강섬유 및 폴리아미드 섬유로 보강된 철근콘크리트 벽체의 전단성능 평가

콘크리트 전단벽 구조는 지진과 같은 큰 수평 반복하중에 효과적으로 저항할 수 있는 이상적인 구조시스템이다. 특히 섬유로 보강된 콘크리트 전단벽에서는 연성이 크게 향상되어 취성파괴를 방지할 뿐만 아니라 내진성능이 크게 향상되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 보통콘크리트에 강섬유와 폴리아미드 섬유를 혼합하여 제작한 전단벽의 전단성능을 평가하기 위하여 반복하중에 대한 벽체의 이력거동 시험을 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 최대전단력은 강섬유 콘크리트 시험체에서 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으나 보통콘크리트 시험체에서의 최대전단력에 비해 크게 증가하지는 못했다. 변위 연성능력과 에너지 소산능력은 강섬유 콘크리트 시험체에서 탁월하게 나타났으며, 폴리아미드 섬유 콘크리트 시험체에서는 보통콘크리트와 강섬유 콘크리트 시험체의 중간 정도의 전단성능을 갖는 것으로 평가되었다. A concrete shear wall system is an ideal structural system that can effectively resist large horizontal cyclic loads such as earthquakes. In particular, a significant increase of the ductility in fiber reinforced concrete shear walls can prevent a brittle failure and thus can enhance seismic resisting capacity significantly. This study investigated the shear resisting capacity of shear wall specimens, which are constructed with steel fibers or polyamide fibers reinforced concrete, by comparing hysteresis curves obtained from reversal cyclic tests. The shear resisting force in the steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen was larger than those in plain and polyamide fiber reinforced concrete specimens, but the increase was not great. The shear resisting capacity of the polyamide fiber reinforced concrete specimen was larger than that of plain concrete specimen, but smaller than that of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen.

북한 문화예술에서 리얼리즘과 환상의 접점

이 글은 고전소설 <심청전>과 <용궁부연록>의 분석을 통해 북한문학과 환상의 접점을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 북한문학은 리얼리즘을 유일한 창작방식으로 한다. 때문에 민족문학의 수용에서 ‘환상’은 논란이 되었던 요소이다. <심청전>과 <용궁부연록>을 비롯한 김시습의 작품은 북한문학사에서 높게 평가되는 작품이다. 동시에 리얼리즘과는 대척적인 위치에 있는 작품이다. 이 논문은 북한 문학계에서 문학사적으로 의미를 부여하는 두 작품에서 ‘환상’ 문제를 어떻게 다루고 있는 지를 살폈다. <심청전>은 광복이후 북한에서 창작된 최초의 연극 작품이었다. 연극에서는 심청의 개안(開眼) 장면이나 용궁장면은 꿈으로 처리하였다. 문학사에서 높은 평가를 받고, 인민들이 즐기던 고전문학이었지만 환상적인 요소를 그대로 수용할 수 없었다. 연극을 본 김일성은 <심청전>의 환상부분에 대해 ‘당대 사회 인민의 염원과 지향’으로 규정하면서, 다시 무대에 올릴 것을 지시하였다. 김일성의 언급은 이후 고전문학의 환상적인 요소를 민족문학적 특성으로 수용하는 계기가 되었다. 비록 환상적인 이야기이기는 하지만 그속에는 인민대중의 염원과 생활감정, 그들의 재능과 지혜가 그대로 반영되어 있다는 ‘중세적 환상’의 개념이 생겨난 것이다. <용궁부연록>은 김시습의 『금오신화(金鰲新話)』에 수록된 다섯 작품 가운데 한 작품이다. 글 잘하는 선비 한생이 용궁에 가서 상량문을 쓰고, 잔치에 참석하고 돌아온다는 이야기이다. <용궁부연록>의 환상성에 대해서는 시대적인 제약으로 드러낼 수 없는 현실 문제를 환상을 이용하여 우회적으로 드러내기 위한 수법으로 평가하였다. 북한문학에서 유일하고도 올바른 창작 방식으로 인정하는 것은 주체사실주의이다. 하지만 <심청전>과 <용궁부연록>에 대한 해석에서 알 수 있듯이 고전문학에 대한 수용에서 그리고 아동문학이나 아동영화에서 환상성은 창작의 요소로 인정된다. 뿐만 아니라 최고지도자의 우상화와 관련된 혁명설화나 혁명역사의 등의 ‘환상’이 공존하고 있다. 고전 수용에서 적용된 인민의 염원이라는 명분은 최고지도자와 관련된 환상적인 이야기를 수용하는 토대이기도 하다. The study focused on how the fantasy is embraced and diffuses in North Korea where the realism is the solid principle of creation. Subjects of analysis are classic novels <SimCheong-Jeon> and <Yong-Goong-Bu-Yeon-Rok>. Both novels are highly appreciated in the history of North Korean literature. At the same time, they are mostly confronted with the realism which is strongly stressed in North Korean literature. The way two meaningful novels in the history of North Korean literature dealing with fantasy will be studied. <SimCheong-Jeon> is the first play work in North Korea after the Korean independence. It was one of the most important repertories of publication or theatrical production until 1950s. However, it became hard to find records of <SimCheong-Jeon> from North Korean literature after 1960s. It was 1990s when <SimCheong-Jeon> came back to stage. 30-year-gap was caused by the controversy over the fantasy of <SimCheong-Jeon>. Kim, Il-Sung defined the fantasy of <SimCheong-Jeon> as “people’s desire and aim of the day” and commanded to put the play on the stage. <Yong-Goong-Bu-Yeon-Rok> is one of the five stories in 『Geumo Sinhwa』 by Kim, Si-seup. It is about the story of Han-Saeng who writes well; the king of the sea called scholar Han-Saeng to write ‘Sang-Ryang-Moon’ and threw a party for him. Fantasy was the problem when Kim, Si-seup’s literary value was evaluated. The usage of fantastic elements while describing the life of people was explained as periodical limitation. It was possible to be called “classic” because the fantasy was justified as indirect expression of practical problems in restricted age. North Korean literature allows realism on Juche ideology as the only way to create a work. However, fantasy such as interpretation of classical novel, creating principle of children’s literature, and the story of revolution related to idolization of supreme leader has also coexisted.

‘사회주의 문명국 건설’은 김정은 체제가 시작된 2012년 제시한 국가 발전 목표이다. 김정은은 등장과 함께 새로운 세기의 목표로 제시하였다. 사회주의 문명국은 모든 분야에서 세계적 수준의 문명을 누리는 국가이다. 사회주의 문명국을 건설하여 인민들에게 세계적 수준의 문명을 향유할 수 있도록 하겠다는 것이다. 새로운 국가 목표로서 사회주의 문명국 건설은 새로운 시대로의 변화에 적극적으로 대응하면서, 나름대로의 세계화를 통해 선진화된 국가로 나서겠다는 목표이다. 북한은 경제 발전을 최우선 과제로 제시하면서 과학과 교육을 통한 경제발전의 토대를 다지면서, 내부적으로는 서비스 산업을 통한 내수 진작과 국제관광 사업을 통한 관광사업을 추진하였다. 사회주의 문명국 건설은 대내적으로는 경제 발전 전략과 연결된다. 즉 인민대중제일주의를 앞세우면서, 사회주의 문명국의 인민으로서 마땅히 누려야 할 권리로서 문화시설과 물질문화 생활의 ‘향유’를 강조하는 것은 인민들의 여가 활동을 진작시켜 관련 사업의 내수를 진작시키는 정책과 연결된다. 김정은 시대의 문화는 이전과는 다른 방식으로 작동하고 있다. 당에서 제시한 목표를 따라 자신을 희생하는 방식으로 작동하였다면 김정은 시대에는 새로운 시대를 향한 ‘욕망의 창출’이라는 방식으로 작동되고 있다. 김정은 체제의 북한 미래는 관건의 활기를 보이기 시작한 인민생활을 어떻게 통제하고, 관리할 것인가에 달려 있다. 자체의 성장 동력은 한계가 있으며, 대외적인 여건이 호전되지 않으면 사회주의 문명국 건설은 구호에 불과할 수도 있다. The creation of a socialist civilization in North Korea has been the foremost and overarching objective of national development since the dawn of the Kim Jong-un regime in 2012. Kim has been emphasizing that the vision entailed the people’s enjoyment of everything in society on a par with the global standard. As the new objective of national development, the creation of a socialist civilization reflects the Kim regime’s eagerness to rise to the challenges of the new era and modernize the country, in its own way, through globalization. Prioritizing economic development as the first and foremost goal, the Kim regime set out to consolidate the basis for it through science and education, while boosting the demand for domestic service industries and international demand for tourism. While emphasizing the creation of a socialist civilization as required by the principle of putting “the people first,” new facilities and buildings were erected and “enjoyment” emphasized to increase the people’s demand for retail and tourism, thereby strengthening domestic demand for economic development.
