        개인정보 보호를 고려한 딥러닝 학습 데이터 자동 생성 방안 연구

        In order for the large amount of collected data sets to be used as deep learning training data, sensitive personal information such as resident registration number and disease information must be changed or encrypted to prevent it from being exposed to hackers, and the data must be reconstructed to match the structure of the built deep learning model. Currently, these tasks are performed manually by experts, which takes a lot of time and money. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a technique that can automatically perform data processing tasks to protect personal information during the deep learning process. In the proposed technique, privacy protection tasks are performed based on data generalization and data reconstruction tasks are performed using circular queues. To verify the validity of the proposed technique, it was directly implemented using C language. As a result of the verification, it was confirmed that data generalization was performed normally and data reconstruction suitable for the deep learning model was performed properly.

        봉독침의 봉독함량분석과 LD<sub>50</sub> 및 조직학적 소견 관찰

        Objectives : This study was conducted to carry out quantitative evaluation and safety of Bee Venom Acupuncture. Methods : Content analysis was done using HPLC, measurement of $LD_{50}$, and histological observations were made on the skin and muscles. Results : 1. According to HPLC analysis, each BVA-1 contained approximately $0.36{\mu}g$, and BVA-2 contained approximately $0.54{\mu}g$. But the volume of coating was so minute, slight difference exists between each needle. 2. LD50 of mouse with BVA-1 was 16 counts and this is equivalent to 640 needles/kg, making Bee Venom Acupuncture safe treatment apparatus. 3. Regardless of the number of needles, there was no sign of blood stasis or inflammation detected on the skin and muscle tissues. Conclusion : Above results indicate that the Bee Venom Acupuncture can complement shortcomings of syringe usage as a part of Oriental medicine treatment, but extensive researches should be done for further verification.

        Delivering Augmented Information in a Session Initiation Protocol-Based Video Telephony Using Real-Time AR

        Online video telephony systems have been increasingly used in several industrial areas because of coronavirusdisease 2019 (COVID-19) spread. The existing session initiation protocol (SIP)-based video call system isbeing usefully utilized, however, there is a limitation that it is very inconvenient for users to transmit additionalinformation during conversation to the other party in real time. To overcome this problem, an enhanced schemeis presented based on augmented real-time reality (AR). In this scheme, augmented information is automaticallysearched from the Internet and displayed on the user’s device during video telephony. The proposed approachwas qualitatively evaluated by comparing it with other conferencing systems. Furthermore, to evaluate thefeasibility of the approach, we implemented a simple network application that can generate SIP call requestsand answer with AR object pre-fetching. Using this application, the call setup time was measured and comparedbetween the original SIP and pre-fetching schemes. The advantage of this approach is that it can increase theconvenience of a user’s mobile phone by providing a way to automatically deliver the required text or imagesto the receiving side.

        An Efficient Object Augmentation Scheme for Supporting Pervasiveness in a Mobile Augmented Reality

        Pervasive augmented reality (AR) technology can be used to efficiently search for the required informationregarding products in stores through text augmentation in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment. Theevolution of context awareness and image processing technologies are the main driving forces that realize thistype of AR service. One of the problems to be addressed in the service is that augmented objects are fixed andcannot be replaced efficiently in real time. To address this problem, a real-time mobile AR framework is proposed. In this framework, an optimal object to be augmented is selected based on object similarity comparison,and the augmented objects are efficiently managed using distributed metadata servers to adapt to the userrequirements, in a given situation. To evaluate the feasibility of the proposed framework, a prototype systemwas implemented, and a qualitative evaluation based on questionnaires was conducted. The experimental resultsshow that the proposed framework provides a better user experience than existing features in smartphones, andthrough fast AR service, the users are able to conveniently obtain additional information on products or objects.

        봉약침의 LD<sub>50</sub> 변화 보고

        Objectives : This experiment was conducted to reevaluate $LD_{50}$ of Korean bee venom acupuncture as many changes have occurred over the years. Methods : ICR mice were used as the experiment animals and bee venom acupuncture was manufactured under the protocols of Korean Institute of herbal Acupuncture. Based on the previous reports, experiment was divided into pre and main sections. Results : 1. Presumed $LD_{50}$ value is at 5.25mg/kg 2. Deaths of experiment animals occurred within 48 hours. 3. Reduced toxicity of the bee venom acupuncture is likely to be the results of more refined manufacturing process and production. Conclusion : Comparing with the values of the previous results, toxicity of the bee venom acupuncture showed significant changes and more accurate findings on $LD_{50}$ value must be accomplished to lead further studies on the bee venom acupuncture.

        Anti-metastatic mechanism of mountain cultivated wild ginseng in human cancer cell line

        Objective : Ginseng is one of most widely used herbal medicine. Ginseng showed anti-metastasis activities. However, its molecular mechanisms of action are unknown. So we want to report the wild ginseng repress which plays key roles in neoplastic epithelial-mesenchymal transition process. Methods : Treatment of the human colorectal carcinoma LOVO cells and human gastric carcinoma SNU601 cells with the increased concentrations of cultivated wild ginseng extracts resulted in a gradual decrease in the AXIN2 gene expression. Results : Metastasis-suppressor genes, maspin and nm23 was not affected by the treatment of ginseng extracts in LOVO cells. Moreover, the mountain cultivated wild ginseng or mountain wild ginseng are similar in their inhibitory effects on the expression of AXIN2 gene, but are substantially stronger than cultivated ginseng. Conclusion : We described the novel mechanism of wild ginseng-induced anti-metastasis activity by repressing the expression of AXIN2 gene that plays key roles in epithelial-mesenchymal transition process.         R과 텐서플로우 딥러닝 성능 비교

        본 연구에서는 무료 딥러닝 도구인 R과 텐서플로우에 대한 성능 비교를 수행하였다. 실험에서는 각 도구를 사용하여 6종류의 심층 신경망을 구축하고 10년간의 한국 온도 데이터셋을 사용하여 신경망을 학습시켰다. 구축된 신경망의 입력층 노드 갯수는 10개, 출력층은 5개로 설정 하였으며, 은닉층은 5, 10, 20개로 설정하여 실험을 진행 하였다. 학습 데이터는 2013년 3월 1일부터 2023년 3월 29일까지 서울시 강남구에서 수집된 온도 데이터 3681건을 사용하였다. 성능 비교를 위해, 학습된 신경망을 사용하여, 5일간의 온도를 예측하고 예측된 값과 실제값을 사용하여 평균 제곱근 오차(root mean square error, RMSE)값을 측정하였다. 실험결과, 은닉층이 1개인 경우, R의 학습 오차는 0.04731176이었으며, 텐서플로우는 0.06677193으로 측정되었으며, 은닉층이 2개인 경우에는 R이 0.04782134, 텐서플로우는 0.05799060로 측정되었다. 전체적으로 R이 더 우수한 성능을 보였다. 우리는 기계학습을 처음 접하는 사용자들에게 두 도구에 대한 정량적 성능 정보를 제공함으로써, 도구 선택에서 발생하는 어려움을 해소하고자 하였다.

        IT outsourcing has been considered one of strategic alternatives for the purpose of rapidly responding to changing business environment and enhancing their competitiveness. Recognizing that IT outsourcing project has suffered from a high failure rate because of its inappropriate risk management, this study focuses on the development of risk management model for IT outsourcing project as a way to ease potential project risks. This study suggests that project environment risks are associated with project management risks, which in turn influences project performance. In conclusion, theoretical and practical implications of the study are discussed along with its limitations.

        증강형 딥러닝 기반 미세먼지 예측 시스템

        딥러닝은 심층신경망(Deep Neural Network)을 구축하고 대량의 훈련 데이터를 수집한 후, 구축된 신경망을 오랫동안 학습 시켜야 한다. 만약, 학습이 제대로 진행되지 않거나 과적합이 발생하면, 학습은 실패하게 된다. 현재까지 개발되고 있는 딥러닝 도구들을 사용할 경우, 훈련데이터 수집과 학습에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 하지만, 모바일 환경의 급격한 도래와 센서 데이터의 증가로 인해, 신경망 학습에 걸리는 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 실시간 증강형 딥러닝 기술에 대한 요구가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미세먼지 센서를 장착한 아두이노 시스템을 사용하여 실시간 증강형 딥러닝 시스템을 구현 하였다. 구현된 시스템에서는 미세먼지 데이터를 5초마다 측정하고 최대 120개가 축적이 되면, 기존에 축적된 데이터와 새로이 축적된 데이터를 데이터셋으로 사용하여 학습을 수행하도록 하였다. 학습 수행을 위한 신경망은 입력층 1개, 은닉층 1개, 출력등 1개로 구성하였다. 구현된 시스템에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위해 학습 시간과 평균 제곱근 오차(root mean square error, RMSE)를 측정 하였다. 실험 결과, 평균 학습 오차는 0.04053796이었으며, 학습 주기당(1 에포크) 평균 학습 시간은 3,447 초 정도의 시간이 걸렸다.
