        스트립을 이용한 요분석시스템의 개발과 퍼지추론에 의한 검사결과 평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 요분석용 스트립을 이용하여 요의 상태를 정량적·정성적으로 측정할 수 있는 요분석시스템을 구현하였다. 요분석시스템의 분석 알고리듬은 온도 변화, 전원 노이즈 통의 외란에 강인한 특성을 나타내기 위하여 퍼지 논리를 적용하였다. 강인하고 안정적인 요분석시스템을 설계하기 위하여 스트립 9가지 패드의 분강학적 특성을 검토하였다. 요분석시스템 하트웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성되었다. 요분석시스템의 하드웨어는 단일칩 마이크로프로세서를 사용하였고, 주변장치들로는 광하부, 트레이 제어, 전치증폭부, PC와의 통신, 열전사 프린터 및 동작 상태 표시기로 구성하였다. 요분석시스템의 소프트웨어는 시스템 프로그램과 분류 프로그램으로 구성하였다. 시스템 프로그램은 시스템 제어와 데이터 취득 및 분석을 수행하도록 하였다. 분규 프로그램은 퍼지추론부와 멤버쉽함수 발생기로 구성되었다 멤버쉽함수 발생기는 정도관리의 통계학적 방법을 이용하여 삼각형 멤버쉽함수를 생성하였다. 측정된 데이터는 PC로 전송되고, 전송된 데이터는 C++로 작성된 데이터 관리 및 취득 프로그램에 의해 저장된다. 요분석시스템의 정확도와 퍼지분류기의 안정성은 표준시료를 이용하여 평가하였다. 실험결과는 검사항목과 만족한 일치를 보였다. In this paper, we implemented the urine analysis system capable of measuring a qualitative and semi-quantitative and assay using strip. The analysis algorithm of urine analysis was adopted a fuzzy logic-based classifiers that was robust to external error factors such as temperature and electric power noises. The spectroscopic properties of 9 pads In a strip were studied to developing the urine analysis system was designed for robustnesss and stability. The urine analysis system was consisted of hardware and software. The hardware of the urine analysis system was based on one-chip microprocessor, and Its peripherals which composed of optic modulo, tray control, preamplifier, communication with PC, thermal printer and operating status indicator. The software of the urine analysis system was composed of system program and classification program. The system program did duty fort system control, data acquisition and data analysis. The classification program was composed of fuzzy inference engine and membership function generator. The membership function generator made triangular membership functions by statical method for quality control. Resulted data was transferred through serial cable to PC. The transferred data was arranged and saved be data acquisition program coded by C+ + language. The precision of urine analysis system and the stability of fuzzy classifier were evaluated by testing the standard urine samples. Experimental results showed a good stability states and a exact classification.

        요분석 시스템의 분류기 설계에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 요분석 시스템의 분류기를 설계하기 위하여 전처리 및 퍼지 알고리듬을 적용하였다. 데이터 전처리 과정은 무채색의 측정치로 구성된 보정용 곡선으로 요분석용 스트립의 측정치를 정규화하는 과정과 삼자극치를 이용한 연산 과정으로 구성하였다. 표준 시약에 의한 분류 실험을 통해 종형의 멤버쉽함수로 측정치를 퍼지화하고 min 추론과 무게중심법의 비퍼지화 과정으로 검사 항목의 농도를 정성적으로 분석할 수 있는 퍼지 분류기를 구성하였다. 표준 시약과 환자 요 검체의 관계에 의해 멤버쉽함수를 보정한 후 구성된 분류기를 통해 환자 요검체를 측정하여 분류 결과를 관찰함으로써 설계된 요분석용 분류기의 임상 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 실험 결과는 모든 검사 항목에 대해 기준 장비의 검사 결과와 만족할 만한 일치도를 보였다. In this paper, a classifier of urine analysis system was designed using preprocessing and fuzzy algorithm. Preprocessing were processed by normalizing data of strip using calibration curve composed of achromatic colors value and by calculating three stimulus. FUZZY classifier capable of analyzing a qualitative concentration of test items was composed of fuzzifier by gaussian shaped membership function, inference of MIN method, and defuzzifier of centroid method through verification by measuring standard solution and by classifying concentration classes. After tuning membership function according to relating standard solution with urinalysis sample, the possibility to adapt classifier designed for urine analysis system near a bed was verified as classifying measured urinalysis samples and observing classified result. Of all test items, experimental results showed a satisfactory agreement with test results of reference system.

        In this study, the heart rate variability(HRV) signal of operating patient was acquired according to anesthesia progress and identified to evaluation possibility of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The HRV signal was analyzed time-frequency domain applied to Wigner-Ville distribution method, the characteristic parameters were extracted for evaluation of depth of anesthesia in each anesthesia stage. The progress of general anesthesia was divided into the states of pre-operation, induction of anesthesia, operation, awaking and post-operation.

        염색체 핵형 분류를 위한 계층적 인공 신경회로망 분류기 구현

        The research on chromosomes is very significant in cytogenetics since genes of the chromosomes control revelation of the inheritance plasma. The human chromosome analysis is widely used to study leukemia, malignancy, radiation hazard, and mutagen dosimetry as well as various congenital anomalies such as Down's, Klinefelter's, Edward's, and Patau's syndrome. The framing and analysis of the chromosome karyogram, which requires specific cytogenetic knowledge is most important in this field. Many researches on automated chromosome karyotype analysis methods have been carried out, some of which produced commercial systems. However, there still remains much room to improve the accuracy of chromosome classification and to reduce the processing time in real clinic environments. In this paper, we proposed a hierarchical artificial neural network(HANN) to classify the chromosome karyotype. We extracted three or four chromosome morphological feature parameters such as centromeric index, relative length ratio, relative area ratio, and chromosome length by preprocessing from ten human chromosome images. The feature parameters of five human chromosome images were used to learn HANN and the rest of them were used to classify the chromosome images. The experiment results show that the chromosome classification error is reduced much more than that of the other researchers using less feature parameters.

        다단계 신경회로망을 이용한 후두질환 감별진단 시스템의 개발

        본 연구에서는 잡음이 존재하는 공간에서 획득한 음성신호로부터 후두질환을 감별진단 할 수 있는 분류기를 구현하였다. 이를 위해 후두질환 환자로부터 수집한 /아/ 모음에 잡음을 혼입하여 음성 신호를 획득하였고, 여러 가지 후두질환을 감별진단 할 수 있는 파라미터를 추출하였으며. 이를 입력으로 하는 계층적 신경회로망을 구성하여 후두질환을 감별진단 하도록 하였다. 감별진단용 분류기는 다섯 단계의 계층적 신경회로망으로 구성하였다 첫 번째 신경회로망은 정상 양성 후두질환과 악성 후두질환을. 두 번째 신경회로망은 정상과 양성 후두질환을 감별진단 하도록 하였다 그리고 세 번째 신경회로망은 양성 후두질환 중 후두용. 성대결절 후두마비를 감별진단 하도록 하였으며. 네 번째와 다섯 번째 신경회로망은 성문암 1-4기를 감별진단 하도록 구성하였다. 분류기에 적용된 신경회로망은 다층퍼셉트론 구조로써 역전파 알고리듬으로 학습시켰으며, 선형변환 표준점수변환 등 전처리과정을 적용하여 분류기의 성능을 개선하였다. 후두질환의 감별진단 결과 후두용 88.23%. 정상. 성대결절. 후두마비 100%. 성문암 1기 90%, 성문암 2-4기 100%의 감별진단율을 관찰할 수 있었다. The objectives of this Paper is to implement a diagnostic classifier of differential laryngeal diseases from acoustic signals acquired in a noisy room. For this Purpose, the voice signals of the vowel /a/ were collected from Patients in a soundproof chamber and got mixed with noise. Then, the acoustic Parameters were analyzed, and hierarchical neural networks were applied to the data classification. The classifier had a structure of five-step hierarchical neural networks. The first neural network classified the group into normal and benign or malign laryngeal disease cases. The second network classified the group into normal or benign laryngeal disease cases The following network distinguished polyp. nodule. Palsy from the benign laryngeal cases. Glottic cancer cases were discriminated into T1, T2. T3, T4 by the fourth and fifth networks All the neural networks were based on multilayer perceptron model which classified non-linear Patterns effectively and learned by an error back-propagation algorithm. We chose some acoustic Parameters for classification by investigating the distribution of laryngeal diseases and Pilot classification results of those Parameters derived from MDVP. The classifier was tested by using the chosen parameters to find the optimum ones. Then the networks were improved by including such Pre-Processing steps as linear and z-score transformation. Results showed that 90% of T1, 100% of T2-4 were correctly distinguished. On the other hand. 88.23% of vocal Polyps, 100% of normal cases. vocal nodules. and vocal cord Paralysis were classified from the data collected in a noisy room.

        지식 구조화 경정맥 완전 영양공급 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구 (I)

        In this paper we have implemented and tested TPN which is system to supply sufficent nutrition to nutritionally deficient patient by means of ES (expert system) a kind of A.1 (artificial intelligence) . This system affords to evaluation of nutritional state of patient which is essential to physi- cian. who performs TPN, decision of performing TPN and management of patient-data & calculation of information needing to making TPN fluid. The features were as follolv 1. we input data, take ideal weight of patient and 24hr's creatlnln In urine according to chart in system compare TSF (triceps skin fold), MAC (mid-arm circumference), AMC (arm muscle circumference) to 5th, 15th, 50th percentile and evaluate the nutritional state of patient. 2. Calculation of protein & nonprotein calorie needing to treament of patient can be made exactly by stress factor, activity factor and body temperature. 3. patient's personal recording needing to management of patient date name of chief doc- tor, name of department of admission, chart number, history can by taken very easily. 4. The way of system operating is pull-down Menu one, It can be processing very efficiently. 5. Date processing in system, we can manage memory volume of computer verlr efficiently using of dynamic allocation variables. 6. We can make it very easy to edit & revise the input data, processed data is saved to diskette in 2 files (TDF, THF) , these are semipermanent preservation.

        하부요로증상 진단을 위한 요속 및 요류음 분석 시스템 구현

        The present study proposed a method of measuring uroflow and urophonography at the same time for more accurate diagnosis in case uroflow looks normal due to compensatory function hypertrophy in the expression of early obstruction. In case of early obstruction, there happens turbulent uroflow by the obstruction even if the uroflow looks normal and thus obstruction can be detected by measuring and analyzing signal caused by turbulent flow. We implemented a system that can measure both uroflow and urophonography, and evaluated its performance. In the experiment, we observed changes in uroflow and urophonography according to artificial pressure and the degree of obstruction, and confirmed that it is possible to determine the effect of compensatory function hypertrophy by analyzing urophonographyic parameter under the same uroflow. The results of our experiment show that the effect of compensatory function hypertrophy in the early-stage obstruction of lower urinary tract, which is not detectible with uroflowmetry alone, can be assessed through urophonographic analysis.
