Polarized Light Emissive Polymer Thin Films from a Liquid Crystalline Monomer with AIE Property

Polarized light emissive polymer thin films with great processability have been required for the development of advanced optical devices. To fabricate polymer thin films with linearly polarized luminescence (LPL) property, a dicyanodistyrylbenzene-based reactive luminogen (abbreviated as DCRL) was newly designed and synthesized. Based on the morphological observations, it was realized that DCRL has a nematic mesophase, which facilitate DCRL molecules to align uniaxially. Due to chemically crosslinked structure, the prepared DCRL polymer films were very stable under mechanical, thermal and chemical stimuli. The DCRL polymer films showed not only strong emission but also remarkable LPL property. The uniaxially oriented thin films with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) property have potential to be applied to advanced optical devices.

This paper presents a new scheme of neural network controller to improve the robustuous of robot manipulator using digital signal processors. Digital signal processors, DSPs, are micro-processors that are particularly developed for fast numerical computations involving sums and products of variables. Digital version of most advanced control algorithms can be defined as sums and products of measured variables, thus it can be programmed and executed through DSPs. In addition, DSPs are as fast in computation as most 32-bit micro-processors and yet at a fraction of their prices. These features make DSPs a viable computational tool in digital implementation of sophisticated controllers. During past decade it was proposed the well-established theorys for the adaptive control of linear systems, but there exists relatively little general theory for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Perforating of the proposed controller is illustrated. This paper describes a new approach to the design of adaptive controller and implementation of real-time control for assembling robotic manipulator using digital signal processor. A lot of researches have been done in teleoperation field. For accurate and reliable teleoperation, force reflection is required so that the master can feel the same force, which is measured at reflection have been applied to most of the master device. Therefore the master can not control the force exerted by the slave robot to the environment. But some tasks such as an insertion with very small tolerance, skewing bolt and so forth, require the force command from the master.
