창업동기, 사회적 지지 및 창업가에 대한 인식이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 -드라마 속 성공모델의 조절효과를 중심으로-

정부가 창업에 관심과 지원을 집중하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국민의식 저변에는 창업에 대한 불안과 두려움이 존재한다. 두려움과 어려움을 극복하는 방법에 경험이 있다. 창업의지의 영향요인으로 경험요인을 연구한 선행연구는 거의 없었다. 본 연구에서는 문화적 간접경험에 의한 창업성공 경험이 창업에 대한 두려움 해소에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서 창업동기, 사회적 지지, 창업가에 대한 인식을 독립변수로 선택하였다. 문화계발효과이론을 응용하여 드라마 속 성공모델을 조절변수로 설정하였다. 실증분석을 위해 일반인 399명에 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 23 통계패키지를 활용하여 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검정하였다. Process Macro 3.5를 사용하여 조절효과를 분석하였다. 창업동기의 하위요소인 자아성취, 생계유지, 경제적 성취, 그리고 사회적 지지, 창업가에 대한 인식, 모두 창업의지에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 유의한 변인 중 자아성취가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 드라마 속 성공모델의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 자아성취와 창업의지 간, 생계유지와 창업의지 간, 창업가에 대한 인식과 창업의지 간 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적인 시사점을 제시하였다. The government is focusing its attention and support on start-ups. Nevertheless, there is anxiety and fear about starting a business at the base of public awareness. Experienced as a way to overcome fear and difficulty. Few prior studies have been done on experience factors as ones influencing entrepreneurial intention. In this study, I studied whether the experience of successful entrepreneurship through cultural indirect experience affect the resolution of fear about establishing a business. Among the influencing factors on the entrepreneurial intention, business motivation, social support and awareness of entrepreneur were selected as independent variables. In addition, by applying the cultivation theory, the drama role models were set as a controlling variable. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted targeting 399 ordinary persons. The hypothesis was tested through regression analysis using the SPSS 23 statistical package. The moderating effect was analyzed using Process Macro 3.5. Self-fulfillment, livelihood, economic motivation, social support, and awareness of entrepreneur are sub-factors of business motivation, And all of these had a positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Among the significant variables, self-fulfillment was found to have the greatest effect. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of the drama role model, it was found play a role in controlling between self-fulfillment and entrepreneurial intention, between livelihood and entrepreneurial intention, and between awareness of entrepreneur and entrepreneurial intention. Based on these research results, academic and practical implications were presented.

Suicidal gene therapy is based on the transduction of tumor cells with "suicide" genes encoding for prodrug-activating enzymes that render target cells susceptible to prodrug treatment. Suicidal gene therapy results in the death of tumor with the expression of gene encoding enzyme that converts non-toxic prodrug into cytotoxic product. Cytochrome P450 4B1 (CYP4B1) activates 4-ipomeanol (4-IPO) or 2-aminoanthracene (2-AA) to cytotoxic furane epoxide and unsaturated dialdehyde intermediate. In this study, therapeutic effects of suicidal gene therapy with rabbit CYP4B1/2-AA or 4-IPO system were evaluated in HT-29 (human colon cancer cell). pcDNA-CYP4B1 vector was transfected into HT-29 by lipofection and stable transfectant was selected by treatment of hygromycin (500 µg/mL) for 3 weeks. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis was performed for confirmation of CYP4B1 expression in CYP4B1 gene transduced cell. The cytotoxic effects of CYP4B1 transduced cell were determined using dye-exclusion assay after treatment of 2-AA or 4-IPO for 96 hrs. Dye-exclusion assay showed that IC50 of HT-29 and CYP4B1 transduced HT-29 was 0.01 mM and 0.003 mM after 4-IPO or 2-AA treatment at 96 hrs exposure, respectively. In conclusion, CYP4B1 based prodrug gene therapy probably have the potential for treatment of colorectal adenocarcinoma. J Radiopharm Mol Probes 1(2):118-122, 2015

Calcium carbonate(CC) is biocompatible and gradually absorb to be replaced by bone when implanted into bone tissue. Fibrin-fibronectin sealant system (FFSS) is a product of human-derived plasma. The effect is hemostasis, tissue fixation and adhesion, We expect synergic effects of this two materials in periodontal regeneration. When FFSS was grafted with bone graft in intrabony defects, could be eliminated exofolication of bone graft materials. This study evaluated above materials for periodontal regeneration of 6mm intrabony defects in 36 patients. lap surgery was carried in 14 defects of control group. experimental group 1 was 11 defects grafted with calcium carbonate, experimental group 2 was 11 defects which were grafted with calcium carbonate with FFSS. The clinical parameters evaluated included changes in attachment level, probing depth, gingival recession at 6 months. Postsurgery probing depth reduction was 3.1 ${\pm}$ 0.9mm in control, 3.8 ${\pm}$ 1.6mm in experimental group 1, 4.1 ${\pm}$ 1.1mm in experimental group 2. The result clinically and statistically improved compared to baseline(P<0.01), but the difference found among the groups were not statistically significant. Postsurgery clinical attachment level was 1.6 ${\pm}$ 1.2mm in control, 3.5 ${\pm}$ 2.0mm in experimental group 1, 3.3 ${\pm}$ 1.2mm in experimental group 2. All of the control and experimental groups resulted in a statistically significant reduction from baseline(P<0.01). The reduction of the experimental groups were statistically significant from control(P<0.05). But the change between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was not statistically significant. We conclude that mixture of CC and FFSS is effective to periodontal regeneration in intrabony defect.

8. The directive speech act is a speech act that instructs and requires a listener to act and can have a great influence on the formation of human relationships. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and compare the directive speech act pattern that appears between Korean textbooks and Korean native speakers for the development of Korean learners' correct communication skills. This study newly defined the concept and category of directive behavior in the 'psychological authority of the speaker', and based on this, directive behavior that appeared in three kinds of Korean textbooks was extracted. In addition, a Description Completion Test (DCT) was designed to ask Korean native speakers to write what kind of ending they would actually use to speak in the context of the command shown in the textbook. As a result, it was found that various expressions were technically used in Korean textbooks, but depending on the situation and variables of various psychological authority, actual Korean native speakers preferred to use basic commands and indirectly performed command expressions. Based on these results, if the direction of the textbook moves toward approaching sentence functions with various communication situations and socio-cultural variables as a starting point, more efficient learners' communication skills will be improved.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of aqua-acupuncture of Laennec N HO (Hominis placenta Cervi pontotrichum cornu Carthami semen). on trabecular area and physiological change in ovariectomized osteoporotic rats. This experiment was performed to .investigate an antiosteoporosis. effects of Laennec N HO(Hominis placenta Cervi pontotrichum cornu Carthmi semen) aqua-acupuncture on the osteoporosis induced by both ovariectomy in Rats. So rats were divided into Sham group and OVX group. OVX groups were divided into control group, Exp. I group, Exp II group and Exp III group). The Ratios of trabecular area seen in ephiphysis and diaphysis of tibia and lumbar vertebral body and physiological change were as follows. 1. In the proximal ephiphysis of tibia, Exp I II III groups were significantly increased compared to that in control group (p<0.05). 2. In the diaphysis of tibia, Exp III group were significantly increased compared to that in control group (p<0.05). 3. In the first lumbar vertebral body, Exp II group were significantly increased compared to that in control group. 4. In the cortical thickness index of tibia, Exp III III groups were significantly increased compared to that in control group. 5. Osteoca1cin was increased in the Exp II group than those of other Experiment groups and control group, and Phosphorus was decreased in the Exp I II group than that in control group, But a significant difference was not seen. GOT, GPT and Alkaline phosphatase were decreased in all Experiment groups than that in control group. But a significant difference was not seen. From the above results, it might be suggested that aqua-acupuncture Laennec N HO(Hominis placenta Cervi pontotrichum cornu Carthami semen) prevented the increase in bone turnover and the decrese in bone mass induced by OVX in rats.

Antibiotic resistance (AR) is a silent pandemic that kills millionsworldwide. Although the development of new therapeutic agentsagainst antibiotic resistance is in urgent demand, this has presenteda great challenge, especially for Gram-negative bacteriathat have inherent drug-resistance mediated by impermeableouter membranes and multidrug efflux pumps that actively extrudevarious drugs from the bacteria. For the last two decades,multidrug efflux pumps, including AcrAB−TolC, the most clinicallyimportant efflux pump in Gram-negative bacteria, havedrawn great attention as strategic targets for re-sensitizing bacteriato the existing antibiotics. This article aims to provide aconcise overview of the AcrAB−TolC operational mechanism,reviewing its architecture and substrate specificity, as well asthe recent development of AcrAB−TolC inhibitors.
연엽산 산지계류에 있어서 저서성 대형무척추동물의 서식특성

A total of 24 families, 44 species, and 658 benthic macroinvertebrates were identified, and Ecdyonurus dracon Kluge (13%) was the dominant species in forested streams within the Yeonyeopsan (Mt.). A total of four habit categories (i.e., clingers (56%), burrowers (19%), swimmers (14%), and sprawlers (56%)) were identified, and clingers were the dominant habit at all survey points except point one (UP1). Habitat characteristics were depended on the hydraulic factors (e.g., flow velocity, depth, and substrates), water quality (e.g., DO and water temperature), and the habitat characteristics were differed in the riffle, which has a faster the flow velocity, compared by in the stagnant pool. In other words, in riffles, the clingers dominated in high flow velocity with the large maximum and median grain size for substrates in the habitats regardless of depth, but the burrowers and sprawlers were dominant in low flow velocity with the small maximum and median grain size for substrates in the habitats. Moreover, DO and flow velocity were in positive correlation (y = 0.6666x - 0.659, R² = 0.0851), and the habitat for burrowers was wider than that for sprawlers or clingers. The water depth was negatively correlated with water temperature (y = -26.397x + 283.87, R² = 0.1802) since the water temperature is more sensitive to insolation in shallow depth. pH was positively correlated with water temperature. The investigation of the habitat characteristics by separating the relations between pH and DO in upstream and downstream showed the low pH and high DO in the upstream with a high crown density of 68%, regardless of community composition. On the other hand, high pH and low DO in the downstream with a relatively low crown density of 51%. It was considered that the riparian forest played a role in suppressing the growth of attached algae and the controlling water temperature in headwater streams. Our findings identified the habitat characteristics of benthic macroinvertebrates in a headwater stream. We expected that the finding can provide reference data for suggesting conservation and management plans in a headwater stream and increasing academic value. 연엽산 산지계류의 저서성 대형무척추동물은 총 24과 44종 658개체가 확인되었으며, 참납작하루살이(Ecdyonurus dracon Kluge)가 13%로 우점하였다. 서식습성군으로는 붙는 무리(56%), 굴파는 무리(19%), 헤엄치는 무리(14%) 및 기는 무리(56%)의 총 4군집이 확인되었고, 1개소(UP1)를 제외한 모든 조사지점에서 붙는 무리가 우점한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고서식특성은 서식처의 유속, 수심, 계상재료 등 수리학적 요인과 용존산소, 수온 등 수질 요인에 따라 달라지며, 유수가 정체하는소(pool)보다는 유속이 빠른 여울(riffle, step-riffle)에서 그 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 여울에서는 수심과 관계없이 계상의 유속이빠르고 계상재료의 중앙입경과 최대입경이 클수록 서식처에서 붙는 무리가, 유속이 느리고 계상재료의 중앙입경과 최대입경이작은 서식처에서 굴파는 무리와 기는 무리가 우점하였다. 또한, 용존산소와 유속은 정의 상관관계(y = 0.6666x - 0.659, R² = 0.0851)에 있으며, 굴파는 무리가 기는 무리와 붙는 무리보다 더 넓은 범위에 서식하는 것으로 나타났다. 수심이얕을수록 일사량에 대한 수온의 민감도가 크기 때문에 수심과 수온은 부의 상관관계(y = -26.397x + 283.87, R² = 0.1802)를보였으며, pH와 수온은 정의 상관관계가 나타났다. 한편, pH와 용존산소의 관계를 상・하류로 구분하여 서식특성을 파악한결과, 군집과 상관없이 울페도가 68%로 높았던 상류에서는 높은 용존산소값과 낮은 pH를, 울페도가 51%로 상대적으로낮았던 하류에서는 낮은 용존산소값과 높은 pH가 나타나, 계안림에 의한 부착조류의 증식과 수온상승을 억제하는 역할을한 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구는 산지계류에 있어서 저서성 대형무척추동물의 서식특성을 파악함으로써, 산지계류가 청정지역으로 인식되어 연구 대상으로서의 관심도가 낮았던 부분의 자료를 보완하였다. 따라서 향후 산지계류의 보호 및 관리 측면에서의 연구 방안 마련과 학술적인 가치를 높이기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

A synchronous generator is equipped with an automatic voltage regulator(AVR), which is responsible for keeping the output voltage constant under normal operating conditions at various levels. The output voltage of Synchronous Generator is regulated constantly by field voltage control in excitation system. High frequency PWM converter (Buck converter) type excitation system for synchronous generator that can sustain proper output voltage level even at the fault condition happened. The proper operation of the proposed excitation system was verified through the simulations and the experiments.
