        골프 엘보우 부상에 대한 재활운동의 효과

        [Purpose] This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation exercises on medial epicondylitis, commonly referred to as golfer's elbow. This prevalent musculoskeletal condition is characterized by pain and inflammation at the medial epicondyle of the elbow. This research seeks to provide foundational data for the formulation of effective rehabilitation exercise programs. [Method] To accomplish our objectives, we conducted a comprehensive review of literature pertaining to golfer's elbow injuries and corresponding rehabilitation exercises. Our exploration involved a meticulous search of both domestic and international databases. [Result] Our study identified a variety of beneficial exercises for the rehabilitation of golfer's elbow, including isometric exercises, eccentric contractions, flexibility training, and functional as well as sport-specific exercises. These rehabilitation modalities demonstrated potential in pain reduction, enhancement of range of motion, increased muscular strength, and facilitation of successful return to sports or daily activities. [Conclusion] In conclusion, it is suggested that a sequence of functional and event-specific exercises, following isometric exercises, extensor contraction exercises, and stretching exercises, could serve as an effective regimen for the rehabilitation and prevention of golf elbow. [목적] 이 연구의 목적은 주관절 내측상과에 통증과 염증으로 나타나는 근골격계 질환인 골프 엘보우(내측상과염)에 대한 재활운동의 효과를 조사하고 재활운동 프로그램을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것이었다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 골프엘보우 부상과 재활운동과 관련된 문헌을 검토하였으며, 국내 및 해외 데이터베이스를 사용하여 문헌조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 연구결과, 골프 엘보우 재활운동에는 등척성운동, 신전성수축 운동, 유연성운동, 기능성 및 종목특이적 운동 순으로 다양한 운동이 수행되었다. 이러한 재활운동은 통증 감소, 운동 범위 개선, 근력 증가, 스포츠 또는 일상 활동으로의 성공적인 복귀를 촉진할 수 있는 것으로 검토되었다. [결론] 결론적으로 골프엘보우의 재활 및 부상예방을 위해서는 등척성운동, 신전성수축운동 및 스트레칭 운동에 이어 기능성 및 종목특이적 운동이 골프 엘보우 재활 및 예방에 효과적인 운동이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        엘리트 골프 선수 체력훈련 고려사항에 대한 문헌고찰

        [목적] 이 연구의 목적은 골프선수들이 경기력 향상을 위한 체력훈련 프로그램 계획 시 고려해야 할 사항에 대한 기 초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 국내외 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 골프 종목과 관련된 생 리학적 특성과 스윙동작의 해부학적 특성 및 체력요인별 훈련방법에 대한 문헌을 검토하였다. [결과] 골프 체력훈련 에서 우선적으로 고려해야 할 주요 체력요인은, 골프 경기력 수행과 밀접한 관련이 있는 유연성, 근력, 파워 요인이 며, 효과적인 체력훈련을 위해서는 유연성 향상, 근력 향상, 골프 특이적 파워 전환 순으로 진행되는 훈련의 주기화 를 고려하여 체력훈련을 수행해야 한다. 또한, 근력훈련 및 유연성훈련은 골프동작의 해부학적 특성을 반영해야 하 며, 유산소능력도 골프에서 중요한 에너지 시스템이므로 비시즌 또는 시즌 초반에 훈련해야 할 것을 고려해야 한다. [결론] 결론적으로 이러한 생리학적․해부학적 특성과 체력훈련방법에 대한 지식을 종합적으로 고려하여 훈련 프로그 램을 계획한다면, 골프 선수들의 부상예방을 넘어 효과적인 경기력 향상을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to consider in the planning of fitness training programs for enhancing the performance of golfers. [Method] A literature review of domestic and international studies was conducted to extract the study results and review articles regarding physiological factors associated with golf, anatomical factors associated with swing motion, and training methods according to fitness factors. [Result] The key fitness factors that should be considered with high priority in golf fitness training are flexibility, physical strength, and power, which are closely associated with golf performance. For effective fitness training, fitness training should be performed with consideration of the regular cycles of training designed to improve flexibility, develop muscle strength, and practice golf-specific transfer of power. Moreover, muscle strength and flexibility training must account for the anatomical characteristics of golf motions. As aerobic capacity is also an important energy resource in golf, consideration should be given to training during off-season or at the beginning of the season. [Conclusion] In conclusion, planning training programs with comprehensive considerations for physiological and anatomical characteristics and fitness training methods could not only help prevent injuries among golfers but also effectively enhance their performance.

        고지훈련이 지구력스포츠 종목 선수의 유산소성 능력에 미치는 영향에 대한 메타분석

        This meta-analysis aimed to assess the impact of high-altitude training on the aerobic capacity of endurance athletes. A comprehensive search was carried out using databases such as PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science. The quality of the studies was assessed using the Cochrane ROB (risk of bias). The standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95% CI were chosen to measure the effect size, utilizing a random-effects model. The statistical heterogeneity of the incorporated studies was evaluated using Cochrane's Q test and the I^2 statistic. The analysis revealed that high-altitude training had a moderate effect size on the maximum oxygen intake of endurance sports athletes (SMD -.35, 95% CI -.61 to -.08, p=0.01). Furthermore, high-altitude training demonstrated a moderate effect size on the hemoglobin content of these athletes (SMD -.39, 95% CI -.73 to -.05, p=0.02). High-altitude training significantly enhances both the maximum oxygen intake and hemoglobin content in endurance sports athletes. These findings indicate the effectiveness of high-altitude training in augmenting the aerobic capacity of athletes in endurance sports.

        태권도 시범단 선수들의 스포츠 상해유형에 따른 재활형태와 경기력영향 분석

        본 연구는 전국 태권도 시범단 선수들을 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 통해 230명의 자료를 확보하여 태권도 시범단 선수들의 스포츠 상해 유형과 재활 형태 및 경기력과의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 태권도 시범단 선수들의 스포츠 상해는 대부분 훈련장소에서 발생하며, 발목부위의 상해가 가장 많았다. 염좌와 골절의 상해 형태가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는데, 주 1-2회 치료를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스포츠 상해로 인해 훈련과 경기 복귀까지 2-3주의 기간이 가장 높았으며, 경기 복귀에 가장 오랜 시간이 필요한 스포츠 상해는 염좌 손상이였다. 이러한 스포츠 상해로 인해 가장 오랜 재활 형태를 띄는 기관은 병원인 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 태권도 시범단 선수들의 경기력 발휘를 위해 선수들의 완전한 회복 상태로 복귀 할 수 있는 객관적인 검사방법 및 태권도 시범 및 공연상황에 맞는 스포츠 상해에 대한 안정장치 및 체계적인 재활 시스템이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among sports injury types, rehabilitation types, and performance. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 230 Taekwondo demonstration team players. Their sport injuries were commonly occurred in the training place and the most common injury part was an ankle. The most common type was sprain and fracture and they were usually treated once or twice per week. The most common period for a return to training and play was two or three weeks. A sprain injury needed the longest time for a return to play. The longest rehabilitation type due to sport injuries was a hospital. In conclusion, to display the performance of Taekwondo demonstration team players, it is necessary to achieve objective test methods for a return to perfect recovery, stability system for sport injuries good for Taekwondo demonstration and performance situations, and systematic rehabilitation system.

        골프선수 요통예방 및 재활운동에 관한 문헌 고찰

        [Purpose] Lower back pain and injuries are the most common injuries among golfers The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on the prevention of lower back pain and rehabilitation exercises for back injuries in golfers. [Method] Domestic and overseas literature surveys were conducted to identify relevant publications, and literature on prevention and rehabilitation of golf-related back injuries was reviewed. [Result] The incidence of golf back injuries was found to range from 18.2% to 54.0%. The causes of golf-related back injuries included characteristics such as golf swing movements, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and training characteristics, in addition to demographic characteristics such as age and sex. In order to prevent back pain and injuries, warm-up exercises including dynamic stretching, pre-season aerobic exercises, exercises for spinal stabilization, and flexibility exercises should be performed. [Conclusion] In conclusion, to effectively prevent back pain and injuries in golfers, the identified causes and characteristics of back injuries should be kept in mind and preventive exercise programs should be regularly performed. [목적] 허리 통증 및 허리부상은 골프에서 발생하는 가장 흔한 부상이다. 이 연구의 목적은 골프선수의 요통예방과 허리부상 재활운동을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 국내 및 해외 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 골프 허리 부상과 예방 및 재활을 위한 방법에 대한 문헌을 검토하였다. [결과] 골프 허리부상의 발생률은 18.2-54.0%까지 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 골프 허리 부상의 원인은 골프 스윙 동작의 특성, 근력 및 근지구력과 유연성 특성, 훈련량 특성, 그 외 연령, 성별 등 기타 특성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 허리 통증과 부상을 예방하기 위해서는 동적스트레칭을 포함한 준비운동과 시즌 전 유산소운동, 척추안정화를 위한 운동, 유연성 운동을 실시해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 효과적으로 골퍼의 요통 및 허리 부상을 예방하기 위해서는 허리 부상의 원인과 특성을 파악하고 예방운동 프로그램을 지속적으로 수행해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        고등학교 야구 선수들의 상해 및 상해 이후 회복 특성에 대한 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the injury types and recovery characteristics after sports injuries of high school baseball players at each position. Four baseball teams of high schools located in Jeollanam-do were selected as population. A questionnaire was conducted with 84 high school baseball players to analyze sports injury characteristics. Frequency and percentage were verified using descriptive statistics to analyze injury characteristics. Cross-tabulation analysis(Chi-square, x2) was used to test the difference in injury parts at each position. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. The following conclusions are drawn. The most frequent place of injury was the place for training. The highest injury part was an elbow and a shoulder. Injuries frequently occurred during group training and a sprain was the highest type of injury. The highest injury motion during games was pitching a ball. The most common reason for injury was self-carelessness. This study analyzed recovery characteristics after sports injuries in high school baseball players. As a result, the highest period for the return to play was 2-3 weeks and 4-5 months after injury. The response of complete treatment was high as 66.6%(‘agree’ and ‘strongly agree’). However, re-injury also occurred in more than half of respondents(58.3%). In conclusion, it is necessary to wear protective gear during training and devise injury prevention strategies to reduce the injuries of high school baseball players. The findings of this study will be helpful to develop and apply a conditioning program for season and off-season to prevent high school baseball players from injuries.

        일반 성인들의 보행속도에 따른 신체 관절 변화 차이 비교

        The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare differences in joint changes associated with the walking speed of typical adults. Additionally, it seeks to collect essential data for the development of customized exercise programs. To accomplish this, the research enlisted 27 adult participants residing in S City, Jeollanam-do, and conducted an analysis of how joint changes differed depending on their walking speed. A one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was performed to assess the differences in joint variables based on walking speed. When statistically significant differences emerged among the groups, further investigations were carried out to identify which groups exhibited distinctions, using Bonferroni post-hoc tests. A significance level of α=0.05 was applied to all statistical tests. Ultimately, the following conclusions were drawn. While there were no changes in cervical posture associated with walking speed, significant posture changes were observed in the trunk as walking speed changed. In terms of hip changes related to walking speed, the extension/flexion angle of the right anterior hip was significantly higher during medium speed, compared to normal and high speeds. Conversely, the rotation angle of the left internal hip exhibited significant increases when walking speed exceeded the normal pace. The analysis findings regarding pelvic-related variables indicated that, when compared to the normal speed, the right rotation angle was significantly reduced at the medium speed. Furthermore, the angles for left pelvic elevation and depression factors were significantly larger at the normal speed in contrast to the high speed. Regarding the factors related to the knee joint, it was observed that the right extension and flexion exhibited significantly larger angles at the higher speed compared to the normal speed. Conversely, the flexion and extension factors of the left knee joint showed significantly larger angles at the medium speed compared to the normal speed. In conclusion, it is essential to further investigate these biomechanical strategies across diverse demographic groups and contribute to the development of customized intervention methodologies. These methodologies, in turn, will provide optimized therapeutic and rehabilitation strategies for individual patients or specific cohorts with gait abnormalities, resulting in improvements in walking functionality and overall functional optimization.

        웨이트트레이닝이 골퍼의 골프수행능력 및 체력요인에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

        [목적] 이 메타분석 연구의 목적은 웨이트트레이닝이 골퍼의 골프 수행능력과 주요 체력요인에 대한 효과를 평가 하는 것이었다. [방법] 결과 도출을 위해 Pubmed, Cochrane Library, RISS를 이용하여 검색을 진행하였다. 연구의 질 평가를 위해 Cochrane ROB (risk of bia)을 사용하였다. 효과크기는 표준화된 평균차(standardized mean difference; SMD) 및 95% CI를 선택하고, 랜덤효과모형(random-effect model)을 이용하였다, 선정된 연구의 통계적 이질성은 Cochrane의 Q 테스트와 I2 통계량을 통하여 평가 되었다. [결과] 연구 결과 웨이트트레이닝은 클럽헤드스피드(ES=0.53, 95%CI 0.14-0.92, p=0.008), 비거리(ES=0.62, 95%CI 0.25-0.99, p=0.001), 볼 스피드(ES=0.62, 95% CI 0.21-1.03, p=0.003) 와 근파워(ES=2.55, 95% CI 1.19-3.91, p=0.0002), 근력(ES=0.60, 95% CI 0.24-0.96, p=0.0009)을 향상시키는 것으로 나 타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 웨이트트레이닝은 골프 선수 및 아마추어 골퍼의 골프 수행력과 체력요인을 향상 시키 는데 효과적인 중재방법임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 골퍼의 골프 수행 능력 향상을 위한 훈련프로그램 에 웨이트트레이닝이 포함되어야 할 것을 시사한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of weight training on golf performance and major physical fitness factors in golfers. [Method] PubMed, Cochrane Library, and RISS were used for searching to derive results. Cochrane ROB(risk of bias) was applied for quality assessment of the study. Standardized mean difference(SMD) and 95% CI were selected and the random effect model was used for effect size. The statistical heterogeneity of the selected study was assessed using the Cochran's Q statistic and I²statistic. [Result] The results demonstrated that weigh training improved club head speed(ES=0.53, 95% CI 0.14-0.92, p=0.008), carry distance(ES=0.62, 95% CI 0.25-0.99, p=0.001), ball speed(ES=0.62, 95% CI 0.21-1.03, p=0.003), muscle power(ES=2.55, 95% CI 1.19-3.91, p=0.0002), and muscle strength(ES=0.60, 95% CI 0.24-0.96, p=0.0009). [Conclusion] This study confirms that weight training is an effective intervention method to improve golf performance and physical fitness factors in professional and amateur golfers. The results suggest that weight training should be included in golfers’ training program to improve golf performance.

        규칙적인 운동이 한국 지적장애인의 건강체력요인에 미치는 효과에 대한 체계적문헌고찰 및 메타분석

        [Objective] The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of regular exercise on health-related physical fitness factors in individuals with intellectual disabilities. [Methods] Literatures were searched for using RISS, KISS, and the national assembly library to derive conclusions. Cochrane ROB was used for the qualitative evaluation of selected researches. Mean difference, standardized mean difference(SMD), and 95% CI were selected and a random-effect model were used for effect size. Moreover, heterogeneity of included researches was assessed using Cochran’s Q statistics and I2. [Results] Regular exercise improved muscular endurance(ES=1.44, 95% CI .53-2.35, p=.002), flexibility(ES=.63, 95% CI .08-1.17, p=.02), and agility(.62, 95% CI .08-1.16, p=.03) in individuals with intellectual disabilities. The effect size of muscular strength(ES=1.23, 95%CI .39-2.85, p=.14) and cardiorespiratory endurance(ES=.49, 95% CI- .50-1.49, p=.33) was comparatively high but was not statistically significant. [Conclusions] It is confirmed that regular exercise is an effective method to improve health-related physical fitness factors in individuals with intellectual disabilities. Moreover, it is found that physical fitness factors which can be improved are different according to an exercise intervention program. The results will be applied as basic data to design more precise exercise programs to improve the health-related physical fitness factors of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
