일제강점기의 광주학생독립운동 독서회 아카이빙에 관한 연구

이 연구는 광주학생독립운동과 독서회의 활동에서 생산된 자료수집과 자료해제를 통한 내용과 서지를 조사하여 독서회의 아카이브 형성과 효율적인 관리 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이 연구는 문헌조사와 독립운동 관련 기관과 조직 등을 방문, 자료조사, 면담 등을 활용하여 이루어졌다. 연구의 결과는 광주학생독립운동의 의의, 3차례 발생, 참여학교와 학생 수, 독서회조직과 활동, 독립운동 참여형태, 광주학생독립운동 기록정보, 기록정보자원의 특징, 기록정보자원관리 현황, 기록정보자원의 수집체계와 아카이빙, 기대효과와 활용방안을 제시하였다. This study is to investigate the contents and bibliography through data collection and data release produced in the Gwangju Student Independence Movement and the activities of the Reading Association, and to propose an efficient management plan for the formation of the Reading Association archive. This study was conducted using literature research and visits to institutions and organizations related to the independence movement, data research, and interviews. The results of the study were presented the significance of the Gwangju Student Independence Movement, three occurrences, the number of participating schools and students, the organization and activities of the reading society, the type of participation in the Independence Movement, the record information of the Gwangju Student Independence Movement, the characteristics of the records information resources, the current status of the management of records and information resources, a collection system and archiving of records and information resources, and the expected effect and utilization plan were presented.

학생독립운동 지식정보자원관리에 관한 연구

This research aims to present an archive on the management knowledge information resources of Student Independent Movement under the rule of Japanese Imperialism in a viewpoint document information and archives. This study consists of two aspects : a document investigation based on Student Independent Movement and knowledge information resource and in a practical examine based on the first departure of SIM, distribution of knowledge information resources, and their management. They are produced a various of document knowledge information and was formed knowledge information resource management and archives in a library, a newspaper office, Independence Hall, Nation Archives of Korea, and school media center. The result of this research was looked forward to help to R&D of knowledge information resource management in values and competencies for Student Independent Movement. 이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원관리에 대한 효율적인 자료수집, 자료해제, DB구축과 아카이브를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 학생독립운동과 지식정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 일제식민지 치하 학생독립운동 시발과 그 운동과정에서 생성된 자료들의 유통과 이들 자료들이 어떻게 관리되고 있는지에 대한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 이들은 운동과 투옥 그리고 재판의 과정에서 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생독립운동의 지식정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 학생독립운동 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

공공도서관 발전방안에 관한 연구

Public libraries are core organization of knowledge information and culture creation in the knowledge-based society in 21st century. The purpose of this study is to propose a development plan for public library as a user-friendly cultural space that provides service and utilization of efficient knowledge information resources. To achieve this goal, the study carried out a survey targeting 525 users of 21 public libraries members of Jeollanamdo education office. The results identified the perception gap in respect of operation satisfaction, creation of social capital, and area development contribution. This research also proposed an alternative approaches to overcome difficulties. 공공도서관은 21세기 지식기반사회에서 지식정보와 문화창조의 핵심기관이며 지식정보자원의 산실로서 그 기능과 역할을 수행해야 한다. 이 연구는 공공도서관의 효율적인 지식정보자원의 활용과 서비스를 위해 이용자 친화적인 문화공간으로서 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전라남도 교육청 소속 21개 공공도서관을 대상으로 이용자 525명에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 운영만족도, 사회자본 창출, 지역발전 공헌도에 대한 인식의 차이가 있었으며 이를 극복하기 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

SECI기반 지식관리실증연구

Knowledge Management is presented as the management method having the survival and competition of enterprise under variously changing management environment. Knowledge Management is introduced recently as successful survival strategy of advanced enterprise. Scientifically, however, the definition, study model and propulsion method of KM leave much to be desired, and now it has become the subjects of active study among scholars. To creation of the competitive power of the company have to be important knowledge based continuous innovation. That is to say, the knowledge management means a lot to knowledge assets included knowledge. knowledge creating, sharing, and acting. This study aims to propose models on the research result based a case study of the financial industry in knowledge creating processes(SECI) and deriving knowledge management styles in the filed works of the bank. 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 지식과 지식의 창조, 공유, 활용 등을 포함하는 원천으로써 지식을 자산화 할 수 있는 지식관리가 중요하다. 이 연구는 개념적 연구결과와 지식관리유형에 따라 지식창조프로세스 관계에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 효율적인 지식관리의 길라잡이를 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 은행에 지식관리유형이 시스템중심접근방법과 사람중심 접근방법이 있으며 이를 4가지 지식변환의 모드에서 지식창조의 다양한 형태를 제공하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 일반적으로 기업현장에서 인용되고 발생되는 지식관리유형을 실증적으로 도출하였으며, 금융산업 중에서 은행과의 관계를 규명하기 위해, 실 사례를 통해 지식관리유형과 지식창조프로세스간의 관계를 조사하고 분석하였다. 이 연구결과를 기반으로 지식창조프로세스 모형을 제시하였다.

정보문화 창조과정에 관한 연구

Information cultural is the compound of the physical and spirit livelihood mode in the knowledge and information age. They are the livelihood mode including obtained knowledge, belief, technology, and behaviour and so on shared members of the special boundary of land. The 21st century called people is the age to create the new added value of information and cultural. Thus information cultural is becoming the global. This study aims to propose model on the information cultural creating processes for information cultural magnification based on theory and the necessaries for the undertaking of a work in the side global. 문화란 정보사회를 살아가며 누리고 있는 물질적, 정신적 생활양식의 복합체로 볼 수 있다. 즉 어떤 특정지역의 구성원들이 공유하고 있는 습득된 지식, 믿음, 기술, 행동들을 모두 포함하는 생활양식이다. 사람들은 정보와 문화가 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 시대라고 한다. 이와 같은 두 가지 개념의 공통점은 보이지 않은데 있으며, 인간의 내면의 세계에서 창조되는 것으로 수많은 경험과 체험에서 나온다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 정보문화가 글로벌화 되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 정보문화의 확산을 위해 필요한 이론적 근거로서 사례를 중심으로 정보문화 창조과정의 모형을 제시하고 있다.

중앙아시아에서의 한글정보자원 관리

The goal of this study is to investigate and analyse the status quo of the HANGEUL publications, and management of the HANGEUL information resources in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan of the Central Asia. Documents analysis, and direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. This paper consists of as follows : setting up a goal of construction, defining and developing the HANGEUL information resources produced and collected by the Korean in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan, and analysing information resources management, and a conclusion and suggestion. 재외한인의 한글정보자원을 발굴하고 이를 정리 보존하는 것은 우리 한민족의 문화적 동질성과 정체성을 계승 발전시키는 일이며 민족적 당위성의 표출이라고 하겠다. 이 연구의 목적은 중앙아시아의 카자흐스탄과 우즈베키스탄에 산재해 있는 한글정보자원과 정보자원관리 현황을 조사하고 분석하는 것이다. 중앙아시아에서 한글정보자원은 고려인의 이주역사와 함께하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 고려인 강제이주 이후 고려인들의 한글정보자원 발행과 관리 측면에서 매체별 구성과 현황, 정보자원관리와 기관에 대한 실태조사와 정보자원관리를 제시하였다.

학교도서관진흥법의 문제점과 개선방안

학교도서관은 교육적 만남과 문화적 소통의 장이다. 2007년에 제정된 "학교도서관진흥법"은 기본법인 "도서관법"과의 통일성 부재, 업무주체, 전문인력 배치, 내용과 범위설정 등의 많은 문제를 야기하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 "학교도서관진흥법"이 제정된 과정과 법안의 제안과 개정의 목적, 주요내용을 살펴본다. 그 결과 제정된 진흥법안의 문제점을 분석하여 바람직한 개정방안을 제시하고자 한다. School library is the place of educational meeting and cultural communication. School Libraries Promotion Act legislated in 2007 bring about library law's unity absence, the subject of works, arrangement standard of professional personnel, establishment of contents and scope, and matter of qualification and so on. This study investigated the process established of School Libraries Promotion Act, a proposal bill, a purpose bill, and the main contents. As a result it is to propose revision of bill after analysis of the question enacted School Libraries Promotion Act.

공공도서관 지적자본 평가모형에 관한 연구

이 연구는 공공도서관의 지적자본과 평가지표를 통한 도서관의 지적자본 평가모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 공공도서관은 지식정보서비스 기반 지적자본과 사회자본의 창출자이다. 연구에서는 정보생태환경에 기반을 둔 도서관의 핵심역량과 지표, 지적자본 평가지표를 제시하고 이에 대한 평가모형을 도서관에 적용 가능하도록 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 도서관의 내외적 환경에 대한 가치와 역량을 정량과 정성적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표가 될 것이다. This research works out a design for the assessment model of intellectual capital of the public library based the intellectual capital and assessment index. The public library is created by the intellectual & social capital through knowledge & information service. This study presented core competencies and index and was examined on applicability the assessment model in the public libraries. The result of this research was looked forward to help to index of quantitative and qualitative assessment in values and competencies for libraries' environment.
