        From the experimental study on milling cutting work of Mild steel, the characteristics such as spindle speed and vise jaw length for the maximum peak to valley roughness height, third point height, ten-point hight. Experiments is roughness for sampling length determine of measuring length is vise jaw edge 10mm from vise edge to of cutting feed 170mm/min and spindle speed 500, 800, 1100, 1400rpm. vise jaw length 10, 20, 30, 40mm for vise jaw 100mm, cutting depth constant 1mm. Maximum peak to valley roughness height is spindle speed and vise jaw length with most suitable cutting condition at vise jaw length 10% for cutting force decreased to maximum peak to valley roughness height minimum. Third point height is most suitable cutting condition at 800rpm third point height to minimum decreased at spindle speed decreased cutting force increased. Ten-point hight roughness peaks are spindle speed with vise jaw length of most suitable cutting condition at vise jaw length decreased and spindle speed increased.

        There are many technical difficulties in butt joint process of variable curve shaped PVC using hot sealing M/C.This joint process of PVC was jointed using volatile adhesive until recently.In this paper, I designed automatic butt joint mechanism of symmetric shaped PVC.There are many merits i.e.elevation of productivity due to expansion of effective using area, elevation of durability of product, prevention of air pollution and fresh environment of working area etc.due to practical use of this automatic mechanism.

      • 冷凍機의 冷氣流 損失에 關한 考察

        In this study of cold air loss in a refrigerator, A refrigerator and a surface thermometer were used on the experiment. The method of experiment are ordinary use and use of box. Opening times of refrigerator were 10, 15, 20, second and close the refrigerator. Checking cold air temperature in side of the refrigerator were 10, 20, 30, 60, 120 second. The results were as follows: 1. In the case of using a box, the time of temperature drop to 4℃ is short. 2. A cold air loss is small when food is 70% in the refrigerator 3. A cold air loss is small when speed of open and close is slow. 4. A cold air loss is much when opening time is more than 15 secont.

      • 熱交換器에 依한 低溫廢水에서의 熱 回收에 關한 硏究

        In this study of heat collection from dis-used water by low temperature heat exchanger. The heat exchanger out side was made by steel plate and size is hight 600mm, wide 300, lenght 5400mm. In side of heat exchanger was made by copper-pipe 165 ea which each lenght is 5400mm, diameter is 15mm, thickness is 1.5mm. Disused water flow is side of copper-pipe, and cold water to(boiler feed water) flow out side of copper-pipe. Heat is exchanged from disused water to cold water. The popular bath house using low temperature heat exchanger, fuel consuming was economized about one-third. The result were as follows 1. The meterial of copper is good at the low temperature heat exchanger. 2. Popular bath house using low temperature beat exchanger can be economizing of fuel consuming about one-third. 3. The method of heat exchanging in low temperature heat exchanger is good oppsit flow.

      • 蒸汽의 交縮 熱量計에서 오리피스의 直徑 및 길이에 관한 考察

        Steam is divided wet steam and super heated steam. Specific volume, enthalpy, entropy of super heated steam are found out by pressure and temperature of super heated steam in steam tables. Enthalpy of wet steam is measured by dryness in steam tables, but the dryness of wet steam can not find out in the generating steam. The throttling enthalpy of wet steam is measured by throttling calorimeter. The throttling calorimeter is composed of Orifice and expansion room. The calorimeter is influence Orifice diameter, length and volume of expansion room. In this experiment, the volume of espansion room is constant(diameter 85mm, length 200mm). Orifice diameter are 34,5,6,7,8mm, each diameter have length 6.4,9.6,12.8,16,19.2mm. Orifice are 30 kinds. For find out the orifice of optimum condition, the result were as follows. 1. In the pressure 2㎏f/㎠abs is small pressure drop, all the temperature of expended steam is not enough to the temperature of super heated steam. 2. Low pressure(3,4,5㎏f/㎠abs), the Orifice of optimum condition are diameter 5mm length 6.6mm, diameter 6mm length 9.6mm, diameter 7,8mm length 12.8mm. 3. In high pressure(6,7,8㎏f/㎠abs), The orifice of optimum condition are diameter 5mm length 6.6, 9.6mm, diameter 6mm length 9.6,12.8mm 4. In the case of pressure increase, optimum condition of Orifice, Orifice length is increase in same diameter, Orifice iameter ia decrease in same length 5. Orifice diameter less than 5mm, over than 7mm, all the temperature of expanded steam are low of optimum condition temperature, that is no good condition of Orifice diameter and length to the expansion room.

      • 가소린 機關의 吸入 空氣에서 濕度의 影響에 關한 이론적 考察

        Theoretical thermal efficiency of Otto cycle in internal combustion engine calculate by compression ratio. Compression ratio of internal combustion engine decide by stroke volume and clearance volume ratio. Stroke volume equal air intake volume at atmosphere. The state constant clearance volume, increasing air intake is increasing compression ratio. The methods of increasing air intake are used turbo-charge and inter-cooling.In this study, The method of increasing compression ratio is mixing moisture in intake air. After adiabatic compression, The moisture is in the condition of super heating and volume expansion. So, air volume is decrease in the clearance volume, air compression ratio and thermal efficiency are increase. The compression ratio of gasoline engine is 11-13. Calculating of this work, The compression ratio of gasoline engine decide 12. According to mixing moisture, Absolute humidity of intake air increase 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. The results were as follows. 1.Mixing moisture of intake air in gasoline engine, The compression ratio after adiabatic compress is increase. 2.Increasing compression ratio at absolute humidity is 30%, Thermal efficiency is increased of 7.497%. 3.Increasing mixing moisture, Using small engine effect using big engine. 4.Increasing thermal efficiency by mixing moisture gain fuel economizer.

      • 폐열에서 열전소자를 이용한 발전에 관한 실험연구

        All the world war of the energy. Energy is the resources of national. All the national try to secure of energy. Fossil fuels is drained gradually in the world. But, the world population use energy for comfortable life. The style of energy use is heating, electric generation, vehicle etc. The theoretical efficiency of heat engine is about 45%, and actual efficiency is about 26%. The energy loss of 55% give off to the air and the rest is mechanical energy loss. The heat energy give off to the air is the chief criminal of earth warm. In the steam power plant, The heat energy give off to the air is using for heating warm water. Warm water is supply to home. But heat engine of car, The heat energy give off to the air can not use. The reason, heat engine of car is moving In this study, For electric generating use thermo-electric element. Thermo-electric element is generating the electric from the heat energy give off to the air in car engine. The results are as follows. 1. using thermo-electric element, electric generating is possible from the heat energy give off to the air in car engine exhaust gas. 2. In the experimental equipment, A piece of thermo-electric element is generating of electric 0.2W-3.2W to the temperature range 50℃-290℃. 3. 200 pieces thermo-electric element can apply to the car exhaust gas muffler and can generating of electric 160W-300W. 4. Recharge the generating electric to the battery of car, The generator power of car is decrease about 1/3 and increase car engine power.
