The DPRK nuclear issue is often related to the serious situation on the Korean peninsula but it has still not found a way to resolve it. The research is focus on the DPRK security policy and analysis why DPRK develop its nuclear program, who is the leading of the DPRK nuclear issue among China, U.S, or DPRK and ROK. Now the situation on the Korean Peninsula is serious again. On the other hand, DPRK is taking a diplomatic offensive, the neighboring countries insist on “DPRK abandons its nuclear aspirations” principle, at the same time, also reflect flexibilityso there still has a Potential Opportunity to change the crisis.

중국은 북한의 전통적인 우호국가로서 오랜기간 동안 밀접한 경제협력 관계를 유지해왔다. 또한 한국은 북한의 "한민족 형제" 국가로서 최근 더욱 활발한 경제교류 및 협력을 펼치고 있으며, 심지어는 중국을 뛰어넘어 북한의 최대 무역 동반자가 되고 있다. 북중, 남북한의 양자무역은 각각의 특징을 지니고 있으며 북한의 경제회복에 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만 동시에 한반도의 정치경제적 요인의 영향으로 인해 여전히 일정한 제약을 받고 있다. 이러한 제약을 극복할 때 비로소 중국, 한국, 북한은 물류, 인프라 건설, 직접 투자 및 두만강 개발 등의 영역에서 협력을 더욱 강화할 수 있으며, 북한은 이를 기반으로 국가 안보를 획득하고 국제사회에 진입하는 동시에 동북아지역경제의 협력을 촉진하여 "공영"의 목표를 실현할 수 있다. China has kept up the closed economical cooperation relation with North Korea for a long time as a friend country. Also South Korea has been doing recently economical interchange between North and South Korea as a North Korean brother nation. South Korea has been becoming the North Korean the biggest trade partner even beyond china. Bilateral trade of between China and North Korea, North and South Korea have each feature and it is doing very important role in the North Korean economic recovery as well as, however there are some restrictions by the influence of political and economical factors of the Korean Peninsula still now. China and South and North Korea can build up in the physical distribution, construction of the infrastructure, direct investment and Tumen River Area Development Programme when they come over these conditions. In that foundation, North Korea can acquire national security and enter the international society to realize their goal of mutual prosperity by prompting Northeast Asia economy.
