전시 및 이벤트 경험 유형이 MICE 품질 그리고 MICE 품질이 충성도에 미치는 영향

The main purpose of this study is to empirically investigate determinants affecting MICE quality, which then affects to loyalty. In particular, this study focuses on variables in the exhibition and event experiences of the MICE participants. The proposed research includes four variables representing the exhibitions and event experiences (affective, intellectual, behavioral, relational experience), two MICE qualities (commitment, satisfaction), and MICE loyalty. The results of this study reveal that four proposed variables (affective, intellectual, behavioral and relational experience) have a positive impact on two MICE qualities (commitment and satisfaction). Furthermore, the study found that commitment and satisfaction positively influence MICE loyalty. The findings of the study would provide theoretical and practical implications of exhibition and event experiences, quality and loyalty of MICE.

The study conducted a demand analysis for manufacturing workers in Vietnam with the aim of producing specialized business textbooks for employees of Korean manufacturers in Vietnam. First, we examined the status of vocational Korean education and prior research related to the development of business Korean textbooks in Vietnam, and analyzed the teaching subjects and vocabulary of existing business Korean textbooks. Based on this, the school was required to compile the syllabus to be presented in the business Korean language textbook for Vietnamese working in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam. In addition, the Commission conducted a survey of Korean and Vietnamese employees engaged in electronic related businesses in Vietnam on the requirements of teaching subjects. As a result, the Korean vocabulary and cultural areas required by Korean and Vietnamese employees differed. Considering these differences, textbooks will have to be produced. (Kyung Hee University)

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) practices and environmental performance and moderating effect of regulation pressure. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to GSCM practices, environmental performance, and regulation pressure. This study classifies top management support and cost as internal factors, and marketing and competitor as external factors. The proposed model is analyzed to target 95 manufacturing firms. Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, top management support, cost, and marketing positively influence internal environment management. But competitor does not influence internal environment management. Second, cost, marketing, and competitor positively influence eco-design. But top management support does not influence eco-design. Third, internal environment management and eco-design positively influence environmental performance. Finally, regulation pressure as a moderating effect significantly influenced the relationship between eco-design and environmental performance. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve GSCM practices and environmental performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of innovativeness, standardization and flexibility in the software company. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to performance of software company, innovativeness, standardization, flexibility and entrepreneurship. Valid 100 questionnaires have been collected within two months of 2010. EXCEL, Smart PLS(Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, innovativeness and standardization positively influence flexibility. Second, flexibility positively influences performance(financial performance, technical performance) in software company. Third, innovativeness to flexibility for low group of entrepreneurship is significantly larger than those for high group of entrepreneurship. But standardization to flexibility for high group of entrepreneurship is significantly larger than those for low group of entrepreneurship. Finally, flexibility to financial and technical performance for low group of entrepreneurship are significantly larger than those for high group of entrepreneurship.

환경적 관점에서 물류의 고도화가 언급되면서 친환경물류에 대한 관심이 높아졌으며, 글로벌 경쟁시대에 환경을 고려하여 경쟁우위를 획득하기 위하여 물류기업들은 GSCM에 관심을 가지기 시작하였다. 그러므로 본 연구는 친환경적 측면에서 물류기업을 살펴보기 위하여 GSCM 도입하고 있는 물류기업을 대상으로 연구를 수행하려고 한다. 연구목적을 살펴보면 GSCM 환경요인을 살펴보고 환경요인과 환경성과 간의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. GSCM 환경요인은 공급업체와의 관계, 마케팅환경, 경쟁업체와의 관계, 내부환경, 에코디자인으로 분류하였다. 또한 물류기업에서는 민첩성이 중요한 요인이므로 GSCM 도입 물류기업도 민첩성이 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상되어, 민첩성에 따라 GSCM 환경요인이 환경성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. GSCM 도입 물류기업을 대상으로 설문을 수행한 후에 118부의 설문지를 회수하였고, Smart PLS를 활용하여 연구가설을 검정하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, GSCM 환경요인은 환경성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 민첩성에 따른 차이분석을 수행한 결과, 민첩성에 따라 GSCM 환경요인인 마케팅환경과 경쟁업체와의 관계만이 환경성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 친환경적 관점에서 GSCM을 도입하고자 하는 물류기업에게 유용한 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이며, GSCM에 관심을 가지고 있는 연구자들에게도 학문적인 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. The Global economic development and high levels of industrialization force many companies to consider an adoption of GSCM. This study investigates characteristics of GSCM focused on the environmental management of distribution companies. The purposes of this study are as follows; first, we examine environmental factors of GSCM companies, and relationships between environmental factors and environmental performance. The environmental factors of GSCM companies were assorted into supplier, marketing, competitor, internal business environment, and eco-design. Second, we study the influences of environmental factors on the environmental performance in the GSCM companies according to the agility. 118 questionnaires collected from distribution companies based on GSCM, and the research model was tested by Smart PLS. The results of this study are as follows; first, the GSCM environmental factors like supplier, marketing, competitor, internal business environment, and eco-design had a positive effect on the environmental performance. Second, the environmental factors like marketing and competitor had a positive effect on the environmental performance according to the agility. These results could provide useful guidelines for distribution companies and academic implications for researchers.
기술사업화 교육특성에 따른 업무처리 성과의 차이분석 연구

The business circumstances are constantly being changed, and they are difficult to predict. If the company doesn"t have a differentiated core competency, they will have a harder time for surviving. In this global age, technological innovation for a survival strategy of the company is no longer an option. A systematic study in terms of technology commercialization education program is highly needed to strengthen the competitiveness of technology business and pursue technological innovation in global technology convergence age. This study is to explore 1) difference analysis between characteristics variables and job performance and 2) difference analysis by education method, operational methods, and global education experiences. The study shows models results by cross-tabulation analysis, and the suggestions are provided. The study results show statistically significant differences in job performance concerning education method, operational methods, and global education experience. This study will provide the strategic insights for advanced education program and competitive advantage of the company to create technology business eco-system.
