          The main objective of this thesis is to find out some basic concepts which con-stitute the traditional village. In this case. Tokyedong village, which is composed of three small natural villages was chosen for survey. For the architecturalization of the order the topography, the next following elements were found to be important. - Territorialization which cmoe from the Tokyesu (a small stream) and from the Pungsujiriseol (the art of selecting site). - Coincidence of the hierarchy of the villages (within or each other) with that of topography. - Visual axis due to the natural elements or man made elements (ex. Shaman-isme shrine&trees, Tomb on the hill top, etc.) make these villages to be more religious and articulate. - Village orientation were harmonized to the relative orientation rather than the abstract orientation.

          公共福祉施設의 開發戰略에 관한 硏究

          The study intends to suggest some remedies to improve the current development of public community buildings built in central district in new towns. For the purpose it analyzes general situation of them, reveals problems, pull out prime issues. It conducted an in-depth case study over Yongin Women Center and revealed some problems related to the development process and prime issues of the buildings.In conclusion, the study recommends the next followings: 1) feasibility study should be conducted in dew process and be accompanied with operational income-expenditure plan 2) building program should be based on the issues of contextual centrality, functional complexity and economical appropriateness.

        • 풍수지리의 국면이 갖는 건축적 상상력에 관한 고찰

          1) Pungsujiriseol is an art of selecting sites for men live or for men dead in the ancient times. So the geomorphic place chosen through the theory of Pungsujiri has a significant meaning that it becomes the center of the cosmos. It is the space originated by the dialectic transition of the mountain and the water symbolism. These two factors also play fundamental role in the myth of nation creation in Korea and oriental fine painting. The symbolism of this theory is the unification of the yin-yang philosophy and the five elements philosophy. 2) Physicaly the place is defined by four surrounding elements of mountains and water. In its inner region, there is one highest hierarchy spot called Hyol and Myongdang. It is the core of the place and has the spirits of the Earth and Heaven. It is the place of sacred. The place has path in real and path in image. We can call these as axis The more the sense of axis is clear, the more the place becomes sacred. The place has relative orientation which is determined by physical surroundings. It must be coincidented with the abstract orientation; the time of the utmost Heaven. The place is an example of the return to the archetype by means of imitation of the astronomical map and the cosmic dial. 3) Natural topographical site which was chosen through geomorphic theory Pungsujiriseol does not any more remain as a simple natural and profane place, but becomes to be a sacred place that has the preparation to be a return to archetype. So that, this place has the reality and becomes to be a vowl that can containe a meaningful activity of man. for example; tomb, temple, town, palace, house, etc., And the Hyol and Myongdang is the lot for the highest hierarchy among them all.

          地自體 市廳地區의 中心性과 統合性

          The study intends to analyze city hall district in view of centrality and integrity, and to suggest a tool to understand and improve the district. In the process we sought elements that reveal city characteristics, studied criteria kept in the relocation project of city hall. Detailed criteria were delved on centrality via district location and morphology analysis; on integrity via sets of integration value from Space Syntax Analysis of road network.We applied detailed criteria composed of 10 elements to 27 city hall districts in Kyunggi-do and to 3 cities for in-depth chronological analysis. The comparative analysis revealed each city the condition and problem of city hall district, and implied the element to improve.

          Ground Plane SOI MOSFET의 단채널 현상 개선

          This paper reports the measurement and analysis of the short channel effects and the punchthrough voltage of SOI-MOSFET with a self-aligned ground plane electrode in the silicon mechanical substrate underneath the buried oxide. When the channel length is reduced below 0.2um, it is observed that the threshold voltage roll-off and the subthreshold swing with channel length are reduced and DIBL is improved more significantly in GP-SOI devices than FD-SOI devices. It is also observed from the dependence of threshold voltage with substrate biases that the body factor is a higher in GP-SOI devices than FD-SOI devices. From the measurement results of punchthrough voltage, GP-SOI devices show the higher punchthrough voltages than FD-SOI devices 매몰 산화층 밑의 실리콘 기판에 자기정렬 방법으로 ground plane 전극을 만든 SOI MOSFET의 단채널 현상과 punchthrough 특성을 측정분석하였다. 채널 길이가 0.2μm 이하의 소자에서는 GP-SOI 소자가 FD-SOI 소자보다 채널 길이에 따른 문턱전압 저하 및 subthreshold swing이 작고 DIBL 현상이 크게 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. 기판전압에 따른 문턱전압 특성으로부터 GP-SOI 소자의 body factor가 FD-SOI 소자보다 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 punchthrough 전압 특성으로부터 GP-SOI 소자의 punchthrough 전압이 FD-SOI 소자보다 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.

          학교시설(學校施設) 거주평가(居住評價)에 따른 건축기획(建築企劃) 개선(改善) - 철골조학교(鐵骨造學校) 프로젝트 서화.갈마초등학교(初等學校)의 경우(境遇)

          The study is a Post-Occupancy-Evaluation on newly constructed steel framed school buildings sponsored by POSCO, and presents alternative tactics for planning and programming for the kind of project. The schools in concern are Seowha Primary School(Incheon city) and Galma Primary School(Daejeon city) which were completed in February 1999 and since occupied. The POE-2000 study results had to be compared to the POE-1999 which dealt on Jigog Primary School(Pohang city) and Iwol Primary School(Jincheon township) to develop an improved project tactics. In this reason we had to use the same questionnaire forms envisaged by the former study, ie. POE-1999. To begin with the same study format, it might be appropriate to differentiate whether a 'satisfaction' comes from the 'steel framed construction' or from the 'newly built environment'. However it was difficult with the POE-1999. As the intention to compare the 4 school building were the firstly achieved objective of this study that we had to continue to apply the same format and the analysis procedure. Except this condition, everything the POE-1999 conducted were valuable to this POE-2000. The satisfaction survey form includes 36 questions for individual items and 2 questions for general items.

        • Growld Plane SOI MOSFET의 단채널 현상 개선

          매몰 산화층 밑의 실리콘 기판에 자기정렬 방법으로 ground plane 전극을 만든 SOI MOSFET의 단채널 현상과 Punchthrough 특성을 측정·분석하였다. 채널 길이가 $0.2{\mu}m$ 이하의 소자에서는 GP-SOI 소자가 FD-SOI 소자보다 채널 길이에 따른 문턱전압 저하 및 subthreshold swing이 작고 DIBL 현상이 크게 개선됨을 알 수 있었다. 기판전압에 따른 문턱전압 특성으로부터 GP-SOI 소자의 body factor가 FD-SOI 소자보다 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 punchthrough 전압 특성으로부터 GP-SOI 소자의 punchthrough 전압이 FD-SOI 소자보다 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.
