        오쿠빈이 Sarcoma 180 암세포 DNA 및 RNA 생합성에 미치는 영향

        Effects of aucubin on DNA and RNA biosyntheses in Sarcoma 180 cells were investigate under in vitro condition. At 1.0 mM concentration, aucubin inhibited about 30 % of RNA biosynthesis, whereas at same concentration it did not appear to exhibit appreciabie inhibitory effect on DNA biosynthesis.

        Iridoid 계열 물질의 하나인 오쿠빈을 식나무(A. japonica)로 부터 분리한 후, 이의 생물활성작용을 조사하였다. 핵산대사 중 Sarcoma 180 암세포에 미치는 영향을 실험한 결과, 암세포 배양액에 0.1 mM, 0.5 mM, 1.0 mM의 오쿠빈을 첨가할 때 1.0 mM에서 약 30%정도 RNA 생합성 억제작용을 보여 주었다. 반면에 1.0 mM의 농도에서 DNA 생합성은 거의 억제를 받지 않았다. Effects of aucubin on DNA and RNA biosyntheses in Sarcoma 180 cells were investigate under in vitro condition.         실용영어 중심 영어교육 정책에 대한 초등교사 인식

        Over the last three years the government has implemented communication-oriented English education policy to bring about change at the school level. The policy is multi-faceted in that it deals with areas such as curriculum, test, teacher professional development, infrastructure and social equity. This study aims to investigate what primary teachers perceive the recent English education policy. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 561 primary teachers` participation. The analysis of the participant teachers` responses shows that primary teachers think the communication-oriented English education policy has had positive effects upon improving English language teaching and learning. It is also shown that actions need to be taken to bring about change in teaching English in English and supporting students` with learning difficulties. Some suggestions are made for English education policy and for its effective implementation at the primary school.

        Toxicological Studies on Aucubin (Ⅰ) : Acute Toxicities and Effects on Blood Serum Enzymes

        Aucubin, an iridoid glucoside which was previously reported to exhibit liver-protective activities against CCl₄ and α-amanitin induced liver damages, was subject to toxicological studies. To measure the lethal dose, the doses of 100 ㎎/㎏, 300 ㎎/㎏, 600 ㎎/㎏ and 900 ㎎/㎏ were administered intraperitoneally to experimental mice. No death was observed 24 hrs later, but serum GOT and alkaline phosphatase activities were decrased slightly at the doses of 300 ㎎ to 900 ㎎/㎏, and the triglyceride contents were slightly increased. To investigate acute toxioity of aucubin itself, multiple dosages (20 ㎎/㎏, 40 ㎎/㎏ and 80 ㎎/㎏ for four times a week) were injected intraperitoneally into mice, then serum enzymes activities and chemistries were assayed; no significant change of the enzyme activities of alkaline phosphatase, GPT, GOT in the test groups were observed in comparison with those of the control group, and the contents of triglyceride, glucose, urea nitrogen and total proteins in the test group serums appeared to be almost same levels as those of the control group were. Histological examiation on liver biopsy samples indicated no gross changes between the control group and the test group were noted. Therefore, aucubin appears to be apparantly low toxic substance and its minimum lethal dose in mouse seems to be more than 0.9 g.

        초등학교 영어 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 연구

          The aim of the National Assessment of Educational Achievement (NAEA) is to provide specific and reliable resources required for the diagnosis and quality control of teaching and learning by measuring the level of students’ achievement based on the national curriculum. A pilot test was administered for devising a more integrated and reliable test. For the main test, approximately 1% of students among the entire population of grade 6 were randomly selected. The test results were graded by four levels: Advanced, Proficient, Basic and Below-basic. The full analysis of the NAEA 2004 in English shows that the majority of grade 6 students were labeled as proficient level. This shows that the achievement level has slightly improved, compared with that of 2003. The results also demonstrated significant differences in achievement scores according to gender and region. Female students achieved higher scores than male students. Students in small towns and rural areas obtained significantly lower scores in all four skills of English than those in metropolitans and cities. These findings were similar to those of 2003. Based on these findings, some suggestions are made for amendments of the national curriculum and educational policies.

        예비교사 수업장학 모형 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        This study addresses itself to two questions regarding the supervision of pre-service teachers: 'Who should carry out the work of supervision?' and 'How can it most skillfully be done?' Through a questionnaire survey, the answer to the first question seems to be that, for a variety of reasons, university teachers and mentors appear best suited to do the supervision in a cooperative relationship with pre-service teachers. The assumption that seems to underlie the collaborative supervision is that field-based experiences are necessary and useful components of professional development in pre-service teacher preparation programs. With respect to the question of how to carry out supervision in a pre-service context, the findings of the questionnaire survey reveals that pre-service teachers benefit from interactive and non-judgemental supervision in areas such as lesson planning.. question strategy and class management The study suggests that a non-judgemental approach should be considered, along with strategies and techniques for judgemental supervision, as a way to make teacher supervision more meaningful and helpful for the improvement of teaching and long-term professional development It is expected that a continued exploration of models of teacher supervision and evaluation of their effectiveness will help pre-service teachers, supervisors and mentors learn more about teaching and improve their own teaching.

        예배음악에서 나타난 화성, 선율 그리고 구조분석 연구: 힐송 음반 중심으로

        1990년대의 교회 실용음악 분야에서 선도적 역할을 한 CCM (Contemporary Christian Music)은 전 세계 교회에서 불려진 예배 음악이었다. 당시에 가장 많이 부르던 힐송(Hillsong)을 선정하여 연구하게 된 것은 ‘힐송 작품’의 대중성 때문에 일부를 선정하여 살펴보게 되었다. 연구자는 1990년대를 대표하는 힐송 작품 중 일부를 선정하여 ‘작품에 나타난 화성진행(Harmonic progression)’을 분석함으로 교회음악의 새로운 변곡점을 찾으려 하였다. 또한 힐송 작품을 분석하는 동안 음악이론에 맞는 다양한 분석으로 흥미를 갖게 되었다. 특히 힐송 작품에서 나타난 화성(Hormony)을 분석하여 ‘화성 진행 관계의 구조와 원리’ 그리고 ‘그에 따른 특징을 알아보면서, 연구된 작품을 자료화하여 교회음악, 실용음악, 서양음악이론까지 하나의 음악체계로서 새로운 길을 열어 보는데 의의를 두었다. 또한 교회음악을 연구하고 보편적인 교회음악을 통해 복음을 전하고, 선포하는 찬양 사역자에게 도움이 될 뿐 아니라 교육적 효과도 있을 것으로 보인다. 이들 작품의 특징들을 교회음악의 적용과 분석 도구로 활용하도록 하는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구자는 1990년대 힐송 음악에 대한 화성진행 구조를 좀 더 쉽게 알아보고 이해하기 위하여 네오리만 변형이론(Neo-Reimannian Transfomation Theory)에 적용시켜 화성 진행 관계를 분류하였다. 그리고 네오리만 변형이론에 화성을 적용하기 위해 힐송 작품의 화성 진행을 주요 화음(Primary Harmony) 중심으로 분석하였고, 화성을 가장 기본적인 장3화음(Major Triad)과 단3화음(Minor Triad)진행하면서 단순화시켰다. 힐송 작품의 화성진행은 토넷츠(Tonnetz)와 쉔커식 분석(Schenkerian Analysis)표기 악보를 이용하여 분석하였다. 여기서 네오리만 변형이론에 적용된 화성은 화성 진행의 분할, 화성진행의 대칭, 화성 진행의 연장, 화성 진행의 R관계와 L관계 진행, 화성진행의 RL/LR관계로 정리하여 분류하고 설명 하였다. 이러한 화성 진행관계 분류는 각각의 화성진행 관계의 특징과 유형을 살펴봄으로써 작품에서 화성이 어떻게 진행되고, 어떠한 구조와 방법을 가지고 작곡되었는가를 고찰하고 현대 교회의 교회음악의 한 단면을 통해서 보다 하나님의 선교를 위한 도구로 사용가능성을 찾아보고자 하였다 This thesis studied Hillsong"s works among Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) which played a leading role in church practical music in the 1990s. Among them, the popularity of “Hillsong,” which was sung the most globally, led to some of them being selected. The researcher chose some of the Hillsong works representing the 1990s and tried to find a new inflection point in church music by analyzing “harmonic progression.” Also, the researcher became interested in various analyses that fit the music theory while analyzing Hillsong"s works. In particular, the structure and principle of the harmonic progression relationship and its characteristics were investigated by analyzing the harmony in Hillsong"s work. It was meaningful to open a new path as a music system including church music, practical music, and Western music theory by documenting its researched works. In addition, it will be helpful for praise ministers who study church music, spread and proclaim the gospel through universal church music. It will also have an educational effect. Through the characteristics of these works, the purpose was to use them as instruments for application and analysis of church music. This researcher applied Neo-Riemannian Transformation Theory to classify harmonic progression relationships in order to more easily understand the harmonic progression structure of Hillsong music in the 1990s. Further, the harmonic progression of Hillsong"s work was analyzed with a focus on Primary Harmony to apply harmony to Neo-Riemannian Transformation Theory. The harmony was simplified by proceeding with the most basic major and minor triad. The harmonic progression of Hillsong"s work was analyzed using the score notation of Tonnetz and Schenkerian Analyses. The application of Neo-Riemannian Transformation Theory has been categorized and explained in terms of division, symmetry, extension, R relationship and L relationship progression, and RL/LR relationship of harmonic progression.. This classification of harmonic progression relationships examines the characteristics and types of each harmony progression relationship. It examines how harmony progressed in the work, and with what structure and method it was composed. Finally, this thesis tried to find the possibility of using it as an instrument for God"s mission.
