      • 신체활동 집단의 VO_2max 와 %Fat 에 관한 연구 : 여자대학 체육·무용전공자를 중심으로

        The aim of this paper was to measure the level of VO2max and % Fat with active group, and to obtain the basis for curriculum in Physical Education and Dancing. The subjects consisted of 106 college women(76 members of Physical Education and 30 members of Dancing in Hyosung Women's University) who are approximately brisk in their movement. V02max was measured by means of Margaria method. In order to measure the % Fat the skinfold of triceps and subscapular was measured, and then the body density was calculated in terms of the Nagamine method. The % Fat was calculated from the body density by using Brozek's Formular. The results obtained by the above method was as follows ; % Fat was 21.86%. It was nearly the same as that of other college students in the same age and the range of the value was normal. VO2max was 45.59Ml/kg·min. It was higher than that of the other students in the same age. In conclusion, the body composition and aerobic work capacity of the subjects can be thought to be normal. I guess that this is due to the effect of the subjects's continuious physical exercise in daily life.

      • 수영 훈련의 생리적 효과 분석

        여자 중고등학교 수영선수 18명을 대상으로 수영 훈련의 생리적 효과를 규명하기 위해 주 6일, 1일 4시간 동안 8,500∼13,600m를 약 9주간 실시하였다. 훈련효과를 추정하기 위해 훈련전 1회, 훈련후 1회의 생리적인 여러 요인에 대하여 측정하였으며 양 집단을 비교 고찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. %Fat과 %FFM은 양집단 모두에게 유의한 (p<0.01)차가 있었다. 2. VO_2max는 중선수 집단에서는 유의한 (p<0.05) 증가를 보였으나 고선수 집단에서는 유의한 차가 없었다. 3. HRmax는 중선수 집단은 유의한(p<0.05)차를 보였으나 고선수 집단은 유의한 차가 없었다. 4. O_2Pulsemax는 중선수 집단에서는 유의한 (P<0,05)차를 보였으나 고선수 집단에서는 유의한 차가 없었다. 5. VEmax는 양집단 모두 훈련전 보다 유의한 차가 없었다. 6. VTmax는 양집단 모두 훈련전 보다 유의한 낮은 수치를 나타냈다. For the purpose of analyzing physiological effects of swimming training, 18 members of girl's middle and high school swimming players were made to swim 8,500~13,600m 4 hours a day for 9 weeks except sunday. In order to assess the training effects, various physical effects were measured one time pre and post training. The results analyzing and comparing the middle school group with the high school group were following 1. As for the %Fat and%FFM, the two groups had a significant difference by p<0.01. 2. VO_2max showed a significant increase(p<0.05) in the middle school group, but did not in the high school group. 3. HRmax also made a significant increase(p<0.05) in the former, but did not in the latter. 4. O_2Pulsemax showed the increase(p<0.05) too in the former, but did not in the latter. 5. VEmax did not make any difference in both the groups. 6. VTmax exceptionally was lower than that before the training in both the groups.

      • 라켓구기 경기의 심박수 및 혈중젖산 반응

        The objective of this paper is to analyse the response of heart rate and blood lactate in the racket using ball game. The subjects are 21 year-old wonen players numbering 24. The kinds of games and the players participated are 4, 6, 6, and 8 players in tennis, softtennis, badninton and pingpong respectively. In each game, the heart rate and blood lactate of practice game as well as the recovery response were measured after 60 minutes. The average heart rate during game were 158.6bpm in tennis and 136.6bpm in pingpong, and the blood lactate in the former was 3.89mmol/l and the latter 2.20mmol/l. After 5 minutes recovery, 103.8bpm of heart rate in tennis and 89.3bpm of badminton in the period of 60 minutes were 75.5bpm and 69.5bpm respectively. In addition 3.33mmol/l of lactate in tennis and 1.83mmol/l in pingpong were 2.7mmol/l and 1.96mmol/l respectively. In conclusion, the heart rate and blood lactate during play and after recovery showed higher in tennis and lower in pingpong.

        능력별 수영훈련이 체육전공대학생의 심폐기능, 운동과 회복시의 심박수 및 혈중젖산에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of swimming program on cardiorespiratory functions, heart rate and blood lactate during exercise and recovery in department of physical education's students. 8 students took part in this study and were divided into two groups(4 beginner and 4 high level swimmer). 8 weeks swimming training program was performed for 3 days a week per 50 minutes a day. Maximal exercise capacity of pre and post swimming training was measured on the maximum exercise test by Bruce protocol at the treadmill. The mean values and standard deviations were calculated, and then t-test was used for comparing date between pre and post swimming training in each groups. During the swimming training's exercise intensity was calculated by %HRmax and %LApeak. The results are as follows. Maximum oxygen intake was increased but, not significant in higher level swimmers(61.40ml/kgㆍmin). HRmax(193.50bpm) and duration time(1185.00sec) was significantly decreased and increased in high level swimmers. but, not significant in beginner level swimmers. Exercise intensity of HRmax showed higher in higher level swimmers (82.25%HRmax) than beginner level swimmers(81.50%HRmax). Exercise intensity of LApeak was higher in beginner level swimmers (68.50%LApeak) than higher level swimmers(48.65%LApeak).

      • 體育專攻과 舞踊專攻의 陸上競技 記錄에 關한 比較硏究 : 女大生을 中心으로

        The aims of this research are; firstly, to give an effective track and field training to women's college students who are majoring in Physical education and Dancing, and to evaluate their ability adequately, secondly, to provide some basic data for the adequate performance of athletic curriculum. The records of 8 track and field events were measured and compared between the students of Physical education and those of Dancing. The subjects were the students who had been given lectures on track and field during 4 years from 1981 to 1984. The following are the results obtained: 1. In 100M and 200M sprints, at physical education were superior in records to those of Dancing. 2. In Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw and Javelin Throw, at p<0.001, the students of Physical education showed the same superiority as that of the above. 3. There were no differences in 100M Hurdle and High Jump. In conclusion, the students of Physical and those of Dancing should be separated for the effective education in track and field.

      • 여자대학생의 최대산소섭취량과 체지방비율에 관한 비교연구 : 운동집단과 비운동집단의 적정 수준

        The aim of this paper was to present the data by investigation and comparing Vo2 max and %Fat between the athletic group and the unathletic group of women students. The former group was consisted of 104 women students from the Dept. of Physical Ed. And Dancing whose physical activities were comparatively active, and the latter group 51 women students from Dept. of Business Ed. whose physical activities were not so active as theformer, in Hyosung women's University. Vo2 max was measured by using Margaria method. Step-up test was performed with 35cm hight of bleacher. The first work load of 15t/min and the second one of 22.5t/min inbetween 5minute's rest carried out for four minutes respectively. After that heart rates were measured with Japanese digital pulsimeter, and Vo2 max predicted from the rates values. As for %Fat, the left triceps skinfold and the right subscapular skinfold were measuredby mm unit, using skinfold caliper(EIYOKEN type). %Fat was estimated from the body density obtained from the above method. The results obtained are following : 1. Vo2 max in the former and the latter groups were 37.5ml/kg·min and 34.0ml/kg.min respectively, both groups retaining proper Vo2 max level in respect with their ages. 2. %Fat in the former and the latter groups were 17.3% and 19.4% respectively, also retaining proper level. 3. In both groups, 13 students(8.4%) had Vo2 max lower than 30ml/kg·min, and the same number of students had %Fat lower than 15%Fat. For these students a proper treatment should be needed.

        스포츠 생리학 : 피겨 스케이팅의 운동강도 추정 - 빙상학습 활성화 방안 -

        피겨 스케이팅 학습시의 운동강도를 추정하기 위해 초 중 고·성인 연령대로 구성된 초급자 (10세-13세) 10명과 중급자(13세-22세) 10명으로 피험자를 선정하였다. 피험자의 최대 운동강도를 알기 위해 트레드밀로 점증 최대 부하 검사를 실시하였으며 심박수와 산소섭취량을 이용하여 회귀식을 구하였다.피겨 스케이팅 학습시의 피겨 동작인 Compulsory figure, Step, Spin, Jump, Crossing, Forward skating을 실시하는 동안 그때의 심박수를 측정하여 주어진 회귀식을 이용 개인별 산소섭취량을 추정하였고 에너지 소비량도 산출하였다. 이들 추정 값을 이용하여 최대 운동능력에 대한 강도(%)를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.초급자의 회귀식은 평균 Y=0.332525X - 23.930072 (r² = .92)이고 중급자는 Y=0.398921X - 30.458237 (r² = .94)이었다. 운동강도는 초급자가 39.0 %VO₂max에서 91.5 %VO₂max 사이였고, 평균강도는 61.7%VO₂max 였다. 중급자는 52.5%VO₂max 에서 89.5%V0₂max 사이였고 평균강도는 69.5%VO₂max 였다.이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때 피험자와 같은 학습자들을 위한 피겨 스케이팅의 운동강도는 최대 산소 섭취량을 기준으로 낮은 강도가 약 50% 이상, 높은 강도가 약 80% 이상 수준임을 알 수 있다. The aim of this research was to provide the degree of exercise intensity for the figure skate learning. In order to measure the exercise intensity in figure skating, we selected 20 subjects in Taegu city whose ages are from 10 to 22. The regression formula was made on the basis of HR and VO₂ which were obtained from the maximal work load test. HRs in each performance in the figure skating such as compulsory figure, step, spin, jump, crossing, and forward skating were measured, and in order to measure VO₂ and energy cost, they were applied to the regression.The results obtained in this research are as followings.1. The regression formula for the beginner`s class and trained class are Y=0.332525X - 23.930072 (r² = .92), and Y=0.398921X - 30.458237 (r² = .94) respectively.2. The exercise intensity for the beginners was between 38.97 %VO₂max and 91.53 %VO₂max, and the average was 61.73 % VO₂max.3. The exercise intensity for the trained was between 52.46 %VO₂max and 89.48 %VO₂max, and the average was 69.54 %VO₂max.From the above data, we can conclude that minimal exercise intensity should be about 50 %VO₂max and the maximal about 80 %VO₂max.
