$CuInSe_2$ (CIS) nanoparticles of chalcopyrite structure were directly synthesized by a solvothemal method in an autoclave with diethylamine as a solvent. A morphology change of the nanoparticles was observed as a function of reaction temperatures and times. Dense rod-type CIS nanoparticles with width of $5\sim10mm$ and length in the range of 30-80 nm were obtained at $180^{\circ}C$ for 36 hrs whereas spherical particles with diameter in the range of 5-10 nm were observed at $250^{\circ}C$ for 36 hrs. The formation of the rod-like nanoparticles in diethylamine, without double N-chelation, was explained by the Solution-Liquid-Solid (SLS) mechanism.

The improvement plans for natural monument are basically preservation and management plans, and are proposed within the scope of avoiding damage to their prototypes. However, it is supposed that there are lots of cases in which the preservation and management of natural monument are reinforced rather than their utilization by the species of natural monument is encouraged. It is imperative to seek diverse improvement plans by preservation type and condition in consideration of the species of natural monument. The protection and management of the habitat of natural monument and the colony of rare plants involves mostly the restriction of access by establishing a fence instead of the concept of utilization. Therefore, it is necessary to establish guidance, viewing, and rest facilities within the scope of avoiding damage to the growth environment. It is necessary to prepare financial support for pursuing the improvement of the colony of the natural treasure of plants. This study is meaningful as it prepared a foundation as basic research data for establishing improvement plans for the colony of the natural monument of plants, and there should be follow-up research into their utilization.
