대구근대골목투어 문화관광해설사의 해설서비스에 대한 방문객의 인식연구

문화관광해설사의 해설서비스와 관련하여, 문화관광해설사의 해설서비스가 방문객의 만족에 미치는 영향을 비롯하여 재방문 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 관해서는 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 알려진 지각된 가치에 미치는 직접적인 영향 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 문화관광해설사의 해설서비스가 관광객의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하기 위해서 대구광역시의 대표 관광자원으로 2012년 문화체육관광부가 지정하는 한국관광의 별에 선정된 대구 근대골목투어를 중심으로 활동하고 있는 문화관광해설사의 해설서비스를 이용하는 관광객을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 학술적 관점에서는 문화관광해설사의 해설서비스에 하위요인은 활동장소에 따라서 다르게 나타나며 전국에서 활동 중인 문화관광해설사를 대표할 수 있는 측정도구의 개발의 필요성이 요구되었으며, 해설서비스가 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 기존 연구를 지지한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. A number of studies have been carried out with regards to the guide services of cultural tours and their impact on visitors’ satisfaction, revisit intentions and recommendation intentions, but few studies have focused on the direct effects of the perceived value of visitors on their level of satisfaction. Furthermore, a study focused on the direct influence of guide services on visitors’ satisfaction is yet to be found. Therefore it is the aim of this study to offer suggestions and solutions to improve and attract more visitors to Daegu passage tour and eventually boost Daegu’s image as a hot tourist destination. From an academic standpoint, research findings from a similar study on a different location or focused on different guided cultural tours would render somewhat contrary results. For that reason, development of a standard measurement tool to evaluate active guided cultural tours around the country is strongly recommended. This recommendation is also supported by one of the significant findings from this study. It showed the positive effect of guided services on perceived value and the behavioral intention of visitors.

본 논문은 전원출력단(outlet)에 연결된 이산적인 사무용 및 가전기기들의 전력사용을 실시간으로 감시 센싱하고 이틀 간의 데이터 전송 및 사용상태를 파악하여 최적의 전력 사용 환경을 유지 할 수 있도록 제어해 주는 설비장치와 전력선통신의 신호전달을 원활히 하기위한 전력선통신 리피터의 개발에 관한 것이다.

We analyzed fifteen cases of femoral fractures treated with supracondylar nails between March 1999 and March 2001 in the department of orthopedic surgery of Pusan paik hospital. The materials were followed up for more than 1 year. The purpose of this study is to verify the advantages and effectiveness of retrograde supracondylar nailing by retrospective evaluation of the results of adult femoral fractures treated by this technique. The results were as followed 1. fracture union was achieved at average of 19 weeks. 2. knee function was good at all cases 3. There were no significant complications In conclusion, supracondylar nailing of adult femoral fracture is an effective method in selected cases such as distal femoral fractures, multitraumatic patients.
