        양돈분뇨 피트 내부 저장기간에 따른 분뇨 특성

        This study to collect basic data for odor management in a swine facility, using the characteristics of changes in themanure according to its storage period in the pit. Samples were collected weekly for 12 weeks from manure accumulatedin slurry pit. Then, odorous substances, chemical properties, and microbial communities were analyzed. Results showedthat the concentration of odorous substances and their physicochemical properties increased during the storage period. Astrong positive correlation between physicochemical properties and odorous substances was found, which showsapplicability as an indicator for malodor management. In addition, - dominant communities changed according to thestorage period. Therefore, it is necessary to consider how characteristics of manure change according to the storage period,in order to manage the odor in the swine facility.

        인공신경망 기반 양돈시설 암모니아 농도 예측

        This ammonia prediction study was performed using the time-series artificial neural network model, Long-short term memory (LSTM), after long-term monitoring of ammonia and environmental factors (ventilation rate (V), temperature (T), humidity (RH)) from a slurry finishing pig farm on mechanical ventilation system. The difference with the actual ammonia concentration was compared through prediction of the last three days of the entire breeding period. As a result of the analysis, the model which had a low correlation (ammonia concentration and humidity) was confirmed to have less error values than the models that did not. In addition, the combination of two or more input values [V, RH] and [T, V, RH] showed the lowest error value. In this study, the sustainability period of the model trained by multivariate input values was analyzed for about two days. In addition, [T, V, RH] showed the highest predictive performance with regard to the actual time of the occurrence of peak concentration compared to other models . These results can be useful in providing highly reliable information to livestock farmers regarding the management of concentrations through artificial neural network-based prediction models.

        Fimasartan Ameliorates Deteriorations in Glucose Metabolism in a High Glucose State by Regulating Skeletal Muscle and Liver Cells

        Purpose: Since diabetes and hypertension frequently occur together, it is thought that these conditions may have a common pathogenesis. This study was designed to evaluate the anti-diabetic function of the anti-hypertensive drug fimasartan on C2C12 mouseskeletal muscle and HepG2 human liver cells in a high glucose state. Materials and Methods: The anti-diabetic effects and mechanism of fimasartan were identified using Western blot, glucose uptaketests, oxygen consumption rate (OCR) analysis, adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and immunofluorescence staining for diabetic biomarkers in C2C12 cells. Protein biomarkers for glycogenolysis and glycogenesiswere evaluated by Western blotting and ELISA in HepG2 cells. Results: The protein levels of phosphorylated 5' adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (p-AMPK), p-AKT, insulinreceptor substrate-1 (IRS-1), and glucose transporter type 4 (Glut4) were elevated in C2C12 cells treated with fimasartan. These increaseswere reversed by peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARδ) antagonist. ATP, OCR, and glucose uptake wereincreased in cells treated with 200 μM fimasartan. Protein levels of glycogen phosphorylase, glucose synthase, phosphorylated glycogensynthase, and glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) were decreased in HepG2 cells treated with fimasartan. However, theseeffects were reversed following the addition of the PPARδ antagonist GSK0660. Conclusion: In conclusion, fimasartan ameliorates deteriorations in glucose metabolism as a result of a high glucose state by regulatingPPARδ in skeletal muscle and liver cells.

        돈사시설에 따른 악취 특성 비교 연구

        In this study, the main odorous substances were selected for each swine facility by investigating the concentration and occurrence characteristics of odorous substances according to farm facilities. The objective was to find a solution to manage odor effectively in swine farms. Samples collected from the boundary site, manure storage, fan, and indoor the swine building were analyzed for concentration, odor activity value (OAV), and odor contribution. As a result, there was a difference in the concentration of odorous substances as well as the tendency of OAV in each swine facility. Also, the main substances of odor in the farms were similar, but odor contribution differed from facility to facility. Therefore, it is considered that the odor management efficiency will be improved only if the proper odor reduction method is applied according to the types of main odorous substances in swine facilities.

        기혼 여성근로자의 일-가정 양립과 직장만족도 변화 양상에 따른 계층분류 및 영향요인 검증: 이중 변화형태 모형을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in married female workers’ work-family reconciliation and job satisfaction using the dual trajectory model. The latent class growth models of the two variables were estimated and the significance of the related factors was tested. Data from the first- to sixth-wave surveys of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (KLoWF) were used to get a sample of married female workers. The latent classes of work-family reconciliation were ‘Conflict-reconciliation boundary type’, ‘Balance type’, and ‘Conflict-change type’, while those of job satisfaction were ‘Low level rise’, ‘Universal’, and ‘High level’. In the influencing factor results, marital intimacy and awareness of the maternity protection policy had a significant impact on all the latent classes. The perceptions of marital gender roles and vocational education and training differed among the groups. The results of this study may help understand married female worker’s situations in the current labor market, and are expected to be used as rudimentary data for improving the quality of their lives. 본 연구는 이중 변화형태 모형을 활용하여, 기혼 여성근로자의 일-가정 양립과 직장만족도의 변화 양상을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기혼 여성근로자의 표본 자료인 여성가족패널 1차년도부터 6차년도까지의 자료를 사용하였으며, 도출된 변화 양상에 따른 두 변수의 잠재계층성장모형을 동시에 추정하여 잠재계층을 분류하고, 이와 관련된 영향요인의 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 일-가정 양립의 잠재계층은 ‘갈등-양립 경계형’, ‘양립 인지형’, ‘갈등 변화형’의 3개 집단으로, 직장만족도는 ‘저수준 상승 집단’, ‘보편 집단’, ‘고수준 집단’의 3개 집단으로 분류되었다. 영향요인의 검증에서는 가정 요인의 부부친밀감과 제도 요인의 모성보호제도 인지여부가 모든 잠재계층에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 가정 요인의 부부간 성역할 인식과 제도 요인의 직무교육훈련 여부는 집단에 따라 유의성이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기혼 여성근로자의 일-가정 양립과 직장만족도를 종단적으로 분석하여, 현 노동시장 내 이들의 상황에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 바탕으로, 본 연구의 결과가 기혼 여성근로자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 제도를 마련하는 데, 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

        A New Doherty Combiner with Wide Bandwidth for Magnitude and Phase Balance Compensation

        This paper proposes a novel Doherty combiner that uses a series and parallel resonant circuit for wideband. Unlike conventional combiners, the aim of the proposed combiners is to extend bandwidth for not only the magnitude bandwidth, but also phase balance by employing series and parallel resonant circuits at the output impedance of the peaking amplifier. Considering the load impedance of the peaking amplifier, the Doherty combiners were analyzed in the theory of this study by deriving the series and parallel resonant circuit values. The output phase balances are determined for the targeted bandwidth to achieve uniform phase balance in the proposed combiner I using a series resonator. For better magnitude bandwidth, the slope of reflection coefficient (Γ) at port 3 in the combiner II using series resonator was derived using the derivative of Γ with respect to ω. Experimental results show that the proposed combiner I has 63.5% magnitude fractional bandwidth (FBW) and 118% FBW with the phase balance at ±2.5°. The proposed combiner II also has 85% magnitude FBW and 118% FBW with the phase balance at ±2.5°.

        머신러닝을 활용한 지방정부 재정건전성 영향요인 탐색

        본 연구는 지방자치단체의 재정건전성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 인구구조와 사회・경제적 환경 요인에 초점을 맞추어 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 사회・경제적 환경 요인이 지방자치단체 재정건전성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 복지 분야와 경제 분야가 영향을 미쳤으며, 복지 분야의 경우, 사회복지 예산의 비중이 채무상환비비율과 예산대비채무비율에 음의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 경제 분야의 경우, 머신러닝을 통한 분석 결과 산업별 영향력을 확인하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석에 의해 계수를 확인한 결과 통계적으로 유의미하진 않지만 농업 및 어업 등의 1차 산업 분야는 통합재정수지에 양의 영향을 미치는 반면, 서비스업 분야는 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 통해 연구는 지방자치단체의 중앙정부의 이전재원에 대한 의존을 확인하였으며, 장기적으로는 지방자치단체의 지방세의 탄력적 운영을, 단기적으로는 지방세수 확대를 위한 지방자치단체 경제적 기반 활성화를 제안하였다. This study focused on the demographic structure and socioeconomic environmental factors to confirm the impact on the financial health of local governments. As a result, it was confirmed that social and economic environmental factors had a major effect on the financial health of local governments. Specifically, the welfare factor and the economic factor had an major effect. In the welfare factor, it was confirmed that the proportion of the social welfare budget had a negative(-) effect on the debt repayment ratio and the debt-to-budget ratio. In the case of the economic factor, the influence of each industry was confirmed through machine learning. Although the results were not statistically significant, the primary industries such as agriculture and fishing had a positive(+) effect on the balance of payments, while secondary and tertiary industries had a negative(-) effect on the balance of payments. The study confirmed that there is the dependence of local governments on the central government’s transfer resources.
