어린이를 위한 요리 체험형 밀키트의 선택속성이 신뢰, 소비자의 태도 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

요약: 최근 다양한 형태의 밀키트 제품이 출시되고 있으며 특히 어린이의 교육을 목적으로 한 요리 체험형 밀키트 제품이 출시됨에 따라 어린 아동을 대상으로 한 밀키트 제품의 중요한 속성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 기반으로 중요한 속성을 브랜드인지도, 편리성, 안전성, 경제성, 건강영양성로 도출하고 이러한 속성이 고객의 신뢰와 태도 및 재구매 의도와의 어떠한 인과적 관계가 있는지 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 조사 시점에서 1년 안에 요리 체험형 밀키트를 구입하여 어린이와 함께 조리해 본 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였고 최종 271부를 분석에 이용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 밀키트의 선택속성 중 안전성과 경제성은 신뢰를 유의하게 향상시키고 편리성, 영양성, 경제성, 건강 안전성은 소비자 태도를 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 고객의 신뢰는 긍정적인 태도를 형성하게 하고 이를 통해 구매의도가 향상되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 신뢰는 구매의도에 직접효과를 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 향후 관련 연구 수행에 바탕이 되는 기초적 지식을 제공하고 소비자에게 보다 어필할 수 있는 어린이를 위한 요리 체험형 밀키트 제품개발 및 마케팅 전략에 사용될 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of pelvic exercises combined with connective tissue massage on menstrual pain, postural alignment, and quality of life in women of childbearing age. Methods Women in their 20s with primary menstrual pain, who met the selection criteria, were assigned to the study group (n=24). The study group performed pelvic exercises and connective tissue massage for two weeks, seven times a week, for 45 min each day. The Menstrual Distress Questionnaire (MDQ), Visual Analog Scale (VAS), digital inclinometer, smart insole, and ShortForm 36 Health Survey were used to measure variable changes between pre and post intervention and during followup observation. Results The intervention group demonstrated statistically significant differences in the Menstrual Distress Questionnaire and Visual Analog Scale scores (p<0.001), Thoracolumbar Junction angle (p<0.001), lumbar lordosis angle (p<0.01), medial and lateral plantar pressures (p<0.05), anterior and posterior plantar pressures (p<0.001) and ShortForm 36 Health Survey (p<0.001) at least at one time point. Conclusion Pelvic exercise combined with connective tissue massage positively affected menstrual pain, postural alignment, and quality of life in women of childbearing age.

Compared to the conventional farms (CF) rearing of broilers, the rearing management of animal welfare-certified farms (AF) must provide low stocking density, perch, air regulation, and feeding plant-based protein. This study aimed to compare the effects of rearing management in CF and AF on blood parameters, meat quality, and bioactive compound content in Ross 308 broiler chickens at the farm level before transportation to slaughterhouses. Blood and meat samples were obtained at 28–35-dayold chickens from three CF and three AF. In blood samples, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (p<0.05), triglyceride (p<0.001), glucose (p<0.01), total protein (p<0.001), albumin (p<0.01), and white blood cell (p<0.001) levels as well as the heterophil/ lymphocyte ratio [stress index (SI), p<0.001] were lower in broilers from AF than in CF. In meat samples, shear force (p<0.001, p<0.05), and carnosine contents (p<0.001, p<0.05) in both breast and thigh meat from AF were higher than those in meat from CF. The contents of linoleic acid (p<0.001), α-linolenic acid (p<0.001), and eicosapentaenoic acid (p<0.05) were higher in the samples from AF than those from CF. This study reveals that such differences are influenced by the different rearing factors in nutrition, housing, and management practices between CF and AF. Supplementation of plant-based protein and enough space to move due to lower stocking density accounts for the large differences between them. These results can be used as preliminary data showing that the AF system reduces the SI and enhances carnosine and polyunsaturated fatty acids levels in chicken meat at the farm level before transportation.
