The recent rapid development of marine tourism has attracted much attention to fishing villages. Fishing village tourism not only meets the tourism needs of the surrounding citizens, but also has great significance for revitalizing rural areas and balanced national development. This study focuses on the change of fishing village tourism policy in Korea and China. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and characteristics of fishing village tourism policies of both countries, and to provide economic, cultural, policy and environmental complementary suggestions for sustainable fishing village development. The research method mainly focused on bilateral literature and articles. As a result, fishing village tourism in Korea has developed into the center of enactment and enforcement of related laws. In the case of China, the development of fishing village tourism is promoted as the center of government policy. The two countries' fishing villages are engaged in various cooperations in terms of economy, culture, policy and environment.
Among all the scholars of Chinese study around the world, it is rare that scholars in Korea Dynasty of South Korea had written rich works on Chinese study with deep understandings,and precise views in a wide range of areas. Chinese entering tone includes entering-tone terminals and entering-tone category, and the entering-tone disappearance is an important aspect of Chinese tone simplification. The paper aims to re-understand the Chinese entering tone and disscuss how and when Chinese entering tone disappears based on the Korean documents. 한국 조선왕조 시대의 학자들은 중국어에 대한 이해가 깊었다. 그들은 수많은 저서를 남겼는데 연구범위가 광범위하고 관점이 정확하여 세계 각국의 중국어 연구분야에서도 매우 보기 드물다. 중국어의 입성은 입성운미(入聲韻尾)와 입성조류(入聲調類) 두 가지를 포함하며 입성의 소실은 중국어 성조가 간소화(簡素化)하게 된 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문은 한국의 자료에 근거하여 중국어의 입성에 대해 재인식하며 표준 중국어(普通話:보통화)에서 입성의 소실과 소실 시기에 대해 연구해 보고자 한다.
In the modern Chinese, the sentence make up of Let is a sentence structure which can express very rich notions.However, it did not bring enough attention on the reach for the Chinese itself and second language teaching. Let can be used in two ways: one is normal verb while another is make up Let structure. The hypogynous expression of Let structure can be divided into Let structure with meaning of lead and Let structure for passive meaning. When Let structure be used for the meaning of lead, it can be further divided into three part: Let structure with meaning of allow or tolerate; Let structure with meaning of impetrate or ask and Let structure with meaning of bring about or lead. With a background of the Chinese and Korea language, this text is going to make a reach on the three subdivision of Let structure when it is used with meaning of lead and will discuss its corresponding expressive manner in Korea language.We hope that this reach and discuss can provide help on the process of teaching and reaching for Chinese-Korea second language. 중국어에서 “.”자문은 여러 가지 의미를 지니고 있는데, 여태까지는 중국어 연구 영역이든 중국어를 제2 언어로 가르치는 대외 한어 영역이든 “.”자문에 관한 연구는 많지않다. “.”의 사용법은 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 하나는 일반 동사로 사용하고, 다른 하나는 “.”자문을 구축하는 것이다. 또한 ”.”자문은 사동 의미를 표현하는 “.”자문과 피동 의미를 표현하는 “.”자문 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 사동 의미를 표현하는 경우, 허락이나 허용 의미를 표현하는 “.”자문, 명령하여 부리는 의미를 표현하는 “.”자문, 또 원인으로 인해 어떤 결과가 나타나거나 어떻게 되게 하는 “치사(致使)”의미를 표현하는 “.”자문, 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 본문은 중한 언어 대조 연구의 배경에서, 중국어 중 사동을 표현하는 세 가지 “.”자문을 분석하고 한국어 중에서 그에 대응하는 표현법을 구하였으니 중국어나 한국어를 제2 언어 교육 연구에 도움이 될 수 있도록 노력하였다.
Objectives :This study was to investigate the anti-osteoarthritic effects of Mahwangbuja-tang(Mahuangfuzi-tang, MBT) on the papain-induced osteoarthritis. Methods :Arthritis was induced by injection of papain into knee joints of rats. Arthritic rats were divided into four groups(Normal, control, JoinsⓇ, MBT). Control group was taken distilled water for 4 weeks and the MBT group, extracts of MBT by orally for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment(5 weeks after papain injection), micro CT arthrography and histopathological examinations on the articular structures of knee joint were performed. The effect on inflammatory cytokine, immunological cell in synovial fluid was measured. Gene expressions of inflammatory cytokine in synovial fluid were measured by PCR. Volume of cartilage was measured by micro CT arthrography. Injury of synovial tissue was measured by H&E, safranin-O imunofluorescence. Results :1. IL-6, MCP-1, TNF-α were decreased significantly and IL-1β was decreased in MBT group. 2. Thromboxane B2, Leukotriene B4, prostaglandin E2 were decreased significantly in MBT group. 3. Neutrophil was decreased significantly and white blood cell, monocyte was decreased in MBT group. 4. IL-1β mRNA, iNOS-Ⅱ mRNA were decreased significantly and IL-6 mRNA, TNF-α mRNA, COX-2 mRNA were decreased in MBT group . 5. Through micro CT arthrography, volume of cartilage was increased significantly in MBT group. 6. Histopathologically, injury on synovial membrane of MBT group was decreased and proteoglycan content of MBT group was increased. Conclusions :According to this study, Mahwangbuja-tang has inhibiting effect on the progression of arthritis in papain-induced osteoarthritis model. And it is related to inhibiting the activity of inflammatory cytokine and its gene expression in osteoarthritic chondrocytes and injury of volume in cartilage.

한국어, 조선어와 중국조선어는 비록 일정한 차이가 있지만 유형적 분류에 있어서 동일한 언어에 속하는 언어변종으로서 알타이어족에 속하며 교착어이다. 본 논문은 한국어와 조선어, 그리고 중국조선어에서의 한자어 사용 실태에 대해 분석하고 연구함으로써 한국어교육과 중국어교육에 일정한 도움을 주고자 한다. Although there are some differences between North Korean, South Korean and Chinese Korean internally, they are different variants of the same language and all belong to agglutinative language in Altaic language family according to typological classification. The paper discusses the current use of Chinese words in South Korean, North Korean and Chinese Korean and is expected to contribute to the Korean language teaching and Chinese language teaching.
차세대 무선망에서는 이동 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 원하는 임의의 망을 통해 서비스를 제공받을 것을 기대하기 때문에 복수개의 망 인터페이스를 장착한 멀티홈드 호스트에 관한 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 802.16e WiMAX 망과 IEEE 802.11 WLAN 망에서 MIPv4 뿐만 아니라 MIPv6 기능도 지원하는 멀티홈드 노드의 이동성 지원 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델은 Mobile IP 기능과 함께 핸드오버 발생시 망 선택 전략에 따라 디폴트 액세스 망을 선택할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이러한 망 선택 기능은 노드의 이동시 수신되는 RA(Router Advertisement) 메시지와 이를 수신하는 인터페이스 정보를 인터페이스 종류에 따른 순서 리스트로 관리함으로써 이루어진다. 개발된 모델의 동작을 검증하기 위해 다양한 시뮬레이션 시나리오에 적용하였으며, 분석 결과를 제시하였다. Nowadays, the multihomed host equipped with multiple network interfaces has been interested research in next generation wireless network, because the mobile users expect that they can be able to access services not only anywhere, at any time and from any network but also simultaneously. This paper addresses the mobility simulation model of the multihomed node for supporting MIPv4 and MIPv6 function in an interworking of Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) and IEEE 802.11 WLAN. The multihomed node with two air interfaces has been developed based on WiMAX and WLAN workstation node model in simulation software. The main point of the developed model is to support both MIPv4 and MIPv6 function, and provide network selection policy for the multihomed node between WiMAX and WLAN network. Based on the received Router Advertisement along with the interface number, we can manage the access interfaces in ordered list to make handover decision while the multihomed node is moving. In the end of this paper, the simulation scenarios and results are shown for testing MIPv4 and MIPv6 function.
Objective : To review the trend of the study related to Leech therapy and to establish the hereafter direction for the study on Leech therapy. Methods : I reviewed and analyzed all the theses published in Domestic and Foreign research institution from 1990 to 2009. Results : The following results were obtained in this study. 1. Analyzed number of theses published, there was no significance per year. 2. Classified by theme of journal, journals related to surgery were most(41 journals, 75.92%) among 54 kinds. 3. Classified by theses by research method and thesis types, case report accounted for nearly twothirds (52 pieces, 68.42%) of all theses and consideration of document was next(9 pieces, 11.84%). 4. With the most case of venous congestion after plastic and reconstructive surgery(33 pieces, 63.46%), leech therapy was effective on illnesses such as haematoma, macroglossia, purpura, varicous vein, avulsion injury, neurovascular compression, diabetic neuropathy, penoscrotal oedema, buerger's disease, rheumatoid arthritis. 5. Two most appeared adverse effects were anemia and infection. Immediate blood transfusion was done for recovering anemia and prophylactic 3rd generation antibiotics to infection were emphasized in more than half of case reports. 6. All of consideration of documents was retrospective study of cases related leech therapy and 3 pieces of them emphasized prophyratic antibiotic treatment for preventing infection. 7. The study of clinical trail type started first in 2002 and osteoarthritis of knee and carpometacarpal joint were main target. As see above result, Leech therapy was effective cure and could be used in disease induced by venous congestion. And I think that it is necessary to perform additional study related to solution of problems about leech therapy and protocol for using in clinical practice.
The needle renal biopsy has proved to be a valuable diagnostic method in many cases of renal diseases. The method is needed not only for the diagnosis through histopathological findings but also in obtaining materials for culture from the renal tissue. However, many complications have been reported after the procedure of renal biopsy; bleeding, pain, fever due to infection, arterio-venous fistula formation and urine leakage from the biopsied area etc. We devised a new technique using plug-form Gelfoam put into the biopsied site introduced through polycthylene tube right after Vim-Silverman needle application for the prevention of massive bleeding from the biopsied hole. This technique was applied in 25 cases of nephrolithotomy and ureterolithotomy, after renal exposure was performed. The bleeding time was also measured under the vision after above procedure was performed. The results were as follows: 1. The average bleeding times were from 2 min. to 8 min. 20 sec. after Gelfoan-plug introduction through the biopsied canal. 2. It is considered that the difference of bleeding time measured at two different site in the same kidney, mainly comes from the involvement of artery or vein and the size of these vessels. 3. The Duke's bleeding time and local bleeding time measured at the biopsied lesions were compared it was found that bleeding stopped earlier than Duke's bleeding time in 7 cases and in 19 cases delayed data was obtained. 4. No detectable complications were noted in the application of this method in our series.
