을 높이기 위한 방향성을 가지고 구성 체계 및 제안 방식에 있어서 구체적으로 보완한 것이며, 적용 효과에 대한 구체적 평가는 이후 진행되어야 할 연구과제이다. The purpose of this study is to provide the standard for landscape improvement and management in rural communities to prepare a consistent space design guideline and suggest the standard for the formation of a local brand from a long-term view. Six landscape types for rural and fishing communities suggested in the study should be established in a long-term plan from a wellness view to improve residents’ quality of life and enhance local competitiveness. In particular, residents should participate and strive in all acts which influence space design to enhance local identity and make a unique local brand based on wellness. The six landscape types will suggest a direction for more substantial and rational design guideline rather than formal and bureaucratic enforcement in further development of space design guidelines. Application effects should be further discussed and evaluated.

본 연구는 한류문화 확산 및 보급에 있어 한식이라는 문화의 다양성을 증진시키고, 한정식 브랜드의 이미지를 강화하고자 전라도 지역사례를 중심으로 접근하였다. 이러한 연구를 위해 한정식에 대한 일반적 고찰로서 한정식의 정의와 상차림의 종류 그리고 한정식의 상차림 특징과 반찬의 분류조사를 통해 한정식 테이블과 식기에 대한 디자인콘셉트를 설정한다. 디자인콘셉트 설정 후, 한정식 테이블과 식기 디자인 개발을 위해 선행조사로 전통적인 밥상과 식기의 종류와 형태 그리고 국내외 식문화 사례를 조사하였다. 조사결과 한정식의 특징은 서양의 비해 코스요리보단 반상차림으로 이뤄지고 있었으며, 반상차림에 있어 중앙을 중심으로 좌우로 반찬이 배열되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 조사 이후 페르소나 방법론과 어피니티 다이어그램을 통해 목표 타깃을 설정하고, 조사 및 분석 자료들을 기반으로 콘셉트를 설정하였다. 구체적인 디자인 전개를 위해 3D렌더링 이후 시제품 제작으로 전라도 한정식 식문화를 위한 테이블 및 식기디자인을 제안하였다. 특히 테이블디자인은 한식문화에서 보여 주는 반상차림 전달의 편리성을 위해 상판을 분리하여 디자인하였으며, 식기의 경우 중앙을 중심으로 좌우로 반찬을 배열할 수 있도록 도자식기로 디자인하였다. This study aims to expand the diversity of Korean culture as a means of spreading and disseminating Hallyu culture by reinforcing the image of Korean Table d’hote. This study mainly covers the cases of Jeolla Do. In this sense, as a general consideration, the definition of Korean Table d’hote, the types and characteristics of menus and examination on side dish classification were conducted to establish the design concept of tables and tablewares used for Korean Table d’hote. After establishing the design concept, research on traditional tables, types of tablewares and domestic and overseas food culture cases has been conducted as a preceding study of developing tables and tablewares used for Korean Table d’hote. As a result of the research, most of Korean Table d’hote were composed of regular dishes rather than course dishes and the side dishes were placed on left and right side of the table. The target was set using Persona methodology and affinity diagram and the concept was established based on data acquired by examination and analysis. For detailed design development, table and tableware design were proposed for Korean Table d’hote by prototyping after 3D rendering. Especially, in terms of table design, the upper side of the table is designed separately so that it can be easily removed to ensure the convenience of delivery required for Korean food culture. In addition, the tablewares are designed by as pottery-type designs so that the side dishes can be placed on left and right side of the table.
