        실내에서 작은뿌리파리(Bradysia difformis, Sciaridae, Diptera)의 대량사육시스템

        작은뿌리파리는 넓은 기주 범위를 가지며 시설하우스에서 피해를 주는 주요 해충이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방제 방법을 연구하기 위해 재현성 있는 사육방법을 개발보급시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 실내에서 작은뿌리파리에 대한 대량사육시스템을 구축하고 생태적 특성을 연구하였다. 작은뿌리파리의 온도별 발육을 조사한 결과, $20^{\circ}C$에서 부화율, 용화율, 우화율이 가장 높았으며, 성충을 제외한 발육기간이 20.8일로 가장 짧았다. 성충수명은 온도가 높아질수록 수명이 짧아졌으며, $20^{\circ}C$에서 평균 144개로 가장 많이 산란하였다. 작은뿌리파리 유충 사육배지 조성이 유충 발육에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 물한천배지와 감자디스크배지가 부화율 84.7, 84.4%로 높았으며, 유충기간은 감자디스크배지가 14.7일로 가장 짧았다. 용화율, 우화율은 감자디스크배지가 85.2, 82.6%로 가장 높았고 산란수도 125.6개로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지에서 생육배지를 선발한 결과, 우화율은 원예용 상토 50% + 톱밥 25% + 잘게 간 감자 25% 배지가 접종 14일차의 우화율이 88.4%로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지의 생육배지 적정 접종밀도는 유충 1,000개 접종 시 84.7%로 가장 높았고, 유충 3,000, 5,000, 7,000개 접종시 81.4, 58.8, 38.7%로 유충 접종량이 많을수록 우화율이 낮았다. 위 실험 결과에 따라 작은뿌리파리의 대량사육시스템의 사육단계별 자세한 사항을 정리하였다. The fungus gnat, Bradysia difformis, has been recognized as an important pest of greenhouse crops. There is a need for research on the control of the fungus gnat. However, it is difficult to obtain many generations of the fungus gnat for several kinds of research. Indoor propagation is a very useful method for obtaining enough individuals in cases where the need is for larvae in soil. This study was conducted to determine the optimum growing media and temperature conditions for rearing the fungus gnat in the laboratory. Under experimental temperature conditions, hatching, pupation, and eclosion rates were the highest at $20^{\circ}C$. The developmental period of the fungus gnat was shortened with higher temperatures. The greatest number of eggs was an average of 144 at $20^{\circ}C$. Using different types of larvae growth media, the highest hatching rates were 84.7 and 84.4% in water agar and potato disks, respectively. The larval period was the shortest, at 14.7 days, when grown on potato disks. The highest pupation and eclosion rates were 85.2 and 82.6% on potato disks, respectively. The highest number of eggs was an average of 125.6 on potato disks. Regarding the effects of different growth media on the eclosion rate of B. difformis, the highest eclosion rate was 88.4% on the soil mix, and was 50% on oatmeal, 25% on shredded potato. The results of four different inoculation levels of larvae on eclosion rate of B. difformis showed that the highest eclosion rate was 84.7% for 1,000 larvae. The eclosion rate was shortened with a higher number of larvae inoculated/cage. In the growth medium used, 3,000 eggs were better for the initial level of inoculation, showing a relatively high emergence rate and short developmental period. Mass rearing procedures were explained in detail.

        스티븐 홀의 건축공간에서 나타나는 현상적 빛의 표현방법과 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore how to make use of the light and expression methods to embody phenomenal space by considering the representation techniques and characteristics of a variety of "Phenomenal light" in his works focused on the Steven Holl"s views that thought the light as object of creating space. The process is summarized as follows: (1) Study on the relationship between light and color, Classify concept and type of phenomenal light by phenomenal color (2) Consider the characteristics and expression methods of the phenomenal light in the Steven Holl"s architecture (3) Finally, organize the concepts and representation techniques of phenomenal light, and then present method to embody phenomenal space by light. According to this, the results are as follows: (1) Perceptual color by the light of the sense forms a variety of perception and texture of light and shadow according to the contrast of shades and the change of materiality, thus embodying multisensory space with the light as the medium approach that helps to experience formal and tactile senses. (2) Spatial color by the light of volume distinguishes the flow and movement of sight, and embody inducing space with the light as Atypical activity that forms atmosphere of space through concentrated or overlapped mass of light and darkness. (3) Existential color by the light of the light source visualizes the existence of the uncertain light, and embody the receptive space with the light as emotional communication that forms symbolic and psychological meaning through metaphorical phenomena of colored light.

        스티븐 홀의 뮤지엄 건축에 나타나는 공간체험의 현상적 표현 방법 및 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to approach to the phenomenological point of view to explore a design method for providing a variety of spatial experience of the viewer according to the functional changes of the modern museum architecture. For that, this study intends to analysis and consider the Steven Holl‘s Museum applied to the phenomenological perception for architectural design. The method of this study is summarized as follows: 1) Consider the spatial role and function of the Museum Architecture in the phenomenological approach 2) Study on the phenomenological architectural concepts and expressional method of Steven Holl 3) Finally, propose the utilization for the experiential space that is required to implement the contemporary museum architecture. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Steven Holl"s phenomenological architectural concept is the basis of the perception and awareness and has connotations of temporality and it is figured out by the approach to the environment, sense and motion. 2) Steven Holl implement the architecture as a place of experience by connecting between the place and the environment through the development of a variety of scenes and situations and planning the phenomenon of multisensory space. 3) The spatial experience appeared in Steven Holl"s museum architecture is implemented through the diversity of the scene, the persistence of the situation, the autonomy of light and color, transparency of the haptic and the potential of the material and geometry.

        한국군 군사기지의 민수전환 전략

        세계적으로 각 국가들은 군 현대화를 위해 재정자원의 배분, 연구개발 방향의 재설정, 군수산업의 재구조화, 군부대의 해체, 군사기지의 폐쇄 및 재개발, 잉여무기의 폐기 등 군사부문의 민수전환을 추진하고 있다. 한국 또한 반복되는 국방개혁을 통해 군 현대화를 추진하고 있다. 특히 한국은 장차 주한미군 이전사업, 국방개혁 2020 추진에 따른 부대 통 폐합으로 군사기지의 민수전환 소요가 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 군사기지 민수전환을 성공적으로 실현하기 위한 전략을 도출하기 위해 한국과 미국의 민수전환 사례를 분석하여 군사지기 민수전환을 수행하는 과정의 문제점과 한국에 대한 함의를 찾고자 하였다. Most of countries in the world are stepping up military conversion to achieve military modernization. The issues of military conversion hold reallocation of financial resources, reorientation of R&D, restructuring of military industry, demobilization, base closure and relocation, scrapping of surplus weapons and so on. Also ROK is stepping up military modernization through defense reform. In particular, ROK has the plan to convert bases; transfering U.S. Forces in Korea and conducting the merger and abolition of bases. In this respect, we expect increase of base conversion easily in the future. Therefore, we tried to find the strategy of base conversion that ROK can conduct base conversion with success in this study. So that we analyze cases of base conversion which were conducted in ROK and U.S. Moreover, we extract problems of the process of base conversion in ROK and finally find out substitutes.

        환경 과학 분야의 연구 성과 및 동향 분석

        Technology used by human beings has developed drastically over the years. Although people enjoy affluent lives as a result of this development, the depletion of resources has brought about a variety of environmental problems such as emission of fine dust, treatment of waste water, and global warming. Although studies on environmental pollution are being conducted continuously, there are a limited number of studies that analyze research trends from quantitative and qualitative perspectives. In order to examine the current research landscape, we employed Scopus to combine research interest in environmental science with bibliographic analysis. Among 74,089 papers published in 57 journals of environmental science, 3,212 papers were published by Korean authors and citations per publications and Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) of those papers were 7.3 and 1.0, respectively. By assessing the bibliometric indicators in the field of environmental science, this study provides insight into research trends and related data to aid researchers in developing research strategies.

        당뇨병성 망막증의 위험인자에 관한 고찰

        N/A It is very important to identify the risk factors for diabetic retinopathy because diabetic retinopathy is a major problem for the diabetic patient and represents the commonest cause of acquired blindness in adults. To evaluate the risk factors for diabetic retinopathy, 325 diabetic patients underwent both polaroid fundus photography and fluorescent retinal angiography using a Canon CF-U fundus camera. Clinical characteristics and the laboratory findings of patients with proliferative retinopathy and patients with background retinopathy were compared with diabetic patients with normal retinal findings. The results were as follows: 1) Of the 325 patients, 96 patients (29.5%) had diabetic retinopathy, 90 paitents (27.7%) had background retinopathy, and 6 patients (1.8%) had proliferative retinopathy. 2) In the background diabetic retinopathy group, the duration of diabetes (5.9±4.68 years) was significantly longer than the normal retinal group (3.6±3.80 years) (p < 0.01). 3) The frequency of diabetic retinopathy increased from 22.5% in those with diabetes for less than 5 years to 50.6% in those who have had it for 5 to 10 years, and to 72.2% in those who have had it for more than 10 years (p < 0.01). 4) No significant differences were observed in sex, current age, age at diagnosis, systolic blood pressure, hematocrit, serum cholesterol hemoglobin Alc, fasting blood sugar, and obesity between the diabetics with normal retinal findings and the diabetic retinopathy group. 5) The average diastolic blood pressure of the proliferative retinopathy group (88.3±7.53mmHg) was higher than that of the normal retinal findings (79.0±10.13mmHg) (p<0.05) 6) When the results of fundus photography were compared to fluorescent retinal angiography, the sensitivity and specificity of fundus photography was 66.7% and 93.9%, respectively. 7) An analysis of the distribution of microaneurysms showed microaneurysms were found to occur most frequently in the perimacular area (44.4%), and secondly in the temporal-to-macula area (26.7%). These results suggest that fluorescent retinal angiography was more valuable in detecting early diabetic retinopathy that was missed by fundus camera. The risk factors for diabetic retinopathy were the duration of the diabetes not only in the background but also proliferative retinopathy and diastolic blood pressure in proliferative retinopathy.

        Insulin 비의존형 당뇨병환자에서 Insulin 과 Gliclazide 병합요법의 효과에 관한 연구

        N/A This study was performed on the acute effect of gliclazide and insulin combination in non insulin dependant diabetic (NIDDM) patients who had been in secondary failure with oral hypoglycemic agents treatment. Thirty minutes after premedication with 80 mg gliclazide or placebo, 11.25 unit of rapid acting recombinant human insulin were infused through the forearm vein for 45 minutes. Blood sugar measurements were made at 10-minute intervals, whereas serum insulin and C-peptide levels were measured at 30-minute intervals. The results were as follows: 1) There was no significant difference in the basal serum insulin concentration before the insulin infusion after placebo and gliclazide administration. Peak serum insulin concentration was attained 30 minutes after insulin infusion. The values were 312±26 μU/ml after placebo administration and 312±19 μU/ml after gliclazide adminisration. 2) Blood sugar levels of both groups fell to 130 mg/dl one hour after insulin infusion and remained at euglycemic state during the study. 3) Although both showed no difference in the basal C-peptide concentration, the serum C-peptide concentration of the gliclazide group was significantly higher than that of the placebo group. These results indicate that gliclazide combined with insulin may increase endogenous insu1in secretory capacity, even in the presence of secondary failure of oral hypoglycemic agents.
