친환경 건축과 우리나라의 전통문화에 관심이 많아지면서 현대한옥에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 최근 식당, 커피전문점, 숙박업소 등 상업용 현대한옥이 주목을 받으면서 많은 사람들이 직·간접적으로 한옥을 경험한 적이 있으며, 주거용으로 현대한옥 거주에 대한 호감을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 한옥은 현대식 공동주택과 비교해 냉·난방 등 에너지관리, 보안, 유지관리 등 현대 생활에 필요한 주택 주요기능 편의성이 떨어진다. 그런 이유로 한옥에 대한 관심과 호감 증가가 주거용 현대한옥의 실제 주거로 이어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 주거용 현대한옥에 스마트홈서비스를 적용하여 불편함을 개선할 방안에 대한 연구로 다음의 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 주거용 현대한옥의 유형과 문제점에 대한 사례 및 문헌연구를 통해 종합하였고, 스마트홈서비스의 최근 기술 동향과 현재까지 개발 및 시판된 기술을 선행연구사례와 문헌조사를 통해 알아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 주거용 현대한옥의 불편함을 스마트홈서비스에 적용 시 불편함을 해소해줄 스마트홈서비스의 리스트와 적용 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 주거용 현대한옥을 연구하는 후속 연구자들에게 참고가 될 수 있기를 희망한다. As interest in eco-friendly architecture and Korean traditional culture is increasing, interest in contemporary han-ok is steadily increasing. Recently, many people experienced the han-ok directly and indirectly with the attention of a commercial contemporary han-ok such as restaurants, coffee shops, and lodging facilities, and as a result, the house has a preference for the residence of the contemporary han-ok. Compared to modern residential houses, however, han-ok is lack the convenience of heating and cooling, energy management, security, and maintenance. For this reason, the increased interest and preference for han-ok does not lead to living in contemporary han-ok. This study was conducted in the following ways to improve inconvenience by applying smart home services to contemporary han-ok. Recent technology trends in smart home services and technologies developed and marketed to date have been identified in previous research cases and literature studies. Based on this, a list of smart home services and their application methods were derived that would relieve the inconvenience of contemporary han-ok for smart home services. We hope that this research will serve as a reference for subsequent researchers studying contemporary han-ok.

최근 대전시는 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 자연과 과학, 문화의 도시로 변모하고자 대덕특구를 중심으로 미래형 도시를 계획하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대전시 도룡동의 과학 공원 네거리부터 (구)대덕과학문화센터에 이르는 1.5km 거리를 특성별로 구획하고 특색에 맞는 IT기술을 접목한 공간디자인 컨셉을 제안함으로써 향후 대덕과학문화의 거리 조성 추진 과정의 기본 방향을 제시하는 가이드라인의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 공간 현황을 분석, 사용자 중심의 계획을 위한 체험 중심의 공간디자인 컨셉을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 현장조사를 통해 도출된 문제점을 통해 개선이 필요한 인프라를 중심으로 IT기술을 접목하고, 스마트스트리트(Smart Street)로써 대덕과학문화의 거리를 탈바꿈할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 현장조사를 통해 얻은 시사점으로 (1)쾌적성과 안전성 문제의 지속성, (2)통일성 및 효율성 문제, (3)아이덴티티 결여 문제의 경험성과 연계하여 사용자 중심의 스마트시티의 방향성을 활용하여 해결 목표를 설정하였다. 사용자 중심의 거리 조성을 위해 인프라만을 기준으로 하는 획일적인 조닝을 지양하고 사용자 행위를 중심으로 하는 조닝을 시도하였다. Recently, Daejeon Metropolitan City is planning a futuristic city with Daedeok Special District at the center of its transformation into a city of nature, science and culture along with the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, this research will divide the 1.5 km distance from the in Doryong-dong, Daejeon, science park intersection to the (Former)Daedeok Science and Culture Center, and propose a space design concept that incorporates IT technologies that fit the characteristics. The center will analyze the space status and derive an experience-oriented space design concept for user-centered planning so that it can serve as a guideline that will provide the fundamental direction for the promotion of the Daedeok Science Culture. Through the field survey, we will look for ways to integrate IT technology with infrastructure that needs improvement and change the distance of Daedeok Science culture as a smart street. The results of the field survey were : (1) made by connecting the persistence of comfort and safety issues, (2) uniformity and efficiency issues, and (3) the experience of identity problems and the orientation of the smart city. To create user-centered distances, we attempted to avoid uniform zoning based solely on infrastructure and zoning focusing on user behavior.
