Investigation of Relationship between Etch Current and Morphology and Porosity of Porous Silicon

Relationship between etch current and morphology and porosity of porous silicon (PS) has been investigated. The gravimetric method is applied to measured the porosity of PS. As the current density increase, the silicon dissolution rate increases, resulting in a higher porosity and etching rate. The result shows that linear dependence of PS porosity and etching rate as a function of current density. The morphology of porous silicon was investigated by using cold field emission scanning electron micrograph (FE-SEM). The size of pores formed during anodization is predominantly controlled by the current density, with an increase in the pore size corresponding to an increase in the current density.
Study on Thickness of Porous Silicon Layer According to the Various Anodization Times

As the etching time is varied, the change of thickness of the porous silicon layers was successfully investigated. The thickness of the PSi layer as a function of anodization time for a p-type substrate that is etched at a constant current density of 50 $mA/cm^2$ in a 35% hydrofluoric acid solution shows a linear relationship between the etching time and the thickness of the PSi layer.
Investigation of Photoluminescence Properties for Dibenzosiloles and Tetrabenzospirosilole

Silicon-containing ${\pi}$-conjugated compounds, especially silacyclopentadienes (siloles), have emerged as a new class of electroactive materials with good electron transport properties in OLEDs. 9,9'-spiro-9-silabifluorene compound as well as its starting material 2,2'-dibromobiphenyl have been synthesized with higher yields. Spirosilabifluorene is expected to be an efficient host material for the blue-light emitting diodes. 9,9'-spiro-9-silabifluorene, 1,1-dichloro-1-silafluorene, and 1,1-dimethyl-1-silafluorene were characterized by $^1H$-NMR, UV/Vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
70점 체육교사의 삶과 고백 : 교사로서 회의감의 근원에 대한 생애사 연구

본 연구는 체육교사로서 회의감의 근원적 문제를 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이준호 체육교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 생애사 연구방법을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 1) ‘스테레오타입과 문화’, 2) ‘훈육의 변화’, 3) ‘혼란과 자책’, 4) ‘참교사가 아닌 보통교사’의 내용이 도출되었다. 그 결과, 이준호 교사를 괴롭혀온 회의감은 ‘변화의 아이러니’로 설명될 수 있었으며, 그것은 ‘비동시성의 동시성’이라는 근원적 배경에서 비롯된 것임을 확인시켜주었다. 결국, 학교 내 존재하는 ‘비동시성의 동시성’의 모순으로 인해 이준호 교사의 감정적 소진은 필연적 귀결이었으며 그것은 한편으로 그가 이 시대의 평범한 체육교사임을 보여주고 한국사회 평범한 체육교사들의 삶과 고민을 이해하는데 도움을 주었다고 판단된다. This study aims to find the fundamental problem of skepticism as a PE teacher. For above, a PE teacher, Jun-ho Lee is selected as a participant of this study and used the life history method. Based on the result of above, the contents of 1) ‘Stereotype and subculture’, 2) ‘Changing in discipline.’, 3) ‘Confusion and self-accusation’, 4) ‘Ordinary teacher, not a true teacher’ is drawn. This result shows that the skepticism concerned the teacher can be explained as ‘irony of change’ and it is confirmed that this is originated by the fundamental background as ‘simultaneity of non-simultaneous’. In conclusion, the emotional exhaustion due to the inconsistency of ‘simultaneity of non-simultaneous’ existing in the school is inevitable consequence, and on the other hand, it shows that he is an ordinary PE teacher and it helps to understand the life and worry of ordinary PE teachers in Korean society.

This paper presents broadband circuits and techniques for ultra high-speed wireless communications. In particular, circuit architectures and techniques of low-pass filter and variable gain amplifier for such wide-bandwidth operation are described. The simulation results show the designed circuits will be good candidates for next-generation high-speed wireless communication systems.

본 연구는 무용전공자가 체육학을 전공하면서 맞닥뜨리게 되는 경험에 대해 살펴보고 그들의 삶을 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 개인의 경험을 이해하는 데에 적합하다고 생각하는 Clandinin과 Connelly에 의해 고안된 내러티브 탐구를 활용하였고, 일반적인 사례방법에 따라 4명의 여성체육학박사를 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료수집은 심층면담을 이용하였으며, 녹음된 자료는 문서화 한 후 범주화 작업을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 전향 및 진입의 단계에서 그들은 좁은 직업적 선택의 범위와 무용이 체육교과 안에 포함되어 있는 현실적인 상황에 따라 체육학에 입문하게 되었다. 둘째, 그들은 체육학자로 거듭나기 위한 과정에서 무용학과와는 다른 형태의 위계적 문화를 접하게 되었으며 무용학부 졸업자에 대한 고정관념과 선입견, 그리고 다른 전공자로서 체육실기 능력이나 스포츠 활동에 대한 관심부족으로 인해 느끼게 되는 한계를 경험하였다. 셋째, 그럼에도 불구하고 그들은 그들의 목표를 이루기 위해 노력하였으며, 현재도 끊임없이 노력하며 ‘인정투쟁’을 이어나가고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 지금까지 잘 다루지 않았던 그들의 경험을 한번쯤 이해해 볼 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 또한 이들의 경험을 살펴봄으로써 체육계의 무용전공자가 나아갈 길에 대해 의논해 볼 수 있는 장을 제공하는데 도움을 주었다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences that dance majors face while majoring in physical education to better understand their lives. To this end, this study utilized the narrative research proposed by Clandinin and Connelly, which is suitable for understanding individual experiences. According to the general case method, four female participants studying Physical Education in a PhD program were selected as research participants. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data, and the recorded data was documented and categorized. The following results were obtained. First, in the stage of enrollment or transfer, they chose physical education according to the narrow range of professional choices and the realistic situations in which dance was included in the physical education curriculum. Second, in the process of becoming physical education scholars, they encountered a hierarchical culture different from that of dance majors. They experienced limitations due to stereotypes and prejudices about dance major graduates, and lack of sports skills or interest in sports activities. Third, nevertheless, they worked hard to achieve their goals, and even now they are continuing to 'the struggle for recognition' through constant efforts. These results provided an opportunity to understand their experiences, which had not been dealt with until now. Also, by examining their experiences, it helped to provide an implication to discuss the future path of dance majors in the sports industry.
