긴 미만성 관동맥병변에서 단일의 긴 스텐트 삽입 후 초기성적과 추적 검사상 시술성적에 대한 연구

N/A Background : The results and restenosis after long stent implantation for diffuse long coronary lesion has not been fully evaluated. We evaluated immediate and follow-up results of single long coronary stenting for long coronary disease. Methods : This study report on the use of follow-up examination is possible 48 patients with 50 lesions after stenting in total 70 patients with 72 lesions with long lesion. Diffuse long coronary lesion was defined as a lesion length longer than 20mm. Mean follow-up duration was 8.7±2.9 months and mean patients age was 58±10 years. Total patients was infused 8000-10000IU heparin and added bolus 3000-5000IU heparin for activating clotting time(ACT) was over 250 seconds during procedure. Restenosis was defined over 50% diameter stenosis in 6 months follow-up angiographic study. Results : Angiographic success was achieved 68/70 patients(97.1%) in this study. Mean reference diameter was 3.14±0.1mm and baseline, final, follow-up minimal luminal diameter(MLD) was 0.6±0.4mm, 3.0±0.4mm, 1.6±0.3mm on each occasion and each % diameter stenosis(% DS) was 78.7±0.4%, 4.9±0.4%, 47.4%±0.5% present. The overall restenosis rate was 42%(21/50). Procedure associated complication included 1 myocardial infarction and 1 death. The restenosis rate was significantly increased in diabetics patients(7/21 vs 3/29 p=0.04) and in long lesion length patients(33.9±4mm vs 30.4±0.4mm p=0.02) but, clinical diagnosis and indication of stenting, lesional location, stent length, stent size, reference diameter size were not associated with restenosis rate. Conclusion : Single long stent implantation for diffuse long coronary lesion shown excellent success rate but high restenosis rate present. The restenosis rate was significantly associated with diabetics and lesion length Some further study for improving restenosis rate is needed. (Korean J Med 58:48-56, 2000)

서로 다른 두 종류의 폴리스타일렌(PS)을 injection 기계를 이용하여 인장 시편을 만들고. 온도와 인장 속도에 따른 crazing 거동 특성을 연구하기 위하여 다양한 시험을 하였다. 기계적물성은 craze 형성 뿐만 아니라 다양한 시험 변수에 의해 영향을 받으며. brittle-ductile transition이하의 온도에서의 인장 응력 및 최대 신율은 분자량, 인장 속도의 증가 및 온도의 감소에 따라 증가하며 craze의 수와 평균 길이 또한 증가한다. Crazing 응력도 동일한 형태로 증가 함을 보여준다. 그러나, 이러한 특성은 인장 강도에 미치는 영향과 비교했을 때 보다 의존도는 상대적으로 낮다. Craze 형성과 성장에 필요한 시간으로 설명할 수 있는 crazing 응력과 인장 응력간의 차이는 분자량, 인장 속도에 따라 비례적으로 그리고, 온도가 감소함에 따라 증가 함을 보여 준다. Crazing 은 β-relaxation 온도 근처에서 활성화된다. 이 온도에서는 crazing 응력이 급격하게 감소함을 나타낸다. 인장 평가시 craze 밀도가 적용된 응력에 따라 기하 급수적으로 증가되는데, 개시 단계에서는 craze는 서서히 형성되며, 일단 일정한 수만큼의 craze가 형성이 되면 craze 밀도가 급속도로 증가했다. Tensile tests of two types of injection-molded polystyrene(PS) samples have been carried out over a wide range of temperature and strain rates in order to characterize their crazing behaviors. Mechanical properties were affected by the formation of crazes as well as test variables. Below the brittle-ductile transition temperature, the tensile stress and the ultimate elongation increased with the molecular weight, strain rate, and with decreasing temperature while the number and average length of crazes also increase. The crazing stress increased with molecular weight, strain rate, and with decreasing temperature. However, the dependence was small compared to the tensile stress. The gap between crazing stress and tensile stress which represents time for craze formation and growth increased with molecular weight, strain rate, and with decreasing temperature. Crazing was activated near the β-relaxation temperature; crazing stress abruptly decreased at this temperature. During the tensile test, the craze density changed exponentially with the applied stress. At the initial stage, crazes formed slowly. Once a certain number of craze formed, however, the craze density increased rapidly. Craze nucleation and growth occur simultaneously.
Al 첨가에 의한 CV 흑연주철의 흑연조직 및 성질에 관한 연구

In this study, CV graphite cast iron was made from adding small amount of A1 after making an incomplete spheroidal graphite by adding small amount of Fesi-Mg alloy. As a result, it was found that CV ratio and graphite length were increased as increasing amount of Al addition and holding time, but graphite width was decreased, Also, it was found that brinell hardness value 170-190 HB and tensile strength value 38-40 ㎏/㎟ of the CV graphite cast iron were closer to those values of the spheroidal than those values of the flake graphite cast iron, but thermal diffusivity value 7.8×10^(-6)㎡/sec of the CV graphite cast iron was closer to that value of the flake than that value of the spheroidal graphite cast iron.
