        고등학교 태권도선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리행동이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고등학교 태권도선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리행동이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2021년 대한태권도협회에 선수등록이 되어 있는 겨루기 선수 400명을 유목적 표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀 분석, 3단계 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 고등학교 태권도선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리행동은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 고등학교 태권도선수의 성취목표성향과 인지된 경기력의 관계에서 자기관리행동은 부분 매개한다. 따라서 고등학교 태권도선수는 목표성향을 뚜렷하게 인지하고, 자신에게 알맞은 목표를 설정하는 능력과 효과적으로 자기관리를 하는 능력을 강화시켜야 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of achievement goal orientation and self-management behavior on perceived performance in high school taekwondo athletes. 400 athletes registered in the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2021 were purposeful sampled. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediating effect analysis were performed. The followings are the results: first, achievement goal orientation and self-management behavior of high school taekwondo players affect perceived performance and second, self-management behavior is partially mediated in the relationship between achievement goal orientation and perceived performance in high school taekwondo athletes. Therefore, it is recommends that high school taekwondo athletes strengthen their ability to clearly recognize their goal orientation and to set an appropriate level of goals.

        논문 : 실측 자료에 기반한 우리나라 지하수의 용도별 이용량 추정 방법

        근래 들어 환경에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 지표수 개발 여건은 불리해지고 있으며, 또한 양질의 수자원에 대한 욕구는 점차 증가함에 따라 정부는 지하수 개발 정책을 도모하게 되었다. 이와 같은 개발 정책을 추진하기 위해서는 보다 정확한 지하수 개발가능량과 지하수 이용량 파악이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 양질의 지하수 이용량 자료를 확보하기 위해 전국(5개 도의 32개 시군)을 대상으로 수년간 모니터링을 실시하고, 통계분석을 통해 합리적인 지하수 이용량 산정방법을 제시하였다. 생활용 지하수의 경우 전국을 도시지역, 도농복합지역, 농촌지역으로 구분하고, 지하수 용도를 가정용, 공동주택용, 간이상수도용, 학교용, 일반용 등 5가지로 분류하였다. 농업용 지하수의 경우 전국을 강수량에 따라 평균 강수량지역, 평균 강수량 미만지역, 평균 강수량 초과지역으로 구분하고, 지하수 용도를 전작용, 답작용, 원예용, 축산용-육우, 축산용-양돈, 축산용-양계로 분류하였다. 이로부터 모니터링 자료에 대한 군집분석과 회귀분석을 통해 지역별-용도별 지하수 이용량 추정식을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 제시한 기준을 적용하여 국가 지하수 이용량 통계의 신뢰도가 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다. With increasing interest in environmental issues and the quality of surface water becoming inadequate for water supply, the Korean government has launched a groundwater development policy to satisfy the demand for clean water. To drive this policy effectively, it is essential to guarantee the accuracy of sustainable groundwater yield and groundwater use amount. In this study, groundwater use was monitored over several years at various locations in Korea (32cities/counties in 5 provinces) to obtain accurate groundwater use data. Statistical analysis of the results was performed as a method for estimating rational groundwater use. For the case of groundwater use for living purposes, we classified the cities/counties into three regional types (urban, rural, and urban?rural complex) and divided the groundwater facilities into five types (domestic use, apartment housing, small-scale water supply, schools, and businesses)according to use. For the case of agricultural use, we defined three regional types based on rainfall intensity (average rainfall, below-average rainfall, and above-average rainfall) and the facilities into six types (rice farming, dry-field farming, floriculture, livestock-cows, livestock-pigs, and livestock-chickens). Finally, we developed groundwater-use estimation equations for each region and use type, using cluster analysis and regression model analysis of the monitoring data. The results will enhance the reliability of national groundwater statistics.

        태권도 선수들의 종목별 기능성 움직임 검사 FMS(Functional Movement Screen)를 통한 비교분석

        본 연구는 FMS 7가지 측정으로 태권도 종목별 기능성 움직임 패턴을 파악하여 부상예방 및 경기력 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산, 울산, 경남지역의 겨루기 선수 20명, 시범 선수 20명, 품새 선수 20명을 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 통계 패키지(IBM SPSS Standard deviation, SD), 평균(Mean)을 산출하여 결과 값을 나타내었다. 각 그룹 간 차이 검증을 위해 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의 수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 유의한 차이가 있을 경우 사후검증(post-hoc)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 항목 비교에서 그룹 간 Total Score, Functional항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 동작 비교에서 그룹 간 Deep Squat, In-Line Lunge, Active Straight Leg Raise동작에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). The purpose of this study is to identify functional movement patterns for each Taekwondo sport with 7 FMS measurements and to present basic data necessary for injury prevention and performance improvement. 20 Gyeorugi players, 20 Demonstration players, and 20 Poomsae players from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions wereed and the result values were shown. One-way ANOVA was performed to verify the difference between each group, and the statistical significance level was set to α=.05. If there w selected. The SPSS 26.0 statistical package (IBM SPSS Standard deviation, SD) and mean were calculatas a significant difference, post-hoc verification was performed. As a result of the study, first, significant differences were found in the total score and functional items between groups in the item comparison (p<.05). Second, in the motion comparison, there were significant differences in Deep Squat, In-Line Lunge, and Active Straight Leg Raise motions between groups (p<.05).

        운동 전 온열처치가 저항성 운동 후 근육 손상 지표에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the effect of pre-exercise heat pack treatment on muscle activity and markers of muscle damage after exercise-induced damage. METHODS: Ten healthy male university students were tested for 3 weeks. They were exposed to three conditions (non-warm-up exercise, warm-up exercise, and heat pack treatment) before exercise. The experiment was conducted at 1-week intervals for every participant. The warm-up exercise was performed by combining a modified active warm-up with a cycle ergometer and an isokinetic dynamometer. The main exercise, which modified the exercise-induced muscle damage protocol, was conducted by flexing and extending the knee joint using an isokinetic dynamometer. The heat pack treatment before the exercise involved moist heat application for 20 min. RESULTS: The changes in blood muscle fatigue markers and blood muscle damage markers were not significantly different between the groups (α>.05). However, significant differences were observed in the time immediately after exercise, 10-min recovery, 30-min recovery, and 60-min recovery (p<.05). A statistically significant difference was observed in the change in pain in the heat pack treatment group (p<.05). CONCLUSIONS: Heat pack treatment for 20 min before exercise did not minimize the muscle damage markers and fatigue markers following exercise-induced damage, but reduced immediate muscle soreness. Use of heat pack treatment was associated with a change in muscle activity and improvement in certain aspects of muscle soreness.

        경상지역 청소년 태권도 품새선수의 후향적 부상역학 조사

        목적 청소년 태권도 품새선수의 최근 1년간 부상 부위, 원인, 유형 등 부상 실태를 알아보고 부상 예방을 위한 올바른 훈련방법과 후속 연구의 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 방법 2019년 부산ㆍ경남태권도협회에 선수등록이 되어 있는 태권도 품새선수 중 부산광역시, 경상남도 태권도 협회 주관품새대회 참가 선수 128명을 대상으로 Google 온라인 설문지를 사용하였다. 부상 관련 정보는 SPSS WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis)하였다. 결과 청소년 태권도 품새선수의 최근 1년 이내 부상 부위는 발목(19%), 부상 유형은 염좌(28.3%), 부상원인은 본인 부주의 (35.7%), 부상 발생 계절은 겨울(54.7%), 부상발생 상황은 개인훈련(56.4%), 부상 발생시 핵심 동작기술은 옆차기(59.4%)로 나타났으며, 부상발생률은 1000시간당 3.4건의 부상이 발생할 수 있을 것으로 예측하였다. 결론 이런 결과를 바탕으로 청소년기 품새선수는 기술훈련보다 기초체력(유연성, 근력, 유연성 등)을 확립하여 고유수용감각과 관절 안정성을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 것으로 보여지며, 지도자의 훈련법에 적용되어 선수의 부상예방 및 경기력 향상에 필요한 고려사항이다. Purpose To examine the site, cause, and type of injuries in the past one year(2019-2020) of youth Taekwondo Poomsae athletes, and to suggest correct training methods and directions for follow-up research to prevent injuries. Method Among the Taekwondo Poomsae players registered with the Busan-Gyeongnam Taekwondo Association in 2019, a Google online questionnaire was used targeting 128 players participating in the Poomsae competition hosted by the Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Taekwondo Associations. Injury related information was analyzed for frequency using the SPSS WIN 24.0 program. Results From the past year of youth Taekwondo Poomsae athletes, the top rank of each injury site, type, cause, season, situation, and key skill were ankle (19%), sprain (28.3%), negligence (35.7%), winter (54.7%), individual training (56.4%), and side kick (59.4%), respectively. In addiiton, a predicted the injury incidence rate was 3.4 injuries per 1000AE hours. Conclusion Based on these results, it is important for youth Taekwondo Poomsae athletes to improve both proprioception and joint stability of lower extremities by establishing basic physical capability (flexibility, strength, endurance, etc.) rather than specific technical training. Coachs can consider to apply training which focused on physical capability for improving performance and preventing injury.

      • 태권도 선수의 운동기능 향상을 위한 트레이닝 방법 분석

        Purpose: To suggest the development and application of the training program and the direction of follow-up research by systematically reviewing the previous literatures that include the training program for Taekwondo athletes. Method: From 2010 to December 2020, search databases (RISS, KISS) were used, the risk of bias in randomized studies was evaluated using the RoB (Risk of Bias) tool, and the effect size estimation was performed using Rev Man Manager (Version 5.4.1). was used. Results: A total of 1097 studies were searched and eight studies were finally included after all review process. The results are as follows: 1) Flexibility: Effect Size (ES) of core stabilization training is 1.76, 2) Strength: ES of core stabilization training on strength is 2.39, 3) Muscle endurance: ES of core stabilization training is 1.60, 4) Reflex: ESs of plyometric training and weight training are 1.23~1.26 and 1.46, repectively, and 5) Isokinetic muscle strength: ESs of weight training and plyometric training are 1.21 and 1.60~2.46, respectively. Conclusion: 1) Plyometric training was effective in improving flexibility, muscle strength, muscular endurance, agility, isokinetic muscle function, and maximal oxygen intake. 2) Core stabilization training was effective in improving flexibility, strength, and muscular endurance. 3) Underwater training was effective in improving isokinetic muscle function. 4) Weight training was effective in improving reflex and isokinetic muscle function.

        투기 종목 선수의 Functional Movement Screen 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to compare the differences on functional movement between Taekwondo Gyorugi and Wushu Santa players, and to provide basic data for preventing injuries and improving performance in combat sport athletes. A total of 40 Taekwondo (TKG) N=20 and Wushu (WSG) N=20 athletes were recruited from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS for Windows Version 24.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA). An independent t-test was used to verify the difference for each variable of functional movement, and the statistical significance level was set to α<.05. As a result of this study, there was a significant difference in the scores of Total, Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, In-Line Lunge, and Rotary Stability between groups, and the WSG group showed a higher score for all items (p<.05). Also, it found that the WSG score was higher than that of the TKG, but improvement in functional movement is required to prevent injuries in both group. In conclusion, specifically both core exercise and balance training are suggested for injury prevention.
