The aim of this paper is to examine characteristics of historical change of ‘keoniwa’ in Middle Korean and ‘-dani’ in Early Modern Korean. The Conjunctive adverbs ‘keoniwa’ and Endings‘-dani’ was formed from the Quotation Constructions. But Conjunctive adverbs ‘keoniwa’ have deleted vowel ‘a’ of quotation verbs(ha-) and then contracted in the form of ‘-da ha (하)- + -keoniwa’, Endings ‘-dani’ have deleted quotation verbs ‘ha(하)-’and then contracted in the form of ‘-da ha(다 하)- + -ni’. They have not undergone the same formation processes. The Conjunctive adverbs ‘keoniwa’ have experience deletion of vowel ‘a’, contraction, and fusion when they are lexicalized. Endings ‘-dani’ have experienced deletion of verb ‘하-’, contraction, and fusion when they are grammaticalized. later ‘-dani’ have another processes to delete the preceding clause. In the syntatic way, Endings ‘-dani’ have become the simple sentences from the complex sentences.

이 글은 계명대 소장본 신증유합 의 서지적, 내용적인 특성을 검토하는것을 목적으로 한다. 계명대 소장본 신증유합 은 한자 표제어, 새김과 독음, 내용 편성 등에서 다른 이본과 차이를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 차이는 계명대 소장본 신증유합 을 개수하는 과정에서 발생한 것이다. 이 글에서는 계명대 소장본 신증유합 이 보이는 차이를 모두 검토하여 그 차이점을 밝히고, 국어사적으로 연구 가치가 높은 자료임을 보이고자 하였다. The purpose of this paper is to examine Bibliographical significance of Sinjeung-Yuhap in the Keimyung University. Compared with Different Versions, Sinjeung-Yuhap of the Keimyung University have many difference in the Korean translations, the number of Chinese headwords and the content composition. Such differences are what happens in the process of revising. I examined all the Bibliographical differences of Sinjeung-Yuhap(1605) in the Keimyung University and Sinjeung-Yuhap(1576).

This paper is to investigate alternation pattern and leveling of the interrogative pronoun meuseu in Middle Korean. In section 2, I examine distributions and alternation of meuseu in Middle Korean. Also, I show the distributions of historical change of meuseu. The inter-rogative meuseu has been changed from the 15th century to Modern Korean. In section 3, I organize the historical change of allomorph and alternation pattern of meuseu. As a result, there is leveling we can explain the historical change of allomorph and alternation pattern of meuseu.
계명대학교 소장본 『신한첩(宸翰帖) 곤(坤)』에 대한 국어학적 연구

Based on these characteristics of the Sin-han-cheob(Gon) of Keimyung University Library, this paper has two aims as follows; to introduce the Keimyung University version, and to review the characteristics of Korean language in the 17th century found in Keimyung University version. Considering bibliographic characteristics, there is sign of correction. For example, There are several methods expressing humbleness; line change, making blank, lifting letter. Considering writing and phonological features, grammatical features, lexical features. On the whole these linguistics features of this book are thought of reflecting the aspects of the initial stage of Modern Korean. For example, To write the fortis of plosives, ㅅ-sequential consonant clusters and ㅂ-sequential consonant clusters were used. Syllabication is widely used. Grammatically, I examine Postpositions(Josa) and Endings(Eomi). There are vari-ous Postpositions and Endings of the 17th Korean.

본 논문에서는 2.4 ㎓ 대역에 적용할 수 있는 초 저전력 저잡음 증폭기를 TSMC 0.18 ㎛ RF CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계하였다. 높은 이득과 낮은 전력 소모를 만족하기 위해서 전류 재사용 기법을 사용하였으며, subthreshold 영역에서 문턱 전압보다 낮은 바어이스 전압을 인가함으로써 초 저전력 특성을 구현하였다. 설계된 저잡음 증폭기는 2.4 ㎓에서 13.8 ㏈의 전압 이득과 3.4 ㏈의 잡음 지수 특성을 나타냈으며, 0.9 V의 공급 전압으로 0.7 ㎃의 전류를 소모하여 0.63 ㎽의 초 저전력을 소모하는 결과를 얻었다. 칩 면적은 1.1 ㎜×0.8 ㎜이다. In this paper, we proposed an ultra-low power low noise amplifier(LNA) using a TSMC 0.18 ㎛ RF CMOS process. To satisfy the low power consumption with high gain, a current-reused technique is utilized. In addition, a low bias voltage in the subthreshold region is utilized to achieve ultra low power characteristic. The designed LNA has the voltage gain of 13.8 ㏈ and noise figure(NF) of 3.4 ㏈ at 2.4 ㎓. The total power consumption of the designed LNA is only 0.63 ㎽ from 0.9 V supply voltage and chip occupies 1.1 ㎜×0.8 ㎜ area.
