        재난지원금이 가구 쇠고기 구입액에 미치는 영향 분석: 소득분위별 효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 2019년 12월 발생한 COVID-19(코로나바이러스)와 이로 인한 제1차 재난지원금이 쇠고기 구입액에 미치는 영향을 소득분위별로 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 2017~2020년 농촌진흥청 소비자패널조사 자료를 이용하였으며, 패널토빗(Tobit)모형을 적용하였다. 주요 분석 결과, 코로나바이러스와 재난지원금은 가정 내 쇠고기 구입액을 증가시켰으며, 특히 재난지원금 지급 이후 소득 5분위에 속한 가정에서 하위 소득분위의 가정보다 유의하게 더 많은 쇠고기를 구입한 것으로 나타났다. 가구 특성별 변수로는 가구원 수가 증가할수록, 소득분위가 높을수록, 가구주의 연령대가 높을수록, 가구주가 전업주부인 경우, 가구원 중 미성년자가 포함된 경우 쇠고기 구입액이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in December 2019 and the first round of disaster support payments on beef purchases by income group. Consumer panel survey data from the Rural Development Administration from 2017 to 2020 was used for the analysis, and the Tobit model was applied. The main analysis results showed that the COVID-19 and disaster support payments increased the amount of beef purchased within households, and in particular, after the disaster support payments were paid, households in the fifth income quintile purchased significantly more beef than households in the lower income quintile. Among household characteristic variables, an increase in the number of household members, higher income quintile, higher age range of the household head, the household head being a full-time housewife, and the presence of underage in the household were found to increase beef purchases.

        이사회 구조 및 독립성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        After the financial crisis, Korea became interested in many corporate governance. And especially a lot of attention has been on the board of directors. Positive and negative findings on the board of directors has been prepared as part. The purposes of this paper are to examine the relations between board of directors (structure and independence) and corporate performance. In this study literature reviews and empirical methods are both used; The literature reviews cover theoretical discussion on determinants of research and selection of variables and its examination in the previous studies. In order to proceed with the research, The independent variables were set to the size of the Board of Directors, the number of Sub-Committee, CEO duality and the ratio of outside directors. Dependent variable was set to corporate performance (ROA). and Control variables were set to industry, years, corporate age, firm size, 2 trillion won in assets, CEO succession, previous year’s firm performance, CEO type, and major shareholder ownership. The analysis was carried out from 2005 until 2008 and the number of corporations for sampling was 369 (total 1476) listed in KOSPI. and For accurate analysis. Purification procedure has undergone The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, board size is not associated with ROA because of the opposite direction to the hypothesis. therefore Hypothesis 1 is not supported. Second, the number of Sub-Committee in board of directors is positively associated with ROA. therefore Hypothesis 2 is supported. Third, CEO duality is associated with ROA in negative(-) direction. therefore Hypothesis 3 is supported. Fourth, the ratio of outside directors is positively associated with ROA. therefore Hypothesis 4 is supported. And sophisticated analysis, an additional analysis was conducted. In an additional analysis of less than 2 trillion won corporate targets, First, board size is positively associated with ROA. Second, the number of Sub-Committee in board of directors is not associated with ROA. Third, CEO duality is positively associated with ROA. Fourth, the ratio of outside directors is positively associated with ROA. In an additional analysis of more than 2 trillion won corporate targets, First, board size is positively associated with ROA. Second, the number of Sub-Committee in board of directors is positively associated with ROA. Third, CEO duality is negatively associated with ROA. Fourth, the ratio of outside directors is not associated with ROA. The limitations of this study are as follows. First, the nonlinear analysis (relationship between board size and ROA) is necessary in future research. Second, analysis of each of the sub-committee is required. Third, future research is required for the development of board independence variable. Fourth, It is necessary to control industry effect sophisticatedly. Finally, there are required to use a variety of performance indicators. 한국기업들은 외환위기 이후 많은 변화가 이루어졌다. 특히 외환위기와 미국의 사베인-옥슬리법 (SOX: Sabanes-Oxley Act)의 제정 및 실행으로 기업지배구조에 대한 관심이 커지게 되었다. 투명하고 건전한 기업지배구조는 기업경쟁력의 원천이라는 인식이 확산되었으며, 미래성장의 기본 요건이라고 여겨지기 시작한 것이다. 그리고 기업지배구조와 관련한 다양한 국내외 연구가 시도되었지만, 일관된 결과는 제시하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업지배구조 내에서 이사회 구조와 독립성이 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 선행연구고찰과 함께 실증분석해 보았다. 실증분석자료는 정화절차를 통해 유가증권시장에 등록된 기업 중 369개 기업의 4개년(2005~2008년) 자료를 분석하였으며, 총 11개 산업으로 구성되어졌다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이사회 구조 중 이사회 규모는 기업성과와 정(+)의 관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 이사회 내 하위위원회 수도 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 최고경영자와 이사회의장 겸직은 기업성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 이사회 독립성을 살펴볼 수 있는 사외이사비율도 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 자산규모 2조원을 기준으로 추가분석을 실시하였다. 추가분석결과, 자산 2조원 미만 기업(n = 1266)에서는 이사회 규모, 최고경영자와 이사회의장 겸직, 사외이사비율이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 자산 2조원 이상 기업(n = 210)에서는 이사회 규모, 하위위원회 수, 최고경영자와 이사회의장 겸직이 유의하게 나타났다. 그리고 결론 및 논의에서 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

        상사의 윤리적 리더십은 부하의 냉소와 반생산적 행동을 줄일 수 있을 것인가?

        Most of the ethical leadership studies have verified the relationship with the positive effects of the organization, and there has been a lack of interest in the relationship with the negative effects. This study raised the question of whether ethical leadership can be effective in the negative attitudes and behaviors of members who feel disappointed and frustrated by the unethical behavior of the organization and its members. To summarize the results, first, the ethical leadership of supervisor was negatively associated with the organizational cynicism of the members. Second, it was found that organizational cynicism of members was positively associated with neglect behavior and exit behavior, which are counterproductive behavior. Third, it was verified that the ethical leadership of supervisor has a moderating effect on the relationship between organizational cynicism and neglect behavior. These results also confirmed that ethical leadership can play an important role as a mechanism to reduce negative attitudes and behaviors of members. If the related efforts are made continuously in the future, it will provide implications that change and development can be possible as an organization with high ethical consciousness.

        기후변화와 이상기후가 열대과일 수입에 미치는 영향 분석

        This study aims to measure whether climate change and abnormal climate affect agricultural product imports, focusing on tropical fruit crops. A panel gravity model based on import performance in the form of 'multiple origins to single destination' was constructed to analyze the fruit imports from major importing countries to Korea from 1996 to 2018. Methodologies verified in other previous studies, such as the panel tobit model proposed in the study, the panel Poisson model, and the Poisson pseudo-most likelihood estimation method, were used. As the increase in temperature at the origin had a negative effect on the import of tropical fruits in Korea, and the increase in precipitation at the origin also had a negative effect on the import of tropical fruits. The higher the intensity of the abnormal climate at the starting point, the more negatively the import of tropical fruits in Korea was. Among the natural disasters at the origin, drought negatively affected the import of tropical fruits, and the natural disasters at the rest of the origin did not significantly affect the imports of tropical fruits.

        조직냉소에 대한 직무요구-자원 모형의 적용: 업무과다의 주효과 및 직무자율성과 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purposes of current study are 1) to examine the relationship between work overload (job characteristics) and organizational cynicism, and 2) to explore the moderating effects of job autonomy and resilience. Current research based on the job demand-resources model highlight the moderating effects of job autonomy and resilience on the relationships between employees’ work overload and organizational cynicism. To obtain data for a practical analysis, 300 copies of questionnaires were distributed among employees in IT industry(10 Companies with less than 300 employees) for 4 weeks. The number of questionnaire that were really used for the analysis is 262 copies with valid response rate of 87.3%. The findings can be summed up as follows. First, results shows that work overload has a positive association with organizational cynicism. Second, both job autonomy and resilience have negative associations with organizational cynicism. Third, job autonomy and resilience interacted with work overload have weaken the positive association between work overload and organizational cynicism. Those findings suggest that job demand-resources model quite fit to explain how emotional labor can be generated with job demand, and decreased with job resources such as job autonomy, and individual resources such as resilience. Based on those results, we suggest theoretical and practical implications with limitation. 본 연구는 상대적으로 긴 근무 시간과 높은 노동 강도와 같이 열악한 근로 환경에 처한 IT업종 의 근로자들을 대상으로 근로자들이 지각하는 업무과다가 조직냉소에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하며, 직무요구-자원 모형을 적용하여 근로자들의 직무자율성과 회복탄력성이 업무과다와 조직냉 소의 관계에 어떠한 작용을 하는지를 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 IT업종 10개 중소기 업에서 근무하는 근로자들을 대상으로 수집된 262개 설문 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 분석결과 를 도출하였다. 첫째, IT업종의 근로자들이 지각하는 업무과다는 조직냉소에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 직무자율성은 업무과다가 조직냉소에 미치는 정(+)의 영향 관계를 약화시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 회복탄력성도 업무과다가 조직냉소에 미치는 정(+)의 영향 관 계를 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 직무요구-자원 모형이 조직냉소 맥락에 전반적으로 잘 적 용될 수 있음을 지지하는 분석결과이다. 이러한 분석결과는 조직냉소 형성에 관심을 가진 연구자들뿐만 아니라 조직냉소를 관리하고자 하는 IT업종의 실무자들에게 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

        농지실거래가격을 활용한 필지 단위 농지가격 결정요인 분석

        The primary purpose of this study is to identify various factors that affect farmland prices according to changes in the actual transaction price of farmland over the past decade, and to use this to derive policy implications for price stabilization. To this end, the farmland price model are constructed at the parcel level in the case area (Namwon-si, Jinju-si). The analysis method is based on the Hedonic price function, and the OLS and the quantile regression are used for the parcel level model. As a result of estimating the parcel level farmland price model in the case area, the larger the parcel area, the lower the farmland price, and the higher the farmland price outside the agricultural promotion area. It was found that there was a price difference according to the type of special purpose areas, and the location characteristics showed some differences across the cities. The farmland price models presented in this study are suitable for identifying the factors affecting farmland prices, and are expected to be highly utilized in that it is possible to construct flexible variables suitable for regional characteristics.

        과잉자격이 가져온 직무권태: 개인-상사적합성이 완화시킬 수 있을 것인가?

        Since 2000, our country has experienced overall changes in the working environment, including flexibility in the labor market and diversification of work patterns. In particular, the oversupply of highly educated workers is increasing the number of employees who perceive overqualification that have a negative effect on employment. Overqualification is a universal phenomenon in many countries, but its negative consequences vary. Among them, this study was interested in job boredom and tried to examine the influence relationship with overqualification. The reason for this is that job boredom has recently been attracting attention and has a high correlation with dissatisfaction, safety accidents, decreased productivity, and turnover. Also, in the relationship between overqualification and job boredom, person-supervisor fit was set as a moderating variable, and it was tried to verify whether it functions as a mitigating factor. The sample consisted of 331 employees working in the IT industry, financial industry, and chemical industry. The survey was conducted twice in total and was collected longitudinally. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, perceived overqualification increased job boredom. Second, the moderating effect of person-supervisor fit was verified in the relationship between overqualification and job boredom. Third, various studies have not yet been attempted on the main variables used in this study. Therefore, it can be differentiated in that it tried to expand the related research. Fourth, the results of this study are expected to provide managers and HR managers with various implications in terms of organizational management. 우리 나라는 2000년 이후 노동시장의 유연화, 근로형태의 다양화 등 전반적인 노동환경변화를 경험하였다. 특히, 고학력자들의 과잉공급은 고용에 있어 부정적 효과를 나타내는 과잉자격을 지각하는 종업원들이 늘어나고 있다. 과잉자격은 많은 국가들에서 나타나는 보편적 현상이긴 하지만, 그 부정적 결과는 다양하다. 본 연구는 그 중 직무권태에 관심을 가지고, 과잉자격과의 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 이유는 최근 직무권태가 주목받고 있으며, 권태가 불만족, 안전사고, 생산성 감소, 이직 등과 높은 관련성을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 그리고 과잉자격과 직무권태 간의 관계에서 개인-상사적합성을 조절변수로 설정하고, 완화요인으로 작용하는지 실증해 보고자 하였다. 표본은 IT산업, 금융산업, 화학산업에 근무하는 종업원 331명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문조사는 총 두 차례 실시하였으며, 종단적으로 수집하였다. 분석결과와 의의를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 과잉자격은 직무권태를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 과잉자격과 직무권태 간의 정(+)의 관계를 조절변수로 설정한 개인-상사적합성이 완화시키는 요인임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 본 연구에 사용된 주변수들은 아직 다양한 연구가 시도되지 않았다. 따라서 관련 연구의 확장을 시도해 보았다는 점에서 차별성을 가질 수 있을 것이다. 넷째, 본 연구의 결과는 조직관리 측면에서 경영자와 인사담당자에게 다양한 시사점과 함의를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

        항공사 여성승무원들이 지각하는 감정부조화가 내재적 동기 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 - 회복탄력성과 LMX의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        Airline crews, one of the jobs with a high intensity of emotional labor, are more likely to be exposed to emotional dissonance than employees such as managerial and office workers. If the internal emotions and expressive emotions that are actually experienced are different, the possibility of experiencing difficulties in job performance and organizational life increases. The Ministry of Employment and Labor said that if the work activity to manage emotions exceeds 50% of the total work, it corresponds to emotional labor. The Emotional Workers Protection Act is in force on October 18, 2018, which was enacted to institutionally protect emotional workers in a number of situations that may occur during customer response. The Purposes of this study are to examine the relationship between emotional dissonance and intrinsic motivation, to examine the relationship between emotional dissonance and job stress, and to explore the effect of moderating effect of resilience and LMX. This study was conducted on 355 female crew members of domestic airlines who were exposed to excessive work environment and various conflicts. The findings of hypothesis tests can be summed up as follows. First, the analysis shows that emotional dissonance makes negative effects on intrinsic motivation. Second, the analysis shows that emotional dissonance makes positive effects on job stress. and finally, the analysis shows that LMX has the moderating effects on the relations between emotional dissonance and job stress. The results of this study are expected to provide a small implication to not only airline female crew but also HR managers and practitioners who need to manage emotional labor in various industrial environments. 감정노동(emotional labor)의 강도가 높은 직업 중 하나인 항공사 승무원들은 관리직 및 사무직 등의 종업원들에 비해 상대적으로 감정부조화에 노출될 가능성이 더 크다. 실제 경험하게 되는 내면 감정과 표현 감정이 다른 경우, 직무수행과 조직생활에 어려움을 겪게 될 가능성 높아지게 된다. 고용노동부는 감정을 관리해야 하는 업무활동이 전체 업무의 50%를 넘는 경우, 감정노동에 해당한다고 판단하여, 2018년 10월 18일 ‘감정노동자 보호법’이 발효되었다. 이 법은 고객 응대 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 상황에서 감정노동자를 제도적으로 보호하기 위해 제정되었다. 본 연구는 고객대면 업무환경에서 여러 갈등관계에 노출될 수 있는 국내항공사 여성승무원 355명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 서술하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사 여성승무원들이 경험하는 감정부조화가 그들의 내재적 동기와 직무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증검증해보고자 하였다. 둘째, 개인의 심리적 자본인 회복탄력성이 감정부조화와 내재적 동기 및 직무스트레스에 어떠한 조절효과가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 마지막으로 감정부조화와 내재적 동기 및 직무스트레스 간의 관계에서 LMX의 상호작용효과를 검증해보았다. 실증분석 후, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정부조화는 내재적 동기에 부적인 영향을 나타내었다. 둘째, 감정부조화는 직무스트레스에는 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 조절변수인 LMX를 높게 지각할수록, 감정부조화가 직무스트레스에 미치는 정적인 영향을 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과는 항공사 여성승무원 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 산업 환경에서 감정노동을 관리해야 하는 인사관리자 및 실무자들에게 작은 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        감정부조화와 내재적 동기간의 관계: 고객 콜센터 기혼 여성들의 일-가정 갈등을 중심으로

        Purpose – The quality of customer service has been importantly considered as a way of retaining current customers. Recent development of service industry which based on Information & Communication Technology allows firms to utilize different employees for their businesses. Although it is regarded as important to consider emotional labor of employees working for customers in ICT service industry, little was known the role of emotional dissonance. Thus, current paper focused on emotional labor and tried to identify the factors which influence on employees' intrinsic motivation for married women working in call centers. This study highlighted the influence of the emotional dissonance on the employees' intrinsic motivation, and the moderating influences of work-family conflict on the relationship between emotional dissonance and intrinsic motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - The research samples were gathered from seven call centers of Korean financial institutions located in South Korea. The model of emotional dissonance was developed, which emphasizes the influence of emotional dissonance as a predictor on intrinsic motivation, and then the other model was also introduced to explain how employees’ intrinsic motivation were aggravated by work-family conflict. To examine these research models, samples were collected from 468 married women working in call centers of Korean financial institutions located in Seoul. A total of 468 samples were used in the analysis after deleting data of missing value. SPSS 22.0 were utilized for data analysis. Results - The results of current study showed that emotional dissonance is negatively related to intrinsic motivation, and there are significant differences in work-family conflict. Those results generally support the proposed hypotheses. Conclusions - These results suggest that the relationship of intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center for customers' service were influenced by emotional dissonance, which outcomes were interacted not by face-to-face contact with their customers, but by emotional contacts. Managerially, these findings suggest the one who emphasize the quality of customer's service of call center need to introduce the programs for minimizing both of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict. These findings also suggest that the service quality via intrinsic motivation of married women working in call center is hard to be accomplished without considering the factors of emotional dissonance and work-family conflict.

        Psycho-Social Issues of Returning Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

        The purpose of this article is to investigate how returning veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) develop psycho-social issues and describe how helping professionals can assist them with re-adapting to the community. Based on a literature review, the author explores the causes of psycho-social issues of returning veterans with PTSD, reviews various ways of helping, and proposes critical factors that helping professionals should be aware of when intervening in psycho-social issues of returning veterans with PTSD. It is found that psycho-social issues of returning veterans with PTSD are closely related to their distrust and aversion to authorities. Group therapy can be used as a viable intervention for alleviating PTSD symptoms and derived psycho-social issues in terms that veterans with PTSD tend to more open with other group members who can share and understand unique experiences.
