        This study investigates to what degree o,』 special schools are managedefficiently and how to develop effective seHf-evaluation model on specialschool management. Self - evaluation of special school managemant isconsidered as an indispensible process to irrlprove educational activities ofspecial school.To pursoe the purpose this study analyzes current status and needs of self- evaluation of special school management and develops model on self -evaluation of special school management.This study provides the concept, objectives, criteria, types, methods andprocedures, success conditions, and domains and contents of self - evaluationof special school management. The study also present current status, needs,and model on self - evaluation of special school. MethodsThis study was conducted by reviewing related literature, teamconferences, and questionnaire survey.1) By reviewing the related literature and documents, theory of self -evaluation of school was explored and some current status of self - evaluationresults were reviewed.2) In order to establish effective study plan and to review the studyprocess, team conferences with professors and educational administratorswere held.3) In order to find out current status and needs of self - evaluation ofspecial school management, questionnaire survey was carried out toeducational administrators and teachers in special schools.Results1) The majority of teachers recognized the necessity of self - evaluation ofspecial school management.2) It was shown that object of self- evaluation of special schoolmanagement was providing opportunity for review and prescription of planand practice of special school management.3) Self - evaluation domains of special school management were devidedinto overall and concrete domains in special school management.4) The concrete domains of self - evaluation of special school managementwere educational object, educational plan, managemant of financial affairs,management of facilities and school environment, relationships with the community, welfare of teacher, management of office work, clinicalsupervision, relationship with parents, goverenment policies on education,operation of curriculum, career educati☞n, guidance of student's life,evaluation of students'academic achievement, teaching materials, therapeuticeducation, and extra-curricula activities.Conclusion1) Many items of evaluation criteria should be selected to get benefitinformation for special school management.2) The evaluation standards should be designed to determine the order ofevaluation object, evaluation contents, and f;he evaluation viewpoint associaf;edwith the aim of the evaluation.3) Educational object and plan in sf)ecial school should be reflect÷edacademic achievement of students appropriately.4) Those data and information must be reported by all teachers.5) The results of self - evaluation of special school management should bereflected in establishing the next year's educational planning.

        시각장애아 가정의 심리적 환경변인에 따른 도덕적 행동특성

        본 연구는 가정의 심리적 환경변인에 따른 시각장애아의 도덕적 행동특성을 알아보기 위해서 대구, 부산및 대전에 위치해 있는 3개의 시작장애아 특수학교에 재학하고 있는 초등 저학년 남자 25명과 여자 24명, 초등 고학년 남자 29명과 여자 27명, 그리고 중학교 남자 30명과 여자 27명등, 모두 162명을 대상으로 해서 도덕적 행동특성을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 가정의 심리적 환경변인인 자율성, 개방성, 수용성, 일관성 그리고 규제원리의 하위요인에서 시각장애아의 상·하집단간에 도덕적 행동특성은 상집단이 하집단보다 더 많은 도덕적 행동을 한다. 2. 시각장애아의 학년수준별 도덕적 행동특성은 책임, 예의, 질서, 그리고 정직의 대부분 덕목에서 학년수준이 높을수록 더 많은 도덕적 행동을 한다. 3. 시각장애아의 남여 집단별 도덕적 행동특성은 예의덕목에서만 여성집단이 남성집단보다 부분적으로 더 많은 도덕적 행동을 하지만 책임, 질서, 정직덕목에서는 남여 집단간에 차이가 없다. The purpose of this study was designed to examine of moral behavior in psychological home environment of the visual impaired. The subject of this study were 84 males and 78 females of the visual impaired. Through the above mentioned purpose, following conclusion were drawn; 1. The upper groups in autonomy, opening, receptivity, consistency and regulation appeared more moral behavior than the low groups. 2. The older's are more moral behavior than younger's. 3. The males and females being in comparation, There are no difference in the item of responsibility, order and honesity, But in etiquette, the females are more moral behevior than the males.

        오늘날 학교 교육에서 전인으로서의 인간형서, 자주적이고 협동적이 민주시민으로서의 인간상에 관한 문제가 제기될 때 마다 특별활동이 강조되어 왔으며, 또한 교육과정을 개정할 때마다 특별활동의 위치는 더욱더 중요시 되어왔다. 이것은 오늘날의 현교육에서 특별활동의 교육적인 의미가 전인적인 인간상을 목표로 하는 학습교육의 목적과 일치하고 있기 때문이다.

        발달적 치료교육 프로그램이 자폐아동의 사회적응 능력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of developmental therapy curriculum objectives on the social adaptive ability for children with autism. The subject of the study were three males with autism as an experimental group and three males without disabilities as a comparative group. To investigate the purpose of the study, a developmental therapy curriculum objectives was applied to the experimental group during ten weeks. The results of the study were as follows: First, in the area of self-care skills, two groups showed a significantly difference statistically after the intervention at the level of 0.05. Also, there was significant difference before and after intervention of the experimental group at the level of 0.01. Second, social skills in the classroom was significantly different statistically between two groups at the level of 0.01, and between before and after intervention of the experimental group at the level of 0.01. Social skills in the schools was significant between groups and before and after intervention of the experimental group at the level of 0.05. Third, personal relation skills and appropriate reaction skills were not significantly different between groups or before and after intervention of the experimental group.

        GMO(유전자변형식품)의 식품안전성 관련 국제통상분쟁의 책임구제 -나고야 추가의정서를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 식품안전성의 규제조치로 인해 국제통상분쟁에서 나타난 법적인 중요 쟁점사항을 분석함으로써 식품안정성과 관련된 정책입안 및 추가의정서 이행을 위한 입법방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구를 통해 살펴본 바 추가의정 서에 따른 이행법을 제정할 경우 그 적용범위를 확대하여 GMO제품에 의한 피해에도 책임제도 적용의 필요성을 확인했다. 그리고 책임기준에 관한 국내법의 적용과 관련해 서는 기본적으로 계약책임과 불법행위책임 및 제조물책임, 위험책임(무과실책임) 등을 고려되어져야 한다. 이러한 입법방안으로 관련 법률들을 하나의 법률로 통합하여 규정 하는 것, 기존의 법령에 추가의정서 이행 및 책임규정을 반영하는 방안을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 GMO(유전자변형생물체)의 안정성 확보와 유해성 제거의 적용범위와 방향성을 제고하고 국민의 건강과 질병발생에 대한 보호적 차원에서 향후 기여할 것으로 본다.

        국가위기확산에 따른 경찰의 비상업무와 역할: 감염병통제를 중심으로

        The Korean police is a simple executive and map features ever for the policing of the area as a crime preventer and maintain order but limited its work, a series of national disaster situation of infectious disease spread when police are further more in the existing business actively respond to the need to prepare an emergency situation. Therefore, in this study, based on a careful analysis of the police disaster management rules, a disaster caused that disaster support emergency disaster relief support agencies, police in disaster prevention while every effort to function as the role of the business active and proactive and that the policy proposal to more effectively act as the for that purpose. When you organize a national crisis of infectious diseases police-related activities for emergency preparedness work and role of the police during the spread set as follows. First, the risk of infectious disease priorities of the emergency preparedness system for spreading selecting Secondly, infectious diseases caused enhance professionalism and responsiveness during the initial spread, and the third, is that normal civil defense and emergency preparedness services cooperative operations between police organizations should be strengthened. After all, it is in disaster response activities, such as infectious diseases spread in the most important role of the police should be changed so that the organic cooperation with related institutions could be a real disaster response through established.
