        식용곤충별 단백가수분해물의 항산화 활성 비교

        The present study was conducted to compare antioxidant capacities of protein hydrolysates from four different edible insects (Protaetia brevitarsis larvae, Allomyrina dichotoma larvae, Gryllus bimaculatus imago, and Tenebrio molitor larvae) which have recently been registered as food varieties in Korea. Protein hydrolysates were prepared from each insect using enzymatic hydrolysis using alcalase, and were then separated into a fraction containing ≤3 kDa. According to RC50 values and trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity results obtained from five different antioxidant analyses, the Gryllus bimaculatus (GB) hydrolysate showed relatively high levels of antioxidant capacity and, in particular, the GB hydrolysate showed considerably strong antioxidant activities in 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and in ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays. The GB hydrolysate also showed the strongest inhibitory effect on peroxidation of linoleic acid, and its rate of inhibition at 100 μg/mL on day 3 of treatment was 60.26%. These results suggest that protein hydrolysates from edible insects including GB represent potential sources of natural antioxidants.

        3D FEM modeling based on 3D CAD data has been performed to evaluate the efficiency of CP system in a real operating nuclear power plant. The results of it successfully produced sophisticated profiles of electrolytic potential and current distributions in the soil of an interested area. This technology is expected to be a breakthrough for detection technology of damages on buried pipes when it comes into combining with a brand of area potential earth current (APEC) and ground penetrated radar (GPR) technologies. 2D current distribution and 2D current vectors on the earth surface from the APEC survey will be used as boundary conditions with exact 3D geometry data resulting in visualization of locations and extents of corrosion damages on the buried pipes in nuclear power plants.

      • Data-driven 인체 모델과 비선형 모델예측제어를 이용한 멀미저감 적응형 순향 제어 장치

        Autonomous driving has been studied for a long time, but most of the research has focused on driving performance without considering the comfort of the passengers. This study proposes an adaptive cruise control technology that considers passenger motion sickness as follows. First, in a data-driven manner based on experimental data, a nonlinear model is designed to represent the motion of a passenger using the states of the vehicle. This data is used to calculate a measure of motion sickness called MSDV, motion sickness dose value. Second, we designed adaptive cruise control that reduces motion sickness by reflecting the previously obtained human motion model in the nonlinear model predictive control. The results show that the difference between the head acceleration estimated by the nonlinear model obtained through the data-driven method and the actual experimental measurement is small. Moreover, the proposed ACC method is effective in reducing motion sickness compared to the existing ACC method with compliant driving performance.

        3축 CNC가공 기반의 목재를 이용한 가구연결구 디지털화

        목재가구는 기본적으로 지속가능한 친환경가구로 인식되고 있고 실질적으로도 친환경 요소임은 명확하다. 과거의 가구들은 전통적인 짜임을 사용하여 제작이 되었지만 오늘날 대부분의 목재 가구들은 조립의 과정에서 강 철과 합성폴리머로 제작이 된 하드웨어를 사용하여 연결하는 방식을 선호 한다. 이 하드웨어들은 추후 재활용과정 이나 폐기를 하는 과정에서 부분적으로 재활용은 가능하지만 제거하는 과정이 추가되어 폐기 과정에서 추가적인 환경오염이 발생하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 기존의 가구 하드웨어를 대체할 수 있는 목재로 제작된 연결구 양산화 를 위해 현재 보급이 된 3축 CNC를 이용하는 방법을 모색한다. 그렇게 연구된 유효한 설계요소로부터 연결구의 특성과 거동을 활용할 수 있는 대체 방법을 설계하기 위해 목재 연결구를 재구성하여 디지털화 한다. Wood furniture is basically recognized as sustainable and eco-friendly furniture, and it is clear that it is actually an eco-friendly element. In the past, furniture was made using traditional weaving, but most wood furniture today prefers to connect using hardware made of steel and synthetic polymers during assembly. These hardware can be partially recycled in the process of recycling or disposal later, but additional environmental pollution occurs in the process of disposal as the process of removal is added. Therefore, we are looking for a way to use the currently popular 3-axis CNC for mass production of wood connectors that can replace the existing furniture hardware. In order to design an alternative method that can utilize the characteristics and behavior of the connector from the studied valid design elements, the wooden connector is reconstructed and digitized.

        마을공동체 평생학습센터참여자의 프로그램 만족도 : 전북지역 K 시와 W 군의 행복학습센터사업을 중심으로

        In this study we have compared differences before and after involvement of the survey results for not only inhabitant’s satisfactory degree of happiness learning targeting 157 trainees who dwell in Kunsan city and Wanju county and took part in the lifelong education program of happiness learning center, but also it’s results, euphoria (a sense of well-being), and self esteem. In this study, the main results of the research are as follows: First, because there is no experience that trainees have ever participated in lifelong education program, or the participative chance was limited to only one time, lifelong learning participation experience was comparatively inactive. Second, the satisfactory degree for lifelong education program of happiness learning center showed up comparatively high, but results for assistance of the professional life was relatively low. Third, As a result that have compared differences of euphoria (the sense of well-being) before and after participation and differences of self-esteem, euphoria and self-esteem after participation was promoted beneficially. Therefore, in this study, we have derived the following 3 suggestive points from this study. First, the emergency measures for extension of the chance of participation should be taken, because the chance to participate is still unsatisfactory in spite of qualitative growth of lifelong education. Second, the overall extensional policy will be able to contribute affirmatively to not only the promoted satisfactory degree for lifelong education of the local inhabitants per a village unit, but also creation of the result of education. Third, continually a lifelong education program of happiness learning center is needed to develop a program that was focused on increasingly euphoria and self-esteem of trainees so as to be specialized in a different way from the other lifelong education program. 본 연구는 행복학습센터 평생교육 프로그램에 참여한 K 시와 W 군 거주 교육생 157명을 대상으로 ‘행복학습 주민만족도 조사’ 결과를 분석해 만족도 및 성과, 교육생의 행복감 및 자아존중감의 참여 전후 차이를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구 결과는 첫째, 평생교육 프로그램은 참여 경험이 전혀 없거나 1회에 제한되어 있어 참여 경험이 활발한 편은 아니었다. 둘째, 행복학습센터의 평생교육 프로그램에 대한 만족도 수준은 대체로 높게 나타났지만, 직업생활에 대한 도움은 비교적 그 성과가 낮았다. 셋째, 행복학습센터의 평생교육 프로그램 참여 전후 교육생의 행복감과 자아존중감의 차이를 비교한 결과 참여 후 행복감과 자아존중감이 유의하게 증진되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 다음 세 가지 시사점을 도출했다. 첫째, 평생교육의 양적 성장에도 불구하고 여전히 참여 기회는 불충분해 참여 기회 확대를 위한 조치가 필요하다. 둘째, 행복학습센터의 전면 확대 정책은 마을 단위 지역주민의 평생교육에 대한 만족도 증진 및 교육성과 창출에 긍정적 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 행복학습센터 평생교육 프로그램이 다른 평생교육 프로그램과 다른 방식으로 특화되기 위해서 교육생의 행복감과 자아존중감을 더욱 증진하는 데 초점을 맞춰 프로그램을 지속적으로 개발할 필요가 있다.

The reagents used in experiments are currently using SNUH NM experiment. Orignal method along with the experiment is to 25 ul sample volume (1 / 4), 50 ul (1 / 2), 100 ul (Orignal method) in the experiment. My greatest concentration of the reagent concentration of approximately two times the standard concentration of production. When was the last to make the first experiment, as measured by the standard concentration after that. The new inspection information through a standard solution modified by entering values in them. Results: 100 ul, and to apply the new standard concentration y = 1.3021x - 10.97, $R^2$ = 0.9844. Overall, the results showed a similar orignal method.         기업가적 지향성과 기업 역량이 성과에 미치는 영향: 환경 적대성의 조절효과

        [Purpose]This paper attempt to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and firm’s capabilities on the innovation performance. [Methodology]We test the moderating effect of environmental hostility on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance. To test the hypothesis, the data was collected from the sample of 227 Korean SMEs. [Findings]Empirical results show that innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking of entrepreneurial orientation are positively related to the performance. Technological capabilities and marketing capabilities are also positively related to the performance. However, entrepreneurial orientation is negatively related to the performance in hostile environment. [Implications]These results suggest the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and firm’s capabilities for improving the performance. [연구목적]본 연구는 기업가적 지향성과 기업의 역량이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 기업가적 지향성과 성과와의 관계에 있어서 환경 적대성의 조절효과를 측정한다. [연구방법]국내 중소 제조 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 수행하여 수집된 227개의 표본을 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. [연구결과]실증 분석 결과 기업가적 지향성과 기업 역량인 기술 역량, 마케팅 역량이 모두 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환경 적대성은 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 기업가적 지향성의 구성개념 중 진취성과 위험감수성이 성과와의 관계에 있어서 부(-)의 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]이러한 실증분석결과는 중소기업이 경쟁이 치열해지는 적대적 환경에서 기업가적 기회를 찾고 적극적으로 혁신활동을 수행할 수 있는 금융환경 등이 주요 선진국에 비해 상대적으로 열악한 우리나라의 현실을 반영하고 있다고 해석할 수 있을 것이다.
