간호사의 진성리더십, 간호대학생의 감성지능이 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사의 진성리더십, 간호대학생의 감성지능이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 9월 1일부터 2019년 12월 30일까지 D시와 C도의 3개의 간호대학 재학생 218명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient와 위계적 다중회귀 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 회복탄력성은 진성리더십(r=.34, p<.001), 감성지능(r=.64, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 전공만족도, 대인관계, 감성지능이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 회복탄력성에 대한 총 설명력은 48.2%이었다(F=24.43, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위해서는 회복탄력성에 영향을 주는 변인들을 포함한 반복연구가 요구되며, 학과교육에 감성지능을 함양시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 포함시켜 간호대학 재학시기부터 체계적인 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다. This study is a descriptive research to identify the effects of nurses’ authentic leadership and emotional intelligence on nursing college students resilience. The data was collected from 218 students from three nursing colleges in D and C. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results showed that major satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, and emotional intelligence influenced the resilience of the subjects. The total explanation for resilience was 48.2% (F = 24.43, p <.001). Therefore, it is required to conduct repetitive studies including variables that affect to the resilience of nursing students. In addition, the educational programmes should be included nursing students’ emotional intelligence to enhance their resilience.

임상실습에서 경험한 무례함과 회복탄력성이 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험한 무례함과 회복탄력성이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 D시의 4년제 대학교의 간호학과 3학년과 4학년 학생 222명이다. 자료수집은 2019년 8월 1일에서 2019년 10월 31일까지 진행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계분석과 위계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스에는 무례함이 영향을 주는 변수로 나타났으며, 임상실습스트레스에 대한 설명력은 42%로 나타났다.(F=40.34, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 간호대학생을 대상으로 의사소통기술과 대처전략프로그램을 제공하고, 간호사들의 무례함에 대한 인식과 이유에 대해 심층면담과 후속연구를 통해 간호사들의 업무환경개선 등의 보다 본질적인 해결방안이 필요하다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the incivility and resilience experienced by nursing college students on clinical practice stress. The subject of this were 222 nursing students in third and fourth grade in the Department of Nursing at the university in D. Data was collected from August 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, incivility from the clinical nurses was an important factor and explained 42% the clinical practice stress of nursing students(F = 52.85, p <.001). Therefore, we should provide various programs to improve communication skills and coping strategy for nursing college students. In addition, In-depth interviews and follow-up studies for nurses’ perceptions and reasons of incivility are needed to reduce the clinical practice stress.

간호대학생이 인지한 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생이 인지한 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D시의 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호학과 학생 183명이다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석, Pearson 상관분석과 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 프리셉터의 진성리더십과 감성지능이 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 임상실습만족도를 32.1% 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 프리셉터의 진성리더십을 높이기 위한 노력과 더불어 감성지능을 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. This descriptive study investigated the effects of authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence on satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students. The participants were 183 nursing students in D city. Data were collected from September 1 to 30, 2019. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 24.0 program. The regression model that included age, authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence explained about 32.1% of satisfaction for clinical practice. Authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence were an important predictor of the satisfaction of clinical practice for nursing students. Therefore, strategics to improve authentic leadership of preceptor and emotional intelligence of nursing students are needed to increase satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students.
