사람의 얼굴은 일반 객체와는 다르게 정확히 구별되는 특징을 가지고 있지 않다. 따라서 일반적으로 사람 얼굴에 관한 연구에서는 인간이 사람의 얼굴을 볼 때 가장 먼저 인식을 하는 눈, 코, 입을 특징으로 정하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 사람에 따라 다르게 나타나며 주위환경에 영향을 받는다. 따라서 이러한 사람의 특징을 정확히 찾아내는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴 특징점의 기하학적 성질을 이용 제약조건을 제시하여 제약조건에 만족하는 객체를 후보객체로 설정하였다, 그리고 눈, 코, 입 각각의 알고리즘을 제안하여 원하는 특징점을 효율적으로 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다. 제안된 알고리즘은 일반적인 사람 얼굴 영상에 대해 빠른 속도로 특징점을 찾아내고 있다. The human faces do not have distinct features unlike other general objects. In general the features defined eyes, nose and mouth which are firstly recognized when human being see the face. These features have different characteristics each human face. Therefor, the exactly finding the human features are very important. In this paper proposed an algorithm finding eyes, nose and mouth using the geometric characteristics of human face. candidate objects are found by the constraints of features. And then each proposed algorithm of eyes, nose and mouth is using for finding exactly objects. The proposed algorithm fast find the features in general human face image.
중간값 필터와 신경망 회로를 사용한 자동 컷 검출 알고리즘

In this paper, an efficient method to find shot boundaries in the MPEG video stream data is proposed. For this purpose, we first assume that the histogram difference value(HDV) and pixel difference value(PDV) as an one dimensional signal and apply the median filter to these signals. The output of the median filter is subtracted from the original signal to produce the median filtered difference(MFD). The MFD is a criterion of shot boundary. In addition a neural network is employed and trained to find exactly cut boundary. The proposed algorithm shows that the cut boundaries are well extracted, especially in a dynamic video. 본 논문은 MPEG 스트림 데이터에서 효과적으로 화면 전환 경계를 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 연속적인 장면의 변화 정도를 표시하는 척도로써 히스토그램 차이 값(histogram difference value)과 픽셀 차이 값(pixel difference value)을 각각 하나의 신호로 취급한다. 이 신호에 중간 값 필터를 적용하여 얻어진 값과 원래의 신호의 차이값인 MFD(Median filtered difference) 값을 구한다. 이렇게 얻어진 MFD의 값이 크면 회면 전환이 일어남을 나타내며 따라서 컷 검출의 기준이 될 수 있다. 또한, 인공 신경망을 사용하여 컷 경계가 되는 MFD값의 문턱치를 결정한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 변화량이 심한 동영상이나 급작스럽게 밝아지는 프레임을 포함하는 동영상에서 적절히 컷 전환을 검출함을 보여 준다. 실험결과에서 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 보여준다.
저주파 전기자극이 비만여성의 체구성성분과 신체둘레 및 체중조절에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low frequency and aerobic exercise on body weight, fat mass, percent body fat (PBF), lean body mass (LBM), body circumference, resting metabolic rate(RMR), energy intakerEl), binge-eating disorder(BED), coping strategy indicator(CSI), respiratory exchange ratio(R), oxygen uptake and energy expenditure in twenty obese women. The subjects were divided into two groups : low frequency electrostimulation with aerobic exercise group(LFE + EX, n=11), aerobic exercise group(EX, n=9). Both of the experimental groups were trained for 8 weeks. The subjects in the aerobic exercise performed 60 min in about, three times per week at the low intensity. The low frequency electrostimulation treatment which done to LFE + EX group was accomplished to part of uper arm, back, abdomen, femur, waist, hip, calf for 30 min/day and 3 days/wk using a low frequency electric stimulator at the level of 60Hz and 200Hz. The body weight, fat mass, PBF, 8 site body circumference, BED and EI were significantly decreased, and RMR was significantly increased in the LFE + EX group. However, the EX group was significantly decreased only on 3 site body circumference (waist, low-thigh, call) after 8 weeks and another 3 site body circumference (chest, up-thigh, upper arm) were not altered after 8 weeks, however the levels of significance (.0543, .0556, .0540, respectively) were closed to P=.05 utilizing as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses. And LBM was not altered after 8 weeks in the EX and LFE + EX group. The R was significantly decreased only on the level of 200Hz during the low frequency electrostimulation and oxygen uptake was significantly decreased both on the level of 60Hz and 200Hz during the low frequency electrostim ulation. The energy expenditure was not altered on the level of 60Hz and 200Hz during the low frequency electrostimulation, but the level of significance (.056) was closed to P=.05 utilizing as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses. As this results, it is suggested that low frequency electrostim ulation with aerobic exercise is much more effective than only aerobic exercise in improving the body fat loss, health care and exercise capacity on the obese women.
