대학원 미술심리치료학 전공 졸업생의 반영적 글쓰기 체험의 탐구 : ADHD 아동을 위한 미술치료사 체험을 다룬 해석학적 현상학의 글쓰기를 기반으로

The participants of this study consist of postgraduates who have received degrees in Art Psychotherapy using hermeneutic phenomenology as their main methodological approach. The research involved asking them to read a piece of hermeneutic phenomenological writing detailing the experiences of an art therapist who conducted a group therapy session for ADHD children. We further observed how the postgraduates experienced the process of attempting a reflective writing task based on their reading. The data (writings) was collected from 11 postgraduates between August 3rd and September 7th 2015. There emerged 14 themes and 40 sub-themes based on the analysis of the writings, from which three conclusions could be drawn: Firstly, the process of reflective writing for these postgraduates provided an opportunity for them to deepen their self-awareness as professionals and as researchers. And the hermeneutic phenomenological writing which served as the basis for the current study was revisited and highlighted a significant. Secondly, with the participants having the opportunity to remember what it was like when they worked with ADHD children and reorganize and regroup their thoughts on these experiences. Thirdly , it was an opportunity for the participants to consider the importance of developing a treatment philosophy beyond the limited understanding of what it means to be an art psychotherapist, in order to conduct art psychotherapy in away that is truly effective. 본 연구는 해석학적 현상학의 연구방법을 활용하여 학위를 취득한 대학원 미술심리치료학 전공 졸업생들이, ADHD아동을 위해 집단미술치료를 실시한 미술치료사의 체험이라는 해석학적 현상학의 글쓰기 1편을 읽은 후, 다뤄 놓은 반영적 글쓰기의 체험을 탐구하고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 11인의 자료가 2015.8.3..- 9.7.사이에 수집되었고, 14개의 본질적 주제와 40개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 3가지의 결론을 내리고 있다. 첫째, 대학원 졸업생의 반영적 글쓰기 체험은 전공자이고 연구자로서 정체성을 심화시키는 기회를 제공하였다. 그리고 이 과정을 통해 원본은 재조명되는 기회를 가지게 되었다. 둘째 해석학적 현상학의 글쓰기는 연구 참여자들로 하여금 각자가 체험했던 ADHD 아동과의 회기를 회상시켰고, 반영적 글쓰기는 과거를 정리 수용하고 현재와 통합시켜 큰 하나로 자리하는 통찰의 기회를 마련해 주었다. 셋째 진정으로 도움이 되는 미술심리치료를 수행하기 위해, 미술심리치료사는 제한된 인간 이해의 틀을 벗어나 온전한 치료철학에 대해 숙고를 해보는 기회를 가지게 되었다.

한국 미술치료學의 과거와 현재 그리고 미술심리치료學

대학원 과정에 개설되어 있는 미술치료學전공 모두를 대상으로 학문적 경쟁력을 다루기에는 현실적인 구조적 제한성의 담이 너무 높아져 버린 상황이다. 이에 학문적 경쟁력은 이들 모두를 위한 것이 아닌, 일부 대학원이나 개인 전공자를 대상으로 전문적인 전공을 만들기 위한 노력이 요구된다. 소수를 위한 학문의 경쟁력이라도 구축해 보려는 것은 학문의 미래를 생각하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이를 세 가지 측면으로 나누어 접근하고 있다. 첫째, 현재 미술치료學의 학문적 정체성은 사회과학으로, 전공자 교육도 이에 맞추어 최선의 노력을 기울여야 한다. 둘째, 이미지 언어인 像을 상징성을 품고 있는 象으로 다루어 통찰에 이르게 하기 위해서는 미술심리치료學2)이 요구된다. 세째, 현재의 미술심리치료學 이 학문적인 정당성을 갖추고 더욱 굳건한 자리를 잡도록 하기 위해서는 동서의 철학 그리고 과학으로 점검이 요구되며, 미래의 미술심리치료學이 학문적 경쟁력과 함께 다 학문과의 통합 가능성을 다루기 위 해서는 통합 비전을 통한 입체적이고 다각적인 준비가 요구된다.

의식의 발달과 통합심리치료

The research highlights the significance of the perinatal experience from the perspective of transpersonal psychology. In particular, the structure of consciousness proposed by K. Wilbur deals with the transpersonal level, which has not been disseminated within traditional psychology. As the transpersonal is said to be approached through Meditation for Seeking Real Self, the existing ideas of scientific materialism have hindered its development and further inquiry until now. In addition, S. Grof's work on the perinatal experience consists of a collection of the experiential data of research participants who have been made to achieve altered states of consciousness through Holotropic Breath Work, which psychologically transports the participant back to the infant period before and after birth. It would thus be seen as impossible to carry out research of the prenatal at a purely personal level. Although the above research as well as similar works that have dealt with altered states of consciousness have been done in earlier times, their potential significance has just recently broken the surface. This may be due to the fact that there are currently new perspectives in approaching transpersonal as well as personal levels of consciousness at this point of beginning the integral age, the concept of the Quantum Mind (quantum theory and the theory of relativity) being a fit example. The current study aims to analyze and summarize the content of this documentary evidence into four sub-themes. Wilber의 의식구조는 전개인수준과 개인수준뿐만 아니라, 기존의 심리학에서 다루고 있지 않은 초개인수준을 다루는 특수성을 지니고 있다. 특히 초개인수준의 내용은 진아를 찾기 위한 명상을 통하여 접근되므로, 기존의 유물론적 과학으로는 접근에 한계를 지녀왔다. 그리고 S. Grof의 주산기 연구 역시, 연구 참여자로 하여금 비일상적 의식 상태를 이끌어내는 홀로트로픽 호흡법을 통해, 출생전후 시기의 태아로 퇴행하여, 당시의 체험들을 다룬 자료들로 구성되어있다. 전개인수준과 초개인수준이 들어있는 주산기의 체험은 개인수준의 연구 시각으로는 접근이 불가능하다. 비일상적 의식상태를 다루는 이같은 초개인심리학에서의 특수한 연구들은 반세기동안 진행되어 왔으나, 최근에야 세상에 드러내게 되었다. 통합시대를 맞이하여, 양자마음(양자론과 상대성이론)과 같은 새로운 접근들이 전개인과 초개인수준의 의식 현상을 새롭게 접근할 수 있도록 설명하기 시작했기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 내용을 문헌연구를 통해 4가지의 소주제로 나누어 분석하고 있다.

Art therapy is a relatively new realm of study that combines arts and psychotherapy in social science. It is very important to find an appropriate research methodology that would give art therapy a strong theoretical base in acadernic world. The research in art therapy has its own uniqueness acadernically, clinically, and artistically. However, it has been lirnited by conducting more quantitative researches than qualitative ones. It seems more appropriate to apply qualitative research methodology in art therapy at this point to broaden the realm of art therapy, especially for research purposes. By conducting more qualitative researches in art therapy, it will conσibute not only to broaden the specialty of art therapy itself, but also to expedite close interactions with any other related studies.

오늘날은 예상치 않은 갑작스런 죽음을 맞이하는 경우가 많아져 가고 있다. 죽옴의 통고는 삶에서 가장 높은 스트레스를 자아내는, 삶에서 가장 큰 위기이다. 죽음 관련의 주제는 경험과 믿음의 문제이기도 하지만, 죽음대비교육올 통해 지식과 정보의 문제로 확대되어 평형감을 잡아야 한다. 모든 연령층을 대상으로 죽음 관련의 주제를 다룬 본 연구는 실존적 불안의 문제, 심신관리와 생리심리사회적 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이를 토대로 특히 임종환자의 삶의 질올 높이기 위해 보살펌의 수준과 방향성, 고통완화를 위한 심리적 개입법올 소개함으로써, 임종환자와 그의 가족올 위한 통합적인 심리적 보살핌의 가능성을 확대하였다. Recently, cases of unexpected deaths have become more and more common. The notification of death is the greatest crisis of life, causing the highest rates of stress, to the people involved. Subjects conceming death are matters closely related with experience and faith, but we need to regard them also as matters of knowledge and information, so as to achieve equilibrium through death preparlng education. This research deals with the subjects related to death on the people of all ages and focuses on the existential anxiety, body-mind management and the application of biopsychosocial models. The research pays a particular attention to the direction and the level of the palliative care to increase the quality of life for dying patients, while introducing the intervention of effective psychological approaches to exarnine the potentials of integrated psychological cares for the dying patients and their families.
