소규모 전자상거래 업체에서 데이터베이스를 사용하여 고객 물류 정보를 관리하지 못하고 파일로 관리한다. 파일로 관리되는 데이터는 자료 형식의 차이로 업체 간 데이터를 주고받기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 파일로 관리되는 고객 물류 데이터를 하나의 시스템으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 JSON을 이용한 고객 물류 관리 시스템을 제안하여 통합 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 각 고객 물류 데이터의 데이터 구조를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 위한 스키마를 생성하고, 새로운 스키마에 맞게 기존 데이터를 전처리 과정을 거쳐 통합 데이터베이스에 저장하여 관리한다. 제안된 시스템을 사용하면 파일로 입력된 데이터가 자동으로 통합 데이터베이스로 저장되어, 업체별로 관리되는 데이터를 통합하여 관리할 수 있다.

The FMEA is a widely used technique to pre-evaluate and avoid risks due to potential failures for developing an improved design. The conventional FMEA does not consider the possible time gap between occurrence and detection of failure cause. When a failure cause is detected and corrected before the failure itself occurs, there will be no other effect except the correction cost. But, if its cause is detected after the failure actually occurs, its effects will become more severe depending on the duration of the uncorrected failure. Taking this situation into account, a risk metric is developed as an alternative to the RPN of the conventional FMEA. The severity of a failure effect is first modeled as linear and quadratic severity functions of undetected failure time duration. Assuming exponential probability distribution for occurrence and detection time of failures and causes, the expected severity is derived for each failure cause. A new risk metric REM is defined as the product of a failure cause occurrence rate and the expected severity of its corresponding failure. A numerical example and some discussions are provided for illustration.

Purpose: This paper suggests a hierarchical time delay model to evaluate failure risks in FMEA(failure modes and effects analysis). In place of the conventional RPN(risk priority number), a more reasonable and objective risk metric is proposed under hierarchical failure cause structure considering time delay between a failure mode and its causes. Methods: The structure of failure modes and their corresponding causes are analyzed together with the time gaps between occurrences of causes and failures. Assuming the severity of a failure depends on the length of the delayed time for corrective action, a severity model is developed. Using the expected severity, a risk priority metric is defined. Results: For linear and quadratic types of severity, nice forms of expected severity are derived and a meaningful metric for risk evaluation is defined. Conclusion: The suggested REM(risk evaluation metric) provides a more reasonable and objective risk measure than the conventional RPN for FMEA.
RAMS, FMEA, Survivability 지표 간의 관계성 분석

This paper examines the detailed evaluation procedures and recent research trends of RAMS, FMEA, and survivability, which are widely used system evaluation methodologies. First, from a methodological perspective, evaluation indicators that can be applied to the system’s life cycle stages are summarized. The increase and network relationship between factors are analyzed from the perspective of evaluation factors. This study found that the occurrence rate of FMEA indicators, the safety of RAMS indicators, and the recoverability of survivability indicators are important management indicators.

Purpose: The paper aims to measure customer experience at banks in South Korea. This study examines six factors of customer experience and identifies their impacts on customer loyalty. Methods: The collected data with surveys were analyzed by using multi-regression analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were categorized into six dimensions: Customization, Employees, Servicescape, Internet Banking, Value addition, and the Presence of other customers. Results: Customer experience has an influence on customer satisfaction: The effects of Customization, Employees, Servicescape, Internet Banking and Value addition were found. However, the presence of other customers was not significant on customer satisfaction. Interestingly, it was found that customer satisfaction made a statistically significant influence on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study focuses on a bank sector of customer experience. Thus, six factors of measuring customer experience were found. The results of this study will predict customers’ experience and also build up effective strategies for the utmost satisfaction of the customers.

In this paper, we propose an efficient inspection and replacement strategy for 145kV GIS (Gas insulated switchgear). Firstly, we perform FMECA (Failure mode effects and criticality analysis) in order to define the critical failure modes that may cause system failures. Next, LTA (Logic tree analysis) in RCM (Reliability centered maintenance) are applied to assign the appropriate maintenance action to each critical failure mode.

Taguchi method is a technique widely used in industries to attain a reliable quality even under existence of various noise variables. Basically, it relies on the interactions between the controllable and the noise factors. Under insignificant interactions between the design parameters and noises, the effectiveness of Taguchi methodology will be doubtful. Furthermore, existence of strong interactions among controllable factors may undermine the power of Taguchi approach. An abundant crop may be expected by a well planned Taguchi approach. A well designed set of experiments is one of the important prerequisites for its successful result. For this, we must have a clear understanding on strengths and weaknesses of Taguchi methodology together with a sound knowledge on the applicable system. This study provides some insights on Taguchi approach based on two case examples of one successful and the other unsuccessful. Eventually, this research aims to facilitate deeper understanding and right application of Taguchi methodology in industries.

To determine a proper ASIL for each hazardous event with a proper safety goal, the right classes should first be determinedfor the three properties of the hazardous event; (i) severity of harm from the resultant accident, (ii) exposure to the relevant operationalsituation, and (iii) controllability to avoid the induced risks. ASIL can be clearly determined with right classes of these three properties. But no specific methodologies or processes for their classification can be found in ISO 26262, except only a rough guideline with asimplified set of illustrative tables. In this paper, we try to present a systematic model for classifying the three properties of the hazardousevent and suggest a refined procedure of ASIL determination. The proposed model provides a specific method to get a more objectiveASIL compared with that in the standard. Scrutinizing the current methodology, we develop a refined method and also provide anillustrative example.
